Ezekiel 35
1 And the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,
Unya miabot kanako ang pulong ni Yahweh, nga nag-ingon,
2 Son of man, set thy face against mount Seir, and prophesy against it,
“Anak sa tawo, atubang ngadto sa Bukid sa Seir ug panagna batok niini.
3 and say unto it, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I am against thee, mount Seir, and I will stretch out my hand upon thee, and I will make thee a desolation and an astonishment.
Sultihi kini, 'Si Yahweh nga Ginoo miingon niini: Tan-awa! Batok ako kanimo, Bukid sa Seir, ug dagmalan ko ikaw pinaagi sa akong kamot ug himoon ko ikaw nga biniyaan ug kahadlokan.
4 I will lay thy cities waste, and thou shalt be a desolation: and thou shalt know that I [am] Jehovah.
Gun-obon ko ang imong siyudad, ug mahimo kang biniyaan; unya mahibaloan nimo nga ako si Yahweh.
5 Because thou hast had a perpetual hatred, and hast given over the children of Israel to the power of the sword, in the time of their calamity, in the time of the iniquity of the end;
Tungod kay kanunay kang bangis ngadto sa katawhan sa Israel, ug tungod kay gitugyan nimo sila ngadto sa espada sa panahon sa ilang mga kalisdanan, niadto nga takna hilabihan ang silot alang kanila.
6 therefore, [as] I live, saith the Lord Jehovah, I will certainly appoint thee unto blood, and blood shall pursue thee; since thou hast not hated blood, blood shall pursue thee.
Busa, ingon nga buhi ako—mao kini ang gipamulong ni Yahweh nga Ginoo—andamon ko ikaw alang sa kamatayon, ug gukdon ka sa kamatayon! Tungod kay wala ka masilag sa kamatayon, gukoron ka niini.
7 And I will make mount Seir a desolation and an astonishment, and cut off from it him that passeth out and him that returneth;
Gun-obon ko nga hingpit ang Bukid sa Seir sa dihang pamatyon ko ang moagi ug mobalik pag-usab niini.
8 and I will fill his mountains with his slain. In thy hills, and in thy valleys, and in all thy water-courses shall they fall that are slain with the sword.
Unya pun-on ko sa mga patay ang kabukiran niini. Ang imong tag-as nga mga bungtod ug mga walog ug ang tanan nimong kasapaan—kadtong gipatay pinaagi sa espada mangahulog didto kanila.
9 I will make thee perpetual desolations, and thy cities shall not be inhabited: and ye shall know that I [am] Jehovah.
Himoon ko ikaw nga biniyaan hangtod sa kahangtoran. Dili na pagapuy-an ang imong siyudad, apan mahibaloan nimo nga ako si Yahweh.
10 Because thou hast said, These two nations and these two countries shall be mine, and we will possess it, whereas Jehovah was there:
Miingon ka, “Kining duha ka nasod ug duha ka yuta mahimong akoa, ug panag-iyahon nato sila,” bisan pa kung anaa si Yahweh kanila.”
11 therefore, [as] I live, saith the Lord Jehovah, I will even do according to thine anger and according to thine envy, as thou hast done out of thy hatred against them; and I will make myself known among them, when I shall judge thee.
Busa, ingon nga buhi ako—mao kini ang gipamulong ni Yahweh nga Ginoo—buhaton ko kini sumala sa imong kasuko ug sumala sa imong kasina ngadto sa Israel nga imong gikasilagan, ug ipakita ko ang akong kaugalingon ngadto kanila sa dihang hukman ko na ikaw.
12 And thou shalt know that I Jehovah have heard all thy reproaches, which thou hast uttered against the mountains of Israel, saying, They are laid desolate, they are given us to devour.
Aron mahibaloan nimo nga ako si Yahweh. Nadungog ko ang tanang pagpakaulaw nga imong gisulti batok sa kabukiran sa Israel, sa dihang miingon ka, “Nagun-ob na sila; gihatag na sila kanato aron atong lamoyon.”
13 And ye have magnified yourselves against me with your mouth, and have multiplied your words against me: I have heard [them].
Gituboy mo ang imong kaugalingon batok kanako pinaagi sa imong gisulti, ug gipadaghan mo ang mga pulong nga imong gisulti batok kanako; ug nadungog ko kining tanan.
14 Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: When the whole earth rejoiceth, I will make thee a desolation.
Miingon si Yahweh nga Ginoo niini: Himoon ko ikaw nga biniyaan, samtang maglipay ang tibuok kalibotan.
15 As thou didst rejoice at the inheritance of the house of Israel, because it was desolated, so will I do unto thee: thou shalt be a desolation, O mount Seir, and all Edom, the whole of it: and they shall know that I [am] Jehovah.
Ingon nga naglipay ka sa panulondon sa katawhan sa Israel tungod sa pagkahimo niini nga biniyaan, buhaton ko usab kini kanimo. Mahimo kang awaaw, Bukid sa Seir, ug ang tanan sa Edom— tanan nga anaa niini! Unya mahibaloan nila nga ako si Yahweh.”
