Genesis 10
1 And these are the generations of the sons of Noah: Shem, Ham, and Japheth; and to them were sons born after the flood.
১নোহৰ পুত্ৰ চেম, হাম আৰু যেফতৰ বংশৰ বিৱৰণ এই: জলপ্লাৱনৰ পাছত তেওঁলোকৰ বহুতো সন্তান জন্ম হ’ল।
2 The sons of Japheth: Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Javan, and Tubal, and Meshech, and Tiras.
২যেফতৰ সন্তানসকলৰ নাম গোমৰ, মাগোগ, মাদয়, যাবন, তুবল, মেচেক আৰু তীৰচ।
3 And the sons of Gomer: Ashkenaz, and Riphath, and Togarmah.
৩গোমৰৰ সন্তান সকল হ’ল অস্কিনজ, ৰীফৎ, আৰু তোগৰ্মা।
4 And the sons of Javan: Elishah, and Tarshish, Kittim, and Dodanim.
৪যাবনৰ সন্তান সকল হ’ল ইলীচা, তৰ্চীচ, কিত্তীম আৰু দোদানীম।
5 From these came the distribution of the isles of the nations, according to their lands, every one after his tongue, after their families, in their nations.
৫যাবনৰ বংশৰ লোকসকলে সাগৰৰ কাষৰীয় অঞ্চল আৰু দ্বীপবোৰত বসবাস কৰিলে। তেওঁলোকৰ বংশধৰসকল বিভক্ত হৈ বিভিন্ন জাতি হ’ল আৰু প্রত্যেক জাতিৰ নিজস্ব ভাষা, গোষ্ঠী আৰু অঞ্চল হ’ল।
6 And the sons of Ham: Cush, and Mizraim, and Phut, and Canaan.
৬হামৰ সন্তান সকলৰ নাম কুচ, মিচৰ, পূট, আৰু কনান।
7 And the sons of Cush: Seba, and Havilah, and Sabtah, and Raamah, and Sabtecha. And the sons of Raamah: Sheba and Dedan.
৭কুচৰ সন্তান সকল হ’ল চবা, হবীলা, চব্তা, ৰয়মা, আৰু চব্তকা; ৰয়মাৰ সন্তান সকল হ’ল চিবা আৰু দদান।
8 And Cush begot Nimrod: he began to be mighty on the earth.
৮কুচৰ পুত্ৰৰ নাম নিম্ৰোদ; এই নিম্রোদ পৃথিবীত এজন মহা-পৰাক্ৰমী পুৰুষ হৈ উঠিছিল।
9 He was a mighty hunter before Jehovah; therefore it is said, As Nimrod, the mighty hunter before Jehovah!
৯যিহোৱাৰ সন্মুখত তেওঁ আছিল এজন পৰাক্ৰমী চিকাৰী। সেইবাবে তেওঁৰ তুলনা দি এই লোক-প্রবাদ আছে, “নিম্রোদৰ নিচিনা, যিহোৱাৰ সন্মুখতো এজন পৰাক্রমী চিকাৰী।”
10 And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar.
১০নিম্রোদৰ ৰাজত্বৰ প্রথম ঠাইবোৰ আছিল চিনাৰ দেশৰ বাবিল, এৰক, অক্কদ, আৰু কলনি।
11 From that land went out Asshur, and built Nineveh, and Rehoboth-Ir, and Calah,
১১তেওঁ সেই ঠাইৰ পৰা অচুৰ দেশলৈকে গ’ল; তেওঁ নীনবি, ৰহোবোৎ-ঈৰ, কেলহ,
12 and Resen, between Nineveh and Calah: this is the great city.
১২আৰু ৰেচন, এইবোৰ নগৰ নির্ম্মাণ কৰিলে। নীনবি আৰু কেলহৰ মাজত অৱস্থিত ৰেচন এখন মহানগৰ আছিল।
13 — And Mizraim begot the Ludim, and the Anamim, and the Lehabim, and the Naphtuhim,
১৩লুদীয়া, অনামীয়া, লহাবীয়া, নপ্তুহীয়া,
14 and the Pathrusim, and the Casluhim, out of whom came the Philistines, and the Caphtorim.
১৪পথ্ৰোচীয়া, কচলুহীয়া আৰু কপ্তোৰীয়াসকল মিচৰৰ বংশৰ লোক আছিল। পলেষ্টীয়াসকল এই কচলুহীয়াসকলৰ পৰা আহিছিল।
15 — And Canaan begot Sidon, his firstborn, and Heth,
১৫কনান, চীদোন আৰু হেতৰ পিতৃ আছিল। চীদোন আছিল কনানৰ প্রথম সন্তান।
16 and the Jebusite, and the Amorite, and the Girgashite,
১৬যিবুচীয়া ইমোৰীয়া, গিৰ্গাচীয়া,
17 and the Hivite, and the Arkite, and the Sinite,
১৭হিব্বীয়া, অৰ্কীয়া, চীনীয়া,
18 and the Arvadite, and the Zemarite, and the Hamathite. And afterwards the families of the Canaanites spread themselves abroad.
১৮অৰ্বদীয়া, চমৰীয়া, আৰু হমাতীয়াসকলো কনানৰ বংশৰ লোক আছিল। পাছত কনানীয়া গোষ্ঠীবোৰ বিস্তাৰিত হৈ পৰিল।
19 And the border of the Canaanite was from Sidon, as one goes to Gerar, up to Gazah; as one goes to Sodom, and Gomorrah, and Admah, and Zeboim, up to Lesha.
১৯কনানীয়াসকলৰ সীমা চীদোনপৰা গৰাৰৰ ফালে গাজা পর্যন্ত আৰু চদোম, ঘমোৰা, অদ্মা, আৰু চবোয়ীমলৈ যোৱাৰ ফালে লেচা পর্যন্ত আছিল।
20 These are the sons of Ham, after their families, after their tongues, in their lands, in their nations.
২০নিজৰ নিজৰ ফৈদ, ভাষা, দেশ আৰু জাতি হিচাবে এইসকল লোকেই আছিল হামৰ বংশৰ লোক।
21 And to Shem — to him also were [sons] born; he is the father of all the sons of Eber, the brother of Japheth the elder.
২১যেফতৰ ডাঙৰ ককায়েক চেমৰো সন্তান-সন্ততি হ’ল। চেম এবৰৰ বংশধৰসকলৰ আদি পুৰুষ আছিল।
22 The sons of Shem: Elam, and Asshur, and Arphaxad, and Lud, and Aram.
২২চেমৰ পুত্রসকল থ’ল এলম, অচুৰ, অৰ্ফকচদৰ, লুদ আৰু অৰাম।
23 And the sons of Aram: Uz, and Hul, and Gether, and Mash.
২৩অৰামৰ পুত্রসকল উচ, হুল, গেথৰ, আৰু মচ।
24 — And Arphaxad begot Shelah; and Shelah begot Eber.
২৪অৰ্ফকচদৰ সন্তানৰ নাম চেলহ আৰু চেলহৰ সন্তানৰ নাম এবৰ।
25 And to Eber were born two sons: the name of the one was Peleg, for in his days was the earth divided; and his brother's name was Joktan.
২৫এবৰৰ দুজন পুত্ৰ আছিল। তেওঁলোকৰ এজনৰ নাম পেলগ, কিয়নো তেওঁৰ দিনতে পৃথিৱী বিভক্ত হৈছিল। পেলগৰ ভায়েকৰ নাম আছিল যক্তন।
26 And Joktan begot Almodad, and Sheleph, and Hazarmaveth, and Jerah,
২৬যক্তনৰ পুত্ৰসকলৰ নাম অলমোদদ, চেলফ, হচমাবৎ, যেৰহ,
27 and Hadoram, and Uzal, and Diklah,
২৭হদোৰাম, উজল, দিক্লা,
28 and Obal, and Abimael, and Sheba,
২৮ওবল, অবীমায়েল, চিবা,
29 and Ophir, and Havilah, and Jobab: all these were sons of Joktan.
২৯ওফীৰ, হবীলা আৰু যোবব; এইলোক সকলোৱেই যক্তনৰ সন্তান।
30 And their dwelling was from Mesha, as one goes to Sephar, the eastern mountain.
৩০মেচাৰ পৰা পূব দিশৰ ছফাৰ পৰ্ব্বতলৈকে যোৱা অঞ্চলত তেওঁলোকে বসবাস কৰিছিল।
31 These are the sons of Shem, after their families, after their tongues, in their lands, after their nations.
৩১নিজৰ নিজৰ ফৈদ, ভাষা, দেশ আৰু জাতি হিচাবে এইসকল লোকেই আছিল চেমৰ বংশৰ লোক।
32 These are the families of the sons of Noah, after their generations, in their nations. And from these came the distribution of the nations on the earth after the flood.
৩২এয়াই হ’ল বংশানুক্রমে আৰু জাতি অনুসাৰে নোহৰ পুত্রসকলৰ গোষ্ঠী। জলপ্লাৱনৰ পাছত এওঁলোকৰ বংশৰ লোকসকলেই পৃথক পৃথক জাতি হ’ল আৰু গোটেই পৃথিৱীতে সিচঁৰিত হ’ল।
