Ezekiel 28
1 And the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,
൧യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാട് എനിക്കുണ്ടായത് എന്തെന്നാൽ:
2 Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyre, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Because thy heart is lifted up, and thou hast said, I am a god, I sit [in] the seat of God, in the heart of the seas, (and thou art a man, and not God, ) and thou settest thy heart as the heart of God:
൨“മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നീ സോർപ്രഭുവിനോടു പറയേണ്ടത്: യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: “നിന്റെ ഹൃദയം നിഗളിച്ചുപോയി; നീ ദൈവമല്ല മനുഷ്യൻ മാത്രമാകുമ്പോൾ: ‘ഞാൻ ദൈവമാകുന്നു; ഞാൻ സമുദ്രമദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ദൈവസിംഹാസനത്തിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നു’ എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു.
3 behold, thou art wiser than Daniel! nothing secret is obscure for thee;
൩നീ ദൈവഭാവം നടിച്ചതുകൊണ്ട് - നീ ദാനീയേലിലും ജ്ഞാനിയോ? നീ അറിയാത്തവിധം മറച്ചുവയ്ക്കാകുന്ന ഒരു രഹസ്യവുമില്ലയോ?
4 by thy wisdom and by thine understanding thou hast gotten thee riches, and hast gotten gold and silver into thy treasures;
൪നിന്റെ ജ്ഞാനംകൊണ്ടും വിവേകംകൊണ്ടും നീ ധനം സമ്പാദിച്ച് പൊന്നും വെള്ളിയും നിന്റെ ഭണ്ഡാരത്തിൽ സംഗ്രഹിച്ചുവച്ചു;
5 by thy great wisdom thou hast by thy traffic increased thy riches, and thy heart is lifted up because of thy riches.
൫നീ മഹാജ്ഞാനംകൊണ്ട് കച്ചവടത്താൽ ധനം വർദ്ധിപ്പിച്ചു; നിന്റെ ഹൃദയം ധനംനിമിത്തം ഗർവ്വിച്ചുമിരിക്കുന്നു” -
6 Therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Because thou hast set thy heart as the heart of God,
൬അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു:
7 therefore behold, I will bring strangers upon thee, the terrible of the nations; and they shall draw their swords against the beauty of thy wisdom, and they shall tarnish thy brightness.
൭നീ ദൈവഭാവം നടിക്കുകയാൽ ഞാൻ ജനതകളിൽ ഉഗ്രന്മാരായ അന്യജാതിക്കാരെ നിന്റെനേരെ വരുത്തും; അവർ നിന്റെ ജ്ഞാനത്തിന്റെ മനോഹാരിതയ്ക്കു നേരെ വാളൂരി നിന്റെ പ്രഭയെ അശുദ്ധമാക്കും.
8 They shall bring thee down to the pit, and thou shalt die the deaths of those that are slain in the heart of the seas.
൮അവർ നിന്നെ കുഴിയിൽ ഇറങ്ങുമാറാക്കും; നീ സമുദ്രമദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ നിഹതന്മാരെപ്പോലെ മരിക്കും.
9 Wilt thou then say before him that slayeth thee, I am God? but thou shalt be a man, and not God, in the hand of him that pierceth thee.
൯നിന്നെ കൊല്ലുന്നവന്റെ കയ്യിൽ നീ ദൈവമല്ല, മനുഷ്യൻ മാത്രം ആയിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ, നിന്നെ കൊല്ലുന്നവന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ: ‘ഞാൻ ദൈവം’ എന്ന് നീ പറയുമോ?
10 Thou shalt die the deaths of the uncircumcised, by the hand of strangers: for I have spoken [it], saith the Lord Jehovah.
൧൦അന്യദേശക്കാരുടെ കൈകൊണ്ട് നീ അഗ്രചർമ്മികളെപ്പോലെ മരിക്കും; ഞാൻ അത് കല്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു” എന്ന് യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാട്.
11 And the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,
൧൧യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാട് എനിക്കുണ്ടായത് എന്തെന്നാൽ:
12 Son of man, take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyre, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Thou, who sealest up the measure of perfection, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty,
൧൨“മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നീ സോർരാജാവിനെക്കുറിച്ച് ഒരു വിലാപം തുടങ്ങി അവനോട് പറയേണ്ടത്: യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു! ‘നീ പരിപൂർണ്ണതയുടെ മുദ്രയാകുന്നു; നീ ജ്ഞാനസമ്പൂർണ്ണനും സൗന്ദര്യസമ്പൂർണ്ണനും തന്നെ.
13 thou wast in Eden, the garden of God. Every precious stone was thy covering: the sardius, the topaz, and the diamond, the chrysolite, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the carbuncle, and the emerald, and gold. The workmanship of thy tambours and of thy pipes was in thee: in the day that thou wast created were they prepared.
൧൩നീ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ തോട്ടമായ ഏദെനിൽ ആയിരുന്നു; താമ്രമണി, പീതരത്നം, വജ്രം, പുഷ്പരാഗം, ഗോമേദകം, സൂര്യകാന്തം, നീലക്കല്ല്, മാണിക്യം, മരതകം മുതലായ സകലരത്നങ്ങളും നിന്നെ മൂടിയിരുന്നു; നിന്നെ നിർമ്മിച്ചനാളിൽ നിന്റെ തംബുരുവിന്റെയും പുല്ലാംകുഴലിന്റെയും പണി പൊന്നുകൊണ്ടുള്ളതായിരുന്നു.
14 Thou wast the anointed covering cherub, and I had set thee [so]: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou didst walk up and down in the midst of stones of fire.
൧൪നീ ചിറകുവിടർത്തി മറയ്ക്കുന്ന കെരൂബ് ആകുന്നു; ഞാൻ നിന്നെ വിശുദ്ധദേവപർവ്വതത്തിൽ ഇരുത്തിയിരുന്നു; നീ അഗ്നിമയരഥങ്ങളുടെ മദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ സഞ്ചരിച്ചുപോന്നു.
15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways, from the day that thou wast created, till unrighteousness was found in thee.
൧൫നിന്നെ സൃഷ്ടിച്ച നാൾമുതൽ നിന്നിൽ നീതികേട് കണ്ടതുവരെ നീ നടപ്പിൽ നിഷ്കളങ്കനായിരുന്നു.
16 By the abundance of thy traffic they filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned; therefore have I cast thee as profane from the mountain of God, and have destroyed thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.
൧൬നിന്റെ വ്യാപാരത്തിന്റെ പെരുപ്പംനിമിത്തം നിന്റെ അന്തർഭാഗം സാഹസംകൊണ്ടു നിറഞ്ഞ് നീ പാപംചെയ്തു; അതുകൊണ്ട് ഞാൻ നിന്നെ ‘അശുദ്ധൻ’ എന്ന് എണ്ണി ദേവപർവ്വതത്തിൽ നിന്ന് തള്ളിക്കളഞ്ഞു; മറയ്ക്കുന്ന കെരൂബേ, ഞാൻ നിന്നെ അഗ്നിമയരഥങ്ങളുടെ മദ്ധ്യത്തിൽനിന്ന് നശിപ്പിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു.
17 Thy heart was lifted up because of thy beauty; thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I have cast thee to the ground, I have laid thee before kings, that they may behold thee.
൧൭നിന്റെ സൗന്ദര്യംനിമിത്തം നിന്റെ ഹൃദയം ഗർവ്വിച്ചു; നിന്റെ പ്രഭനിമിത്തം നീ നിന്റെ ജ്ഞാനത്തെ വഷളാക്കി; ഞാൻ നിന്നെ നിലത്തു തള്ളിയിട്ട്, രാജാക്കന്മാർ നിന്നെ കണ്ടു രസിക്കത്തക്കവണ്ണം നിന്നെ അവരുടെ മുമ്പിൽ ഇട്ടുകളഞ്ഞു.
18 By the multitude of thine iniquities, by the unrighteousness of thy traffic, thou hast profaned thy sanctuaries: and I have brought forth a fire out of the midst of thee — it hath consumed thee; and I have brought thee to ashes upon the earth, in the sight of all them that behold thee.
൧൮നിന്റെ അകൃത്യബാഹുല്യംകൊണ്ടും നിന്റെ വ്യാപാരത്തിന്റെ നീതികേടുകൊണ്ടും നീ നിന്റെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരങ്ങളെ അശുദ്ധമാക്കി; അതുകൊണ്ട് ഞാൻ നിന്റെ നടുവിൽനിന്ന് ഒരു തീ പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കും; അത് നിന്നെ ദഹിപ്പിച്ചുകളയും; നിന്നെ കാണുന്ന എല്ലാവരുടെയും മുമ്പിൽ ഞാൻ നിന്നെ നിലത്തു ഭസ്മമാക്കിക്കളയും.
19 All they that know thee among the peoples shall be amazed at thee: thou art become a terror, and thou shalt never be any more.
൧൯ജനതകളിൽ നിന്നെ അറിയുന്നവരെല്ലാവരും നിന്നെ കണ്ടു സ്തംഭിച്ചുപോകും; നിനക്ക് ശീഘ്രനാശം ഭവിച്ചിട്ട് നീ സദാകാലത്തേക്കും ഇല്ലാതെയാകും”.
20 And the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,
൨൦യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാട് എനിക്കുണ്ടായതെന്തെന്നാൽ:
21 Son of man, set thy face towards Zidon, and prophesy against it,
൨൧“മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നീ സീദോനു നേരെ മുഖംതിരിച്ച് അതിനെക്കുറിച്ച് പ്രവചിച്ചു പറയേണ്ടത്:
22 and say, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I am against thee, Zidon, and I will be glorified in the midst of thee; and they shall know that I [am] Jehovah, when I shall have executed judgments in her, and shall be hallowed in her.
൨൨യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ‘സീദോനേ, ഞാൻ നിനക്ക് വിരോധമായിരിക്കുന്നു; ഞാൻ നിന്റെ നടുവിൽ എന്നെത്തന്നെ മഹത്വീകരിക്കും; ഞാൻ അതിൽ ന്യായവിധികൾ നടത്തി എന്നെത്തന്നെ വിശുദ്ധീകരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്ന് അവർ അറിയും.
23 And I will send into her the pestilence, and blood in her streets; and the wounded shall fall in the midst of her, by the sword upon her on every side: and they shall know that I [am] Jehovah.
൨൩ഞാൻ അതിൽ പകർച്ചവ്യാധിയും അതിന്റെ വീഥികളിൽ രക്തവും അയയ്ക്കും; എല്ലാഭാഗത്തുനിന്നും അതിന്റെ നേരെ വരുന്ന വാൾകൊണ്ടു നിഹതന്മാരായവർ അതിന്റെ നടുവിൽ വീഴും; ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്ന് അവർ അറിയും.
24 And there shall be no more a wounding sting for the house of Israel, nor any grieving thorn, among all that were round about them, that despised them: and they shall know that I [am] the Lord Jehovah.
൨൪യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹത്തെ നിന്ദിച്ചവരായി അവരുടെ ചുറ്റുമുള്ള എല്ലാവരിലും നിന്ന് കുത്തുന്ന മുൾച്ചെടിയും നോവിക്കുന്ന മുള്ളും ഇനി അവർക്കുണ്ടാകുകയില്ല; ഞാൻ യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് എന്ന് അവർ അറിയും”.
25 Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: When I shall have gathered the house of Israel from the peoples among whom they are scattered, and shall be hallowed in them in the sight of the nations, then shall they dwell in their land which I have given to my servant Jacob.
൨൫യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: “ഞാൻ യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹത്തെ അവർ ചിതറിപ്പോയിരിക്കുന്ന ജനതകളുടെ ഇടയിൽനിന്ന് ശേഖരിച്ചു. ജനതകളുടെ കണ്മുമ്പിൽ എന്നെത്തന്നെ അവരിൽ വിശുദ്ധീകരിക്കുമ്പോൾ, ഞാൻ എന്റെ ദാസനായ യാക്കോബിനു കൊടുത്ത ദേശത്ത് അവർ വസിക്കും.
26 They shall dwell in it in safety, and shall build houses and plant vineyards; and they shall dwell in safety, when I have executed judgments upon all those that despised them round about them: and they shall know that I [am] Jehovah their God.
൨൬അവർ അതിൽ നിർഭയമായി വസിക്കും; അതെ, അവർ വീടുകൾ പണിത് മുന്തിരിത്തോട്ടങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കും; അവരെ നിന്ദിക്കുന്ന അവരുടെ ചുറ്റുമുള്ള എല്ലാവരിലും ഞാൻ ന്യായവിധി നടത്തുമ്പോൾ അവർ നിർഭയമായി വസിക്കും; ഞാൻ അവരുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ എന്ന് അവർ അറിയും”.
