Exodus 31
1 And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,
Depois fallou o Senhor a Moysés, dizendo:
2 See, I have called by name Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah,
Eis que eu tenho chamado por nome a Bezaleel, o filho de Uri, filho d'Ur, da tribu de Judah,
3 and have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in every work,
E o enchi do espirito de Deus, de sabedoria, e de entendimento, e de sciencia, em todo o artificio,
4 to devise artistic work — to work in gold, and in silver, and in copper,
Para inventar invenções, e obrar em oiro, em prata, e em cobre,
5 and in cutting of stones, for setting, and for carving of timber — to work in all manner of work.
E em lavramento de pedras para engastar, e em artificio de madeira, para obrar em todo o lavor.
6 And I, behold, I have given with him Aholiab the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan; and in the heart of every one that is wise-hearted have I given wisdom, that they may make all that I have commanded thee —
E eis que eu tenho posto com elle a Aholiab, o filho de Ahisamach, da tribu de Dan, e tenho dado sabedoria ao coração de todo aquelle que é sabio de coração, para que façam tudo o que te tenho ordenado;
7 the tent of meeting and the ark of the testimony, and the mercy-seat that is thereupon, and all the utensils of the tent,
A saber, a tenda da congregação, e a arca do testemunho, e o propiciatorio que estará sobre ella, e todos os vasos da tenda;
8 and the table and its utensils, and the pure lamp-stand and all its utensils, and the altar of incense;
E a mesa com os seus vasos, e o castiçal puro com todos os seus vasos, e o altar do incenso;
9 and the altar of burnt-offering and all its utensils, and the laver and its stand;
E o altar do holocausto com todos os seus vasos, e a pia com a sua base;
10 and the garments of service, both the holy garments of Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, to serve as priests;
E os vestidos do ministerio, e os vestidos sanctos de Aarão o sacerdote, e os vestidos de seus filhos, para administrarem o sacerdocio;
11 and the anointing oil, and the incense of fragrant drugs for the sanctuary: according to all that I have commanded thee shall they do.
E o azeite da uncção, e o incenso aromatico para o sanctuario: farão conforme a tudo que te tenho mandado.
12 And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,
Fallou mais o Senhor a Moysés, dizendo:
13 And thou, speak thou unto the children of Israel, saying, Surely my sabbaths shall ye keep; for this is a sign between me and you throughout your generations, that ye may know that it is I, Jehovah, who do hallow you.
Tu pois falla aos filhos de Israel, dizendo: Certamente guardareis meus sabbados: porquanto isso é um signal entre mim e vós nas vossas gerações; para que saibaes que eu sou o Senhor, que vos sanctifica.
14 Keep the sabbath, therefore; for it is holy unto you; every one that profaneth it shall certainly be put to death: yea, whoever doeth work on it, that soul shall be cut off from among his peoples.
Portanto guardareis o sabbado, porque sancto é para vós: aquelle que o profanar certamente morrerá; porque qualquer que n'elle fizer alguma obra, aquella alma será extirpada do meio do seu povo.
15 Six days shall work be done; but on the seventh day is the sabbath of rest, holy to Jehovah: whoever doeth work on the sabbath day shall certainly be put to death.
Seis dias se fará obra, porém o setimo dia é o sabbado do descanço, sancto ao Senhor; qualquer que no dia do sabbado fizer obra, certamente morrerá.
16 And the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations — [it is] an everlasting covenant.
Guardarão pois o sabbado os filhos de Israel, celebrando o sabbado nas suas gerações por concerto perpetuo.
17 It shall be a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever; for [in] six days Jehovah made the heavens and the earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.
Entre mim e os filhos de Israel será um signal para sempre: porque em seis dias fez o Senhor os céus e a terra, e ao setimo dia descançou, e restaurou-se.
18 And he gave to Moses, when he had ended speaking with him on mount Sinai, the two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God.
E deu a Moysés (quando acabou de fallar com elle no monte de Sinai) as duas taboas do testemunho, taboas de pedra, escriptas pelo dedo de Deus.
