< Job 14 >

1 Man, born of woman, is of few days, and full of trouble.
2 He cometh forth like a flower, and is cut down; and he fleeth as a shadow, and continueth not.
Trazamo amosre ahenteteno, ame huno friankna vahe'mota nehune. Huge zagemo hanatino remsa higeno amema'amo ame huno fore huteno, ame huno fanane hiankna nehune.
3 Yet dost thou open thine eyes upon such a one, and bringest me into judgment with thee?
Hagi Kagra e'inahu vahete kavua antenka ketenka mani'nano? Kagra e'inahu vahe zamavarenka keaga huzmantenka refkoa hunezmantano?
4 Who can bring a clean [man] out of the unclean? Not one!
Hagi agruma osu vahera, iza azeri agru hugara hu'ne? I'o mago'mo'a anara osutfa hugahie.
5 If his days are determined, if the number of his months is with thee, [and] thou hast appointed his bounds which he must not pass,
Hagi manita vanuna kna Kagra antahinka kenka hu'nane. Tagra nama'a ika manita vugahune, Kagra antahinka kenka hu'nanankinka, ko e'inahu kna'afi manigahaze hunka hunte'nanankino, mago vahe'mo'a agra'ama manino'ma vania kna'a azeri za'zara huno omanigahie.
6 Look away from him; and let him rest, till he accomplish, as a hireling, his day.
7 For there is hope for a tree: if it be cut down, it will sprout again, and its tender branch will not cease;
8 Though its root grow old in the earth, and its stock die in the ground,
Hagi ana zafamofo arafu'namo'a ome ra huno osaparesingeno, agafa'amo'a hagege huno mopafina kasrigahie.
9 Yet through the scent of water it will bud, and put forth boughs like a young plant.
Hianagi mopafina tima me'nenigeno'a ana zafamo'a ete agata hageno, kasefa zafagna huno hageno marerigahie.
10 But a man dieth, and is prostrate; yea, man expireth, and where is he?
Hianagi vahe'ma frigeno'a hankaveamo'a vaganeregeno, atumparega ra asimu'ma anteteno nefrie.
11 The waters recede from the lake, and the river wasteth and drieth up:
Hagi hagerimpima zagema rentegeno'ma amuho huno amu'ma mareriankna nehuno, ra zagema regeno'ma tiramo'ma taneankna huno,
12 So man lieth down, and riseth not again; till the heavens be no more, they do not awake, nor are raised out of their sleep.
vahe'mo'a frino manigasa hu'nenigeno monamo'a vagaregahie.
13 Oh that thou wouldest hide me in Sheol, that thou wouldest keep me secret until thine anger be past, that thou wouldest appoint me a set time, and remember me, — (Sheol h7585)
Hanki matipima fraki nantenka kagekani nantenankeno karimpa ahe'zamo'ma evunagateresiana knare hisine. Hianagi ete nagri'ma antahi namisana kna, mago kna huhamprinanto. (Sheol h7585)
14 (If a man die, shall he live [again]?) all the days of my time of toil would I wait, till my change should come:
Hagi fri'ne'nia vahe'mo'a ete otinora manigahifi?
15 Thou wouldest call, and I would answer thee; thou wouldest have a desire after the work of thy hands.
16 For now thou numberest my steps: dost thou not watch over my sin?
Na'ankure menina nagama rerakaure'nama kama vanoma nehuazana negananki, kumi'ma huazamofona ohamprio.
17 My transgression is sealed up in a bag, and thou heapest up mine iniquity.
Hagi e'ina nehunka kefo navu'nava zana kupi eririnka anaki nentenka kumi'ni'a refitesane.
18 And indeed a mountain falling cometh to nought, and the rock is removed out of its place;
Hianagi agonamo ankariseno eramianka nehigeno, mehimpinti havemo atamana huramiankna nehigeno,
19 The waters wear the stones, the floods thereof wash away the dust of the earth; and thou destroyest the hope of man.
tima hageno havea erino eviankna nehanigeno, tima hageno mopa erino viankna hunka vahe'mo'ma maniso'ema hunaku'ma amuha'ma nehiazana eri haviza nehane.
20 Thou prevailest for ever against him, and he passeth away; thou changest his countenance, and dismissest him.
Kagra hankavetinka maka knafina zamazeri zamagatere vava nehanke'za fanane nehazagenka, zamavufaga eri ruzahu hutenka huzmantanke'za friza nevaze.
21 His sons come to honour, and he knoweth it not; and they are brought low, and he perceiveth it not.
Hagi ana vahe'mokizmi mofavreramimo'za zamagi me'nea vahe mani'nazanagi, zamagra e'i ana zana antahi'za ke'za osu'naze. Hagi zamazeri fenkamima atresniana antahi'za ke'za osugahaze.
22 But his flesh hath pain for himself alone, and his soul mourneth for himself.
Zamagrira zamavufagafintira zamata negrige'za zamatagura nehu'za zamagra zamavufagura zavira netaze.
