Jeremiah 9

1 Oh that my head were waters, and mine eye a fountain of tears, that I might weep day and night for the slain of the daughter of my people!

၁ငါ ၏လူမျိုး သတို့သမီး နှင့်ဆိုင်သော အသေ ကောင်များအတွက်၊ ငါသည်နေ့ ညဉ့် မပြတ် ငို ရမည် အကြောင်း၊ ငါ့ ဦးခေါင်း သည် ရေ သက်သက်၊ ငါ့ မျက်စိ တို့ သည် မျက်ရည် ထွက်သော စမ်း ဖြစ်ပါစေသော။

2 Oh that I had in the wilderness a traveller's lodging-place, that I might leave my people, and go away from them! For they are all adulterers, an assembly of treacherous men.

၂ငါသည် ငါ ၏ လူမျိုး ကို စွန့် ၍ ထွက်သွား နိုင် အောင် တော ၌ တဲ စားခန်းရှိပါစေသော။ အကြောင်း မူကား ၊ ထိုသူ အပေါင်း တို့သည် သူ့ မယားကို ပြစ်မှားသောသူ ၊ သစ္စာ ပျက်သော အစည်း အဝေးဖြစ်ကြ၏။

3 And they bend their tongue, their bow of falsehood, and not for fidelity are they valiant in the land; for they proceed from evil to evil, and they know not me, saith Jehovah.

၃သူတို့သည် မိမိ တို့လျှာ တည်းဟူသောလေး ကို မုသာ နှင့် တင် ကြ၏။ သစ္စာ တရားကို အမှီ မ ပြုဘဲ မြေကြီး ပေါ် မှာ လူကြီး ဖြစ်ကြ၏။ အကယ် စင်စစ်ဆိုး သောအမှုအပေါ် မှာ ဆိုး သောအမှု ကို ထပ်၍ပြု ကြ၏။ ငါ့ ကိုလည်း မ သိ မမှတ်ကြဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။

4 Take ye heed every one of his friend, and confide not in any brother; for every brother only supplanteth, and every friend goeth about with slander.

၄လူတိုင်းမိမိ အပေါင်း အဘော်ကို သတိပြု လော့။ မိမိ ညီအစ်ကို ကို မ ယုံ ကြနှင့်။ ညီအစ်ကို တိုင်း မိမိ ညီအစ်ကိုအရာကို ဆက်ဆက်လုယူမည်။ အပေါင်း အဘော်ရှိသမျှ တို့သည် သူ့အသရေ ကို ဖျက်မြဲ ဖျက်ကြ လိမ့်မည်။

5 And they act deceitfully every one with his neighbour, and speak not the truth: they teach their tongue to speak falsehood, they weary themselves with perverse dealing.

၅အပေါင်း အဘော်ရှိသမျှတို့သည် တယောက်ကို တယောက် လှည့်စား ကြလိမ့်မည်။ သစ္စာ စကားကို မ ပြော ဘဲ မုသာ စကားကိုပြော ခြင်းငှါမိမိ တို့လျှာ ကို သွန်သင် ကြပြီ။ မတရား သောအမှုကို ပြုသောအားဖြင့် ကိုယ်ကို ကိုယ် ပင်ပန်း စေကြပြီ။

6 Thy habitation is in the midst of deceit; through deceit they refuse to know me, saith Jehovah.

၆သင် ၏ နေ ရာသည် မုသာ အရပ် ၌ ရှိ၏။ အရပ် သားတို့သည် မုသာ ကြောင့် ငါ့ ကိုမ သိ လိုဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။

7 Therefore thus saith Jehovah of hosts: Behold, I will melt them, and try them; for how else could I do for the daughter of my people?

၇သို့ဖြစ်၍၊ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား ၊ ငါ သည်သူ တို့ကို အရည်ကျို ၍ စုံစမ်း မည်။ သို့မဟုတ်၊ ငါ ၏လူမျိုး သတို့သမီး ၌ အဘယ်သို့ ငါပြု ရမည်နည်း။

8 Their tongue is a murderous arrow; it speaketh deceit. [A man] speaketh peaceably to his neighbour with his mouth, but in his heart he layeth his ambush.

၈သူ တို့လျှာ သည် သေ စေတတ်သောမြှား ဖြစ်၏။ ပရိယာယ် စကားကို ပြော တတ်၏။ အပေါင်း အဘော်ချင်း တို့သည် နှုတ် ဖြင့် လောက ဝတ်စကားကိုပြော ၍၊ နှလုံး ဖြင့် ချောင်းမြောင်း တတ်ကြ၏။

9 Shall I not visit them for these [things]? saith Jehovah; shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?

၉ထိုသို့ သော အပြစ်တို့ကို ငါမ စစ်ကြော ဘဲနေရ မည်လော။ ထို သို့သော အမျိုး ကို ဒဏ် ပေး၍၊ ငါ့ စိတ်ချင်ရဲ မ ပြေဘဲ နေရမည်လောဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

10 For the mountains will I take up weeping and wailing, and for the pastures of the wilderness, a lamentation; for they are burnt up, so that none passeth through them; and the voice of the cattle is not heard. Both the fowl of the heavens and the beasts are fled; they are gone.

၁၀တောင် များ၊ လွင်ပြင်များတို့အတွက် ငါသည် ငိုကြွေး မြည်တမ်း ခြင်းကို ပြု ရမည်။ ထိုအရပ်တို့၌ မီးလောင် သောကြောင့် ၊ လူသည်မရှောက် မသွားရ။ သိုး နွား မြည်သံ ကို မ ကြား ရ။ မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင် ငှက် နှင့် သားရဲ တို့သည် ထွက် ပြေးရကြပြီ။

11 And I will make Jerusalem heaps, a dwelling-place of jackals; and I will make the cities of Judah a desolation, without inhabitant.

၁၁ငါသည် ယေရုရှလင် မြို့ကို အမှိုက် ပုံ၊ မြေခွေး နေရာတွင်း ဖြစ် စေမည်။ ယုဒ မြို့ ရွာတို့ကိုလည်း ၊ လူ ဆိတ်ညံ ရာအရပ်ဖြစ် စေမည်။

12 Who is a wise man, that he may understand this? and he to whom the mouth of Jehovah hath spoken, that he may declare it? Why is the land perished, burnt up like a wilderness, so that none passeth through?

၁၂ဤ အမှုကိုနားလည် နိုင်သော ပညာရှိ ကား၊ အဘယ်သူ နည်း။ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နှုတ် တော်ထွက် ကိုခံ၍၊ ဤအမှု၏အကြောင်း ကို ပြော နိုင်သော သူ ကား၊ အဘယ် သူနည်း။ အဘယ်သူမျှရှောက် ၍မသွားနိုင်အောင်၊ တပြည် လုံးသည် တော ကဲ့သို့ မီးလောင်၍၊ အဘယ်ကြောင့် ပျက်စီး သနည်း။

13 And Jehovah saith, Because they have forsaken my law which I set before them, and have not hearkened unto my voice, nor walked in it,

၁၃ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား ၊ သူတို့သည် ငါ့ စကား ကို နား မ ထောင်၊ သူ တို့၌ ငါပေး သော တရား ကို မ ကျင့် မစောင့်ဘဲ စွန့်ပစ် ၍ ၊

14 but have walked after the stubbornness of their own heart, and after the Baals, as their fathers taught them;

၁၄မိမိ တို့ စိတ် နှလုံးခိုင်မာ ခြင်းသို့ ၎င်း ၊ မိရိုး ဘလာအတိုင်း ဗာလ ဘုရားတို့နောက် သို့၎င်း လိုက် ကြသောကြောင့် ၊

15 therefore thus saith Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel, Behold, I will feed this people with wormwood, and give them water of gall to drink,

၁၅ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၏ ဘုရား သခင်၊ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား ၊ သူ တို့ကို ဒေါန နှင့် ငါ ကျွေး မည်။ ဆေးခါး နှင့်ရောသော ရေ ကို တိုက် မည်။

16 and will scatter them among the nations, whom neither they nor their fathers have known; and I will send the sword after them, till I have consumed them.

၁၆သူတို့မ သိ ၊ ဘိုးဘေး မသိဘူးသော လူမျိုး တို့တွင် အရပ်ရပ်၌ ကွဲပြား စေမည်။ ရှင်းရှင်းမ ဖျက်ဆီး မှီတိုင်အောင်၊ သူ တို့နောက် သို့ ထား ဘေးကို စေလွှတ် မည်။

17 Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: Consider, and call for the mourning women, that they may come, and send for the skilful women, that they may come;

၁၇ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား ၊ ဆင်ခြင် ကြလော့၊ ငိုခြင်းသည် မတို့ကိုခေါ် ၍ လာ ကြစေ။ လိမ္မာ သော မိန်းမတို့ ရှိရာသို့ စေလွှတ် ၍ လာကြစေ။

18 and let them make haste, and take up a wailing for us, that our eyes may run down with tears, and our eyelids pour forth waters.

၁၈ငါ တို့သည် မျက်ရည် ကျ ၍ ၊ မျက်ခမ်း ထဲက တွေတွေစီး ထွက်စေခြင်းငှါ၊ ထိုမိန်းမတို့သည် အလျင် အမြန် ပြု၍ ၊ ငါ တို့အတွက် ငိုကြွေး ခြင်းကို ပြု ကြစေ။

19 For a voice of wailing is heard out of Zion, How are we spoiled, sorely put to shame! For we have forsaken the land, for they have cast down our dwellings.

၁၉နားထောင်ကြ။ ဇိအုန် မြို့၌ ကြား ရသောငိုကြွေး သံ ဟူမူကား၊ ငါတို့သည် အဘယ် မျှလောက်လုယူ ဖျက်ဆီးခြင်းကိုခံရသည်တကား။ သူတပါးတို့သည် ငါ တို့ နေရာ များကို ဖြိုချ သောကြောင့် ၊ ငါတို့သည် ကိုယ်ပြည် ကို စွန့် ၍ အလွန် မိန်းမော တွေဝေကြသည်တကား။

20 Hear then the word of Jehovah, ye women, and let your ear receive the word of his mouth, and teach your daughters wailing, and each one her companion lamentation.

၂၀အိုမိန်းမ တို့၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နှုတ်ကပတ် တော် ကို နားထောင် ၍ ၊ နှုတ် တော်ထွက်ကို နာယူ ကြလော့။ သင် တို့၏ သမီး တို့အား ငိုကြွေး ခြင်းကို၎င်း ၊ အသီးအသီး အပေါင်း အဘော်တို့အား မြည်တမ်း ခြင်းကို၎င်းသွန်သင် ကြလော့။

21 For death is come up through our windows, is entered into our palaces, to cut off the children from the street, the young men from the broadways.

၂၁သေ မင်းသည် ငါ တို့ပြတင်းပေါက် သို့ တက် ၍၊ ငါ တို့ဘုံ ဗိမာန်ထဲသို့ ဝင် သဖြင့် ၊ သူငယ် များကို လမ်း မှ ပယ်ရှင်း ၍၊ လူပျို များကို ပွဲ သဘင်ထဲက ဖျက်ဆီးလေပြီ။

22 Speak, Thus saith Jehovah: Yea, the carcases of men shall fall as dung upon the open field, and as the handful after the reaper, and there shall be none to gather.

၂၂ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား ၊ လူ သေ ကောင်တို့သည် လယ် ပြင် ၌ နောက်ချေး ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း ၊ သိမ်း သူမ ရှိ၊ ရိတ် သောသူနောက် မှာ ကျန်ရစ်သော ကောက် လှိုင်းကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း ကျနေ ကြလိမ့်မည်ဟု ကြား ပြောလော့။

23 Thus saith Jehovah: Let not the wise glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty glory in his might; let not the rich glory in his riches:

၂၃ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား ၊ ပညာရှိ သောသူသည် မိမိ ပညာ ၌ မ ဝါကြွား စေနှင့်။ ခွန်အား ကြီးသောသူသည် မိမိ ခွန်အား ၌ မ ဝါကြွား စေနှင့်။ ဥစ္စာ ရတတ်သောသူသည် မိမိ ဥစ္စာ ၌ မ ဝါကြွား စေနှင့်။

24 but let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I [am] Jehovah, who exercise loving-kindness, judgment, and righteousness in the earth; for in these things I delight, saith Jehovah.

၂၄ဝါကြွား သောသူ မည်သည်ကား၊ ငါသည် မြေကြီး ပေါ် မှာ ချစ် သနားခြင်း၊ တရား သဖြင့် စီရင်ခြင်း၊ ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းကို ပြု သောထာဝရ ဘုရား ဖြစ်ကြောင်း တည်းဟူသော၊ ငါ့ သဘောကို သိ နားလည် ခြင်း၌သာ ဝါကြွား စေ။ ငါသည် ထို အရာတို့၌ မွေ့လျော် သည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။

25 Behold, days are coming, saith Jehovah, when I will visit all [them that are] circumcised with the uncircumcised;

၂၅ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ အရေဖျား လှီး ခြင်းကိုခံ သောသူ၊ အရေဖျားလှီးခြင်းကို မခံသောသူ၊

26 Egypt, and Judah, and Edom, and the children of Ammon, and Moab, and all that have the corners [of their beard] cut off, that dwell in the wilderness: for all the nations are uncircumcised, and all the house of Israel are uncircumcised in heart.

၂၆အဲဂုတ္တု လူ၊ ယုဒ လူ၊ ဧဒုံ လူ၊ အမ္မုန် အမျိုးသား ၊ မောဘ အမျိုးသား၊ ပါးမုန်း ကိုရိတ် တတ်သော လူမျိုး၊ တော ၌ နေ သောသူအပေါင်း တို့ကို ငါဆုံးမ ရသော အချိန် ကာလ ရောက် လိမ့်မည်။ တပါးအမျိုးသား အပေါင်း တို့သည် အရေဖျား လှီးခြင်းကို မခံသောသူဖြစ်ကြ၏။ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား အပေါင်း တို့သည်လည်း ၊ စိတ်နှလုံး အားဖြင့်အရေဖျား လှီးခြင်းကို မခံသောသူဖြစ်ကြ၏။
