Ezekiel 45
1 And when ye shall divide by lot the land for inheritance, ye shall offer a heave-offering unto Jehovah, a holy portion of the land: the length shall be the length of five and twenty thousand [cubits], and the breadth ten thousand. This shall be holy in all the borders thereof round about.
Et lorsque vous commencerez à diviser la terre par le sort, séparez les prémices pour le Seigneur; un lieu de la terre sanctifié, d’une longueur de vingt-cinq mille coudées, et d’une largeur de dix mille; il sera sanctifié dans toute sa limite autour.
2 Of this there shall be for the sanctuary five hundred [reeds] by five hundred, square round about; and fifty cubits round about for the suburbs thereof.
Et il y aura de sanctifié de tout côté cinq cents coudées en carré tout autour, et cinquante coudées encore pour ses faubourgs aux environs.
3 And of this measure shalt thou measure the length of five and twenty thousand, and the breadth of ten thousand; and in it shall be the sanctuary, the holy of holies.
Et d’après cette mesure, tu mesureras une longueur de vingt-cinq mille coudées, et une largeur de dix mille, et dans ce lieu même sera le temple, et le saint des saints.
4 This is the holy [portion] of the land; it shall be for the priests who do the service of the sanctuary, who draw near to serve Jehovah, and it shall be a place for their houses, and a holy place for the sanctuary.
Ce qu’il y aura de sanctifié de cette terre sera pour les prêtres, ministres du sanctuaire, qui s’approchent du ministère du Seigneur; et ce lieu sera pour leurs maisons, et pour le sanctuaire de sainteté.
5 And [a space of] five and twenty thousand in length, and ten thousand in breadth, shall the Levites, who do the service of the house, have for themselves, for a possession, for their habitations.
Or, vingt-cinq mille coudées de longueur et dix mille de largeur seront pour les Lévites qui servent dans la maison; ils posséderont aussi eux-mêmes vingt chambres.
6 And ye shall appoint the possession of the city five thousand in breadth, and five and twenty thousand in length, alongside of the holy heave-offering: it shall be for the whole house of Israel.
Et pour la possession de la cité, vous donnerez cinq mille coudées de largeur, et de longueur vingt-cinq mille, selon ce qui est séparé pour le sanctuaire; et ce sera pour toute la maison d’Israël.
7 And the prince shall have [his portion] on the one side and on the other side of the holy heave-offering and of the possession of the city, over against the holy heave-offering, and over against the possession of the city, from the west side westward, and from the east side eastward; and in length answering to one of the portions [of the tribes] from the west border unto the east border.
Au prince aussi vous donnerez ce qui s’étendra de part et d’autre, le long de ce qui a été séparé pour le sanctuaire et pour la possession de la cité, vis-à-vis de ce qui a été séparé pour le sanctuaire, et vis-à-vis de la possession de la ville; depuis le côté de la mer jusqu’à la mer, et depuis le côté de l’orient jusqu’à l’orient; or la longueur de sa possession sera égale dans chacune de ses portions, depuis les bornes de l’occident jusqu’aux bornes de l’orient.
8 As land shall it be his for a possession in Israel; and my princes shall no more oppress my people; but they shall give the land to the house of Israel according to their tribes.
Il aura une possession de la terre dans Israël, et les princes ne dépouilleront plus mon peuple, mais ils donneront la terre à la maison d’Israël, selon leurs tribus.
9 Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Let it suffice you, princes of Israel! Put away violence and spoil, and execute judgment and justice; take off your exactions from my people, saith the Lord Jehovah.
Voici ce que dit le Seigneur Dieu: Que cela vous suffise, princes d’Israël; cessez l’iniquité et les rapines; faites jugement et justice; séparez vos confins de ceux de mon peuple, dit le Seigneur Dieu.
10 Ye shall have just balances, and a just ephah, and a just bath.
Vous aurez une balance juste, et un éphi juste, et un bat juste.
11 The ephah and the bath shall be of one measure, so that the bath may contain the tenth part of a homer, and the ephah the tenth part of a homer: the measure thereof shall be according to the homer.
L’éphi et le bat seront égaux, et d’une même mesure; en sorte que le bat tiendra la dixième partie du cor, et l’éphi la dixième partie du cor; leur poids sera égal, par rapport à la mesure du cor.
12 And the shekel shall be twenty gerahs; twenty shekels, five and twenty shekels, fifteen shekels, shall be your maneh.
Mais le sicle a vingt oboles. Or vingt sicles, et vingt-cinq sicles, et quinze sicles, font la mine.
13 This is the heave-offering which ye shall offer: the sixth part of an ephah out of a homer of wheat, and ye shall give the sixth part of an ephah out of a homer of barley;
Et voici quelles seront les prémices que vous prendrez: la sixième partie de l’éphi sur un cor de froment; et la sixième partie de l’éphi sur un cor d’orge.
14 and the set portion of oil, by the bath of oil, the tenth part of a bath out of a cor, [which is] a homer of ten baths, for ten baths are a homer;
Voici aussi la mesure de l’huile: le bat d’huile est la dixième partie du cor; et les dix bats font un cor, parce que les dix bats remplissent un cor.
15 and one lamb out of the flock, out of two hundred, from the well-watered pastures of Israel; — for an oblation, and for a burnt-offering, and for peace-offerings, to make atonement for them, saith the Lord Jehovah.
Et ils offriront un bélier d’un troupeau de deux cents bêtes de celles que le peuple d’Israël nourrit pour le sacrifice, et pour l’holocauste, et pour les oblations pacifiques, afin d’expier leurs fautes, dit le Seigneur Dieu.
16 All the people of the land shall be [held] to this heave-offering for the prince in Israel.
Tout le peuple du pays sera obligé à ces prémices pour le prince en Israël.
17 And it shall be the prince's part [to supply] the burnt-offerings, and the oblation, and the drink-offering, at the feasts, and at the new moons, and on the sabbaths, in all the solemnities of the house of Israel: it is he that shall prepare the sin-offering, and the oblation, and the burnt-offering, and the peace-offerings, to make atonement for the house of Israel.
Et à la charge du prince seront les holocaustes, et le sacrifice, et les libations dans les solennités, et dans les calendes et dans les sabbats, et dans toutes les solennités de la maison d’Israël; c’est lui qui offrira le sacrifice pour le péché, l’holocauste et les victimes pacifiques pour l’expiation de la maison d’Israël.
18 Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: In the first [month], on the first of the month, thou shalt take a young bullock, without blemish, and thou shalt purge the sanctuary.
Voici ce que dit le Seigneur Dieu: Au premier mois, et au premier jour de ce mois, tu prendras d’un troupeau un veau sans tache, et tu expieras le sanctuaire.
19 And the priest shall take of the blood of the sin-offering, and put it upon the posts of the house, and upon the four corners of the settle of the altar, and upon the posts of the gate of the inner court.
Et le prêtre prendra du sang qui sera pour le péché, et il en mettra aux poteaux de la maison, aux quatre coins du rebord de l’autel, et aux poteaux de la porte du parvis intérieur.
20 So thou shalt do also on the seventh of the month for every one that erreth, and for the simple; and ye shall make atonement for the house.
Et ainsi tu feras au septième jour du mois pour quiconque a péché par ignorance, et a été trompé par une erreur humaine, et tu expieras ainsi la maison.
21 In the first [month], on the fourteenth day of the month, ye shall have the passover, a feast of seven days: unleavened bread shall be eaten.
Au premier mois, et au quatorzième jour de ce mois, sera pour vous la solennité de la Pâque; sept jours durant, on mangera des azymes.
22 And upon that day shall the prince offer for himself and for all the people of the land a bullock for a sin-offering.
Et le prince offrira en ce jour-là pour lui-même et pour tout le peuple du pays, un veau en sacrifice pour le péché;
23 And the seven days of the feast he shall offer a burnt-offering to Jehovah, seven bullocks and seven rams without blemish daily for the seven days; and a he-goat daily for a sin-offering.
Et pendant la solennité des sept jours, il offrira en holocauste au Seigneur sept veaux et sept béliers sans tache, chaque jour durant les sept jours, et pour le péché, un bouc de chèvres chaque jour.
24 And he shall offer an oblation of an ephah for a bullock, and an ephah for a ram; and oil, a hin for an ephah.
Et il offrira en sacrifice un éphi de farine par veau, et un éphi par bélier, et un hin d’huile par chaque éphi.
25 In the seventh [month], on the fifteenth day of the month, at the feast, shall he do the like seven days, according to the sin-offering, according to the burnt-offering, and according to the oblation, and according to the oil.
Au septième mois, au quinzième jour de ce mois, pendant la solennité, il fera sept jours de suite les mêmes choses qui ont été dites auparavant, tant pour l’expiation du péché, que pour l’holocauste, et pour le sacrifice des oblations et pour l’huile.
