< Hebrews 3 >
1 Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of [the] heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, Jesus,
Etu nimite, pobitro bhai khan, apuni khan sorgo rajyo nimite matise. Jisu ke bhabibi, jun ase amikhan pora shikar kora laga apostle aru moha purohit.
2 who is faithful to him that has constituted him, as Moses also in all his house.
Jineka Moses pora Isor laga ghor te hodai biswasi hoi kene thakise, tineka Tai bhi, kun pora etu kaam kori bole nimite Taike basi loise, Tai uporte biswas koribo para ekjon thakise.
3 For he has been counted worthy of greater glory than Moses, by how much he that has built it has more honour than the house.
Jineka ekta ghor pora bhi ghor bona manu ke bisi sonman aru mohima hoi, eneka pora Tai he Moses pora bhi dangor sonman aru mohima ase.
4 For every house is built by some one; but he who has built all things [is] God.
Kelemane ghor to kunba pora bonai, kintu Isor pora he sob bonaise.
5 And Moses indeed [was] faithful in all his house, as a ministering servant, for a testimony of the things to be spoken after;
Moses bhi Isor laga pura ghor te biswasi ekjon noukar thakise, etu kotha laga gawahi khan hobo nimite jun aha dinte hobole ase.
6 but Christ, as Son over his house, whose house are we, if indeed we hold fast the boldness and the boast of hope firm to the end.
Kintu Khrista to Isor pora biswas thaka Putro ase kun Isor laga pura ghor sai ase. Amikhan bhi Tai laga ghor hobo jodi amikhan ke ki asha te matise etu te phutani kori kene mon dangor pora dhuri thakise koile.
7 Wherefore, even as says the Holy Spirit, To-day if ye will hear his voice,
Etu nimite, Pobitro Atma pora bhi eneka koise: “Aji, jodi apuni Tai laga awaj hune
8 harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness;
Mon tan nokoribi, Aru biya kaam nokoribi, Jongol te thaka homoi te porikha kori kene sa nisena.
9 where your fathers tempted [me], by proving [me], and saw my works forty years.
Tumi baba khan laga baba khan pora Moike porikha kori kene kotha mana nai, Taikhan Moi chalis saal tak ki kaam korise etu sob dikhise.
10 Wherefore I was wroth with this generation, and said, They always err in heart; and they have not known my ways;
Etu nimite Moi manu khan uporte khushi thaka nai. Moi koise, ‘Taikhan hodai mon pora biya kaam kori kene jai, Aru taikhan Moi pora bhal rasta dikhai diya to najane.’
11 so I swore in my wrath, If they shall enter into my rest.
Moi laga ghusa pora kosom kha nisena he ase: ‘Moi thaka aru aram kora jagate taikhan kitia bhi jabo na paribo.’”
12 See, brethren, lest there be in any one of you a wicked heart of unbelief, in turning away from [the] living God.
Hoshiar hoi jabi, bhai khan, apuni khan laga monte biswas nakora laga biya bhabona nahibo nimite, kelemane etu pora apuni khan ke jivit Isor pora dur loijai.
13 But encourage yourselves each day, as long as it is called To-day, that none of you be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.
Kintu, hodai ekjon-ekjon laga mon dangor kori dibi, jiman din ke “aji” matibo, titia apuni khan majot kun laga bhi mon to paap laga biya kaam pora tan nohobo.
14 For we are become companions of the Christ if indeed we hold the beginning of the assurance firm to the end;
Kelemane amikhan Khrista laga kaam te sathi hoi jaise jodi amikhan shuru pora ses tak Tai pora biswas koribo para manu thakise koile.
15 in that it is said, To-day if ye will hear his voice, do not harden your hearts, as in the provocation;
Eitu khan nimite Isor kotha te koi dise, “Aji, jodi apuni Tai laga awaj hune, Apuni laga mon tan nokoribi, Aru biya rasta te najabi.”
16 (for who was it, who, having heard, provoked? but [was it] not all who came out of Egypt by Moses?
Kelemane kun Yehudi khan huni kene bhi kotha mana nai? Taikhan sob Moses logot pora Egypt chari kene ulabole parise na hoi?
17 And with whom was he wroth forty years? [Was it] not with those who had sinned, whose carcases fell in the wilderness?
Aru kun logote Tai chalis saal tak khong uthi kene thakise? Paap kora manu khan logote nohoi naki, kun laga mora gaw to jongol te giri kene thakise?
18 And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to those who had not hearkened to the word?
Aru kun logote Tai kosom khai sele taikhan Tai laga aram kora jagate ghusi bole na paribo koi kene, kun manu kotha namani kene ase taikhan ke nohoile aru etu kotha kunke koisele?
19 And we see that they could not enter in on account of unbelief; )
Amikhan dikhise biswas nathaka nimite taikhan ta te ghusi bole para nai.
