Jeremiah 3
1 They say, If a man put away his wife, and she go from him, and become another man's, shall he return unto her again? Would not that land be utterly polluted? But thou hast committed fornication with many lovers; yet return to me, saith Jehovah.
၁ယောက်ျား စွန့်ပစ် သော မိန်းမ သည် ထွက် သွား၍၊ အခြား သောသူ ၏မယားဖြစ် ပြီးမှ၊ အရင်လင်သည် ထိုမိန်းမ ကို ပြန် ၍ယူ သင့်သလော။ ထို သို့ပြုသောပြည် သည် ညစ်ညူး သည်မ ဟုတ်လောဟု ဆိုလေ့ရှိလျက် နှင့်၊ သင် သည်များစွာ သော ရည်းစား တို့၌မှီဝဲ၍ မှားယွင်း သော်လည်း ၊ ငါ့ ထံသို့ ပြန် လာပါဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ ၏။
2 Lift up thine eyes unto the heights and see, where hast thou not been lain with? In the ways hast thou sat for them, as an Arab in the wilderness; and thou hast polluted the land with thy fornications and with thy wickedness.
၂မြင့် သောအရပ်များကို မျှော် ကြည့်၍ ၊ လင် မ နေ ဘူးသောအရပ် တစုံတခုကို ရှာ လော့။ အာရပ် လူသည် တော ၌ စောင့်သကဲ့သို့ ၊ သင်သည် လမ်း တို့၌ စောင့် နေ၍၊ မတရားသောမေထုန် အားဖြင့် ၎င်း ၊ အဓမ္မ အမှုအားဖြင့် ၎င်း ပြည် ကို ညစ်ညူး စေပြီ။
3 And the showers have been withholden, and there hath been no latter rain; but thou hast a harlot's forehead, thou refusest to be ashamed.
၃မိုဃ်း ခေါင် ၍ နောက် မိုဃ်းတိုင်အောင်မ ရွာ သော်လည်း ၊ သင် သည် ပြည်တန်ဆာ နဖူး ရှိ၍၊ ရှက် ခြင်း သဘောကိုပယ်ရှား ပြီ။
4 Wilt thou not from this time cry unto me, My father, thou art the guide of my youth?
၄ယခု မှစ၍ သင်က၊ အကျွန်ုပ် အဘ ၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် အကျွန်ုပ် အသက်ငယ် စဉ်၊ စောင့်မပါပြီဟု ငါ့ အား အော်ဟစ် ပါစေသော။
5 Will he keep [his anger] for ever? Will he preserve it perpetually? Behold, thou hast spoken and hast done evil things, and thou art [so] determined.
၅ဘုရားသခင်သည် အစဉ် အမျက်ထွက် တော်မူမည် လော။ အဆုံး တိုင်အောင် အပြစ်ကို မှတ် တော်မူမည် လောဟု ဆိုပါစေသော။ ထိုသို့ဆို သော်လည်း ၊ တတ် နိုင်သမျှအတိုင်း အဓမ္မ အမှုကို ပြု ပါသည်တကား။
6 And Jehovah said unto me in the days of Josiah the king, Hast thou seen what backsliding Israel hath done? She hath gone up upon every high mountain and under every green tree, and there hath committed fornication.
၆ယောရှိ မင်းကြီး လက်ထက် ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ငါ့ အား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ဖောက်ပြန် သော ဣသရေလ အမျိုးပြု သော အမှုကိုသင်မြင် ပြီလော ။ မြင့် သော တောင် ရှိသမျှ အပေါ် သို့တက် ၍ ၎င်း ၊ စိမ်း သောသစ် ပင် ရှိသမျှ အောက် ၌ ၎င်း ပြည်တန်ဆာ လုပ်လေပြီ။
7 And I said, After she hath done all these [things], she will return unto me; but she returned not. And her sister Judah, the treacherous, saw [it].
၇သူသည် ထို အမှုအလုံးစုံ တို့ကို ပြု ပြီးမှ ၊ ငါ့ ထံသို့ ပြန် လာပါဟု ငါပြော သော်လည်း ၊ သူသည်ပြန်၍မ လာ ။ ထိုအမှုကို သူ ၏ညီမ ၊ သစ္စာပျက် သောညီမ ယုဒ သည် ကြည့် မြင်လေ၏။
8 And I saw that when for all the causes wherein backsliding Israel committed adultery I had put her away, and given her a bill of divorce, yet the treacherous Judah, her sister, feared not, but went and committed fornication also.
၈ဖောက်ပြန် သော ဣသရေလ သည် မတရား သောမေထုန် ကို ပြု၍၊ မှားယွင်းသော အပြစ်များကြောင့်၊ သူ နှင့်ငါကွာ ၍ ဖြတ်စာ ကို အပ် သော်လည်း ၊ သစ္စာပျက် သောညီမ ယုဒ သည်လည်း၊ မ ကြောက် ဘဲသွား ၍ ၊ ပြည်တန်ဆာ လုပ်ကြောင်း ကို ငါမြင် ရ၏။
9 And it came to pass through the lightness of her fornication that she polluted the land, and committed adultery with stones and with stocks.
၉သူသည် မတရား သောမေထုန် ကိုပြု၍ အလွန် လော်လည် သောအားဖြင့် ပြည် ကို ညစ်ညူး စေ၍ ၊ ကျောက် နှင့် ၎င်း ၊ သစ် တုံးနှင့် ၎င်း မှားယွင်း လေ၏။
10 And even for all this her treacherous sister Judah hath not returned unto me with her whole heart, but with falsehood, saith Jehovah.
၁၀ထို မျှ လောက်အပြစ်ရှိသော်လည်း ၊ သစ္စာ ပျက် သော ညီမ ယုဒ သည် ငါ့ ထံသို့ စိတ် နှလုံးအကြွင်းမဲ့ ပြန် ၍ မ လာ။ ပြန်လာဟန်ဆောင် သည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
11 And Jehovah said unto me, Backsliding Israel hath shewn herself more just than treacherous Judah.
၁၁တဖန် ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ငါ့ အား မိန့်တော်မူသည် ကား၊ သစ္စာ ပျက်သော ယုဒ သည် ဖောက်ပြန် သော ဣသရေလ ထက် အပြစ် ကြီး၏။
12 Go and proclaim these words toward the north, and say, Return, thou backsliding Israel, saith Jehovah: I will not make my face dark upon you; for I am merciful, saith Jehovah; I will not keep [anger] for ever.
၁၂သင် သည် သွား ၍ မြောက် မျက်နှာ သို့ ဟစ်ကြော် ရမည် စကား ဟူမူကား၊ အိုဖောက်ပြန် သော ဣသရေလ ၊ ပြန် လာပါဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။ သင် ၌ ငါ သည် မျက်မုန်းကြိုး ခြင်းကိုမ ပြု၊ ကရုဏာ စိတ်သဘောရှိ၏။ အစဉ် အမျက် ထွက်တတ်သည်မ ဟုတ်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
13 Only acknowledge thine iniquity, that thou hast transgressed against Jehovah thy God, and hast turned thy ways hither and thither to the strangers under every green tree; and ye have not hearkened to my voice, saith Jehovah.
၁၃သင်သည် ငါ့ စကား ကို နား မ ထောင်။ သင် ၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ပြစ်မှား ၍ ၊ စိမ်း သော သစ်ပင် ရှိသမျှ အောက် ၌တွေ့သော ဧည့်သည် တို့နှင့် မှားယွင်း သော အပြစ် ရှိကြောင်းကို ဝန်ချ ရုံမျှသာ ပြုလော့ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
14 Return, backsliding children, saith Jehovah; for I am a husband unto you, and I will take you, one of a city, and two of a family, and I will bring you to Zion.
၁၄အိုဖောက်ပြန် သော သူငယ် တို့၊ ပြန်လာ ကြလော့ ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။ ငါသည် သင်တို့ကို ရွံရှာဘူးသော်လည်း၊ သင်တို့မြို့ များထဲက တ မြို့လျှင် လူ တယောက်၊ အမျိုးသား ချင်း အစုစုထဲက တစုလျှင် လူနှစ် ယောက်ကို ရွေးယူ ၍ ဇိအုန် မြို့သို့ ပို့ဆောင် မည်။
15 And I will give you shepherds according to my heart, and they shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.
၁၅ငါ သည် နှစ်သက် သောသူတို့ကို သင်းအုပ် အရာ ၌ ခန့် ထား၍ ၊ သူတို့သည် ဉာဏ် ပညာနှင့် ပြည့်စုံလျက် သင် တို့ကို အုပ် ကြလိမ့်မည်။
16 And it shall come to pass, when ye are multiplied in the land and become fruitful, in those days, saith Jehovah, they shall say no more, Ark of the covenant of Jehovah! neither shall it come to mind, nor shall they remember it, nor shall they visit [it]; neither shall it be done any more.
၁၆ထို ကာလ တွင် သင်တို့သည် ပြည် တော်၌ တိုးပွါး များပြား သောအခါ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ ပဋိညာဉ် သေတ္တာ တော်ဟူ၍နောက် တဖန် မ ပြော မဆိုရ။ ထိုသေတ္တာတော် ကို စိတ် မ စွဲလမ်း ၊ မအောက်မေ့၊ မ ပြုစု ရ။ နောက် တဖန် မ လုပ် ရဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
17 At that time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of Jehovah; and all the nations shall be gathered unto it, to the name of Jehovah, to Jerusalem; and they shall no more walk after the stubbornness of their evil heart.
၁၇ထို အခါ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့ကို ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ ပလ္လင် ဟူ၍ခေါ် ကြလိမ့်မည်။ လူမျိုး အပေါင်း တို့သည် လည်း ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏နာမ တော်ကို အမှီပြု၍၊ ထို ပလ္လင် သို့ စည်းဝေး ကြလိမ့်မည်။ နောက် တဖန် မိမိ တို့၌ ဆိုး သောစိတ် နှလုံးခိုင်မာ ခြင်းသဘော သို့ လိုက် ၍ မ ကျင့် ရကြ။
18 In those days the house of Judah shall walk with the house of Israel; and they shall come together out of the land of the north, to the land which I caused your fathers to inherit.
၁၈ထို ကာလ ၌ ယုဒ အမျိုး သည် ဣသရေလ အမျိုး နှင့် ပေါင်းဘော် လျက် ၊ မြောက် မျက်နှာအရပ် က တစု တည်းလာ၍၊ သင် တို့ဘိုးဘေး များ အမွေခံ ဘို့ ၊ ငါပေးဘူး သော ပြည် သို့ ရောက် ကြလိမ့်မည်။
19 And as for me, I said, How shall I put thee among the children, and give thee the pleasant land, the goodly inheritance of the hosts of the nations? And I said, Thou shalt call me, My father; and shalt not turn away from following me.
၁၉ငါသည်သင့်ကို သားတို့တွင် အဘယ်သို့ ထား ရ အံ့နည်း။ သာယာ သောပြည် ၊ တိုင်း နိုင်ငံအပေါင်းတို့၏ အထွဋ်၊ ဘုန်းကြီးသော အမွေ ခံရာ ပြည်ကိုသင့် အား အဘယ်သို့ပေး ရအံ့နည်းဟု ငါ မေး သောအခါ၊ သင်သည် ငါ့ ကို အကျွန်ုပ် အဘ ဟူ၍ ခေါ် ရလိမ့်မည်။ ငါ့ ထံမှ လွှဲ ၍ မ သွားရဟု ငါပြန်ပြော ၏။
20 Surely [as] a woman treacherously departeth from her companion, so have ye dealt treacherously with me, O house of Israel, saith Jehovah.
၂၀အိုဣသရေလ အမျိုး ၊ မယား သည် မိမိ ခင်ပွန်း ၌ သစ္စာဖျက်သကဲ့သို့၊ အကယ် စင်စစ်သင်တို့သည်ငါ ၌ သစ္စာ ဖျက်ကြပြီဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
21 A voice is heard upon the heights, the weeping supplications of the children of Israel; for they have perverted their way, they have forgotten Jehovah their God.
၂၁ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား တို့သည် မြင့် သောအရပ်တို့၌ ငိုကြွေး ၍ တောင်းပန် သောအသံ ကို ငါကြား ရပြီ။ အကြောင်း မူကား၊ သူ တို့သည် လမ်း လွှဲ ၍၊ မိမိ တို့ဘုရား သခင် ထာဝရဘုရား ကို မေ့လျော့ ကြပြီ။
22 — Return, backsliding children; I will heal your backslidings. ...Behold, we come unto thee; for thou art Jehovah our God.
၂၂အိုဖောက်ပြန် သော သူငယ် ၊ သင်တို့ပြန်လာ ကြလော့။ ဖောက်ပြန် ရာများကို ငါပြုပြင် မည်။ သူတို့ ကလည်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ် တို့သည် ကိုယ်တော် ထံသို့ လာ ကြ ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော် သည် အကျွန်ုပ် တို့၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရ ဘုရားဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။
23 Truly in vain [is salvation looked for] from the hills, [and] the multitude of mountains; truly in Jehovah our God is the salvation of Israel.
၂၃အကယ် စင်စစ် ကုန်း များနှင့် တောင် ရိုး များတ ို့သည် အချည်းနှီး သက်သက်ဖြစ်ကြ၏။ အကယ် စင်စစ် အကျွန်ုပ် တို့၏ ဘုရား သခင် ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ဣသရေလ အမျိုးကို ကယ်တင် ရာ အကြောင်း ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။
24 But shame hath devoured the labour of our fathers from our youth; their flocks and their herds, their sons and their daughters.
၂၄ရှက်ဘွယ် သော အရာသည် အကျွန်ုပ် တို့၏ ဘိုးဘေး ဥစ္စာ တည်းဟူသောသူ တို့ သိုး နွား ၊ သားသမီး များကို အကျွန်ုပ် တို့ ငယ် သောအရွယ်ကပင် စား ၍ ကုန်ပါပြီ။
25 We lie down in our shame, and our confusion covereth us; for we have sinned against Jehovah our God, we and our fathers, from our youth even unto this day, and have not hearkened to the voice of Jehovah our God.
၂၅အကျွန်ုပ် တို့သည် ရှက် ကြောက်လျက် အိပ် ရကြ ၏။ အသရေ ပျက်ခြင်း၌ နစ်မွန်း ကြ၏။ အကြောင်း မူကား၊ အကျွန်ုပ် တို့သည် ငယ် သော အရွယ်မှစ၍ ယခု တိုင်အောင် ဘိုးဘေး နှင့်တကွ အကျွန်ုပ် တို့၏ ဘုရား သခင် ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ စကား တော်ကို နား မ ထောင်။ အကျွန်ုပ် တို့၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ပြစ်မှား ပါ ပြီဟု ဆိုကြ၏။
