< Ephesians 1 >

1 Paul, apostle of Jesus Christ by God's will, to the saints and faithful in Christ Jesus who are at Ephesus.

2 Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and [the] Lord Jesus Christ.
Boeipa Jesuh Khrih neh a pa Pathen taengkah lungvatnah neh ngaimongnah tah nangmih taengah om saeh.
3 Blessed [be] the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenlies in Christ;
Pathen neh mamih kah Boeipa Jesuh Khrih kah a napa tah uemom la om pai saeh. Amah loh Khrih ah vaan kah mueihla yoethennah cungkuem neh mamih n'uem coeng.
4 according as he has chosen us in him before [the] world's foundation, that we should be holy and blameless before him in love;
Mamih he Lungnah neh amah hmuh ah cimcaih tih cuemthuek la om ham Diklai a tong hlanah amah dongah mamih n'tuek pataeng coeng.
5 having marked us out beforehand for adoption through Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
Amah kah kongaih, kolonah vanbangla amah ham Jesuh Khrih lamloh cacah la mamih n'nuen coeng.
6 to [the] praise of [the] glory of his grace, wherein he has taken us into favour in the Beloved:
A lungvatnah dongkah thangpomnah he koehnah la om pai. Te nen ni lungnah dongah mamih n'lungvat.
7 in whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of offences, according to the riches of his grace;
A thii lamloh amah dongah tlannah n'dang uh. A lungvatnah dongkah khuehtawn vanbangla tholhdalhnah dongkah khodawkngainah te khaw n'danguh.
8 which he has caused to abound towards us in all wisdom and intelligence,
Tekah te mamih ah cueihnah cungkuem, lungcueinah neh a baetawt sak.
9 having made known to us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he purposed in himself
A kongaih kah olhuep te mamih taengah phoe coeng.
10 for [the] administration of the fulness of times; to head up all things in the Christ, the things in the heavens and the things upon the earth; in him,
A kolonah bangla amah khuiah a hmoel te a tuetang a soepnah dongah hnokhoemnah la om coeng. A cungkuem he vaan kah neh diklai kah khaw, Khrih amah dongah cuii sak ham om.
11 in whom we have also obtained an inheritance, being marked out beforehand according to the purpose of him who works all things according to the counsel of his own will,
A kongaih kah mangtaengnah bangla boeih pongthoo tih, a mangtaengnah vanbangla a nuen rhoek long tah amah dongkah te m'pang uh van coeng.
12 that we should be to [the] praise of his glory who have pre-trusted in the Christ:
Te dongah amah kah thangpomnah Khrih ah koehnah la mamih n'om ham n'ngaiuep.
13 in whom ye also [have trusted], having heard the word of the truth, the glad tidings of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, ye have been sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,
Nangmih khaw amah dongah ni namamih kah khangnah olthangthen oltak olka te na yaak uh. Amah aka tangnah tah olkhueh dongkah Mueihla Cim neh kutnoek n'daeng thil coeng.
14 who is [the] earnest of our inheritance to the redemption of the acquired possession to [the] praise of his glory.
Te tah dangnah dongah tlannah duela a thangpomnah dongkah koehnah te mamih kah rho cungah la om.
15 Wherefore I also, having heard of the faith in the Lord Jesus which [is] in you, and the love which [ye have] towards all the saints,
Te dongah Boeipa Jesuh dongah tangnah neh hlangcim rhoek boeih taengah lungnah te nangmih taeng lamloh ka yaak.
16 do not cease giving thanks for you, making mention [of you] at my prayers,
Te dongah nangmih ham toeng kolla aka uem loh ka thangthuinah dongah poekkoepnah ka khueh.
17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, would give you [the] spirit of wisdom and revelation in the full knowledge of him,
Te daengah ni mamih Boeipa Jesuh Khrih kah Pathen, thangpomnah a pa loh amah mingnah dongah pumphoenah neh cueihnah mueihla te nangmih m'paek eh.
18 being enlightened in the eyes of your heart, so that ye should know what is the hope of his calling, [and] what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
Amah kah khuenah dongah ngaiuepnah aka om te na ming hamla nangmih thinko mik tueng uh. Amah rho dongkah thangpomnah khuehtawn te tah hlangcim rhoek soah om.
19 and what the surpassing greatness of his power towards us who believe, according to the working of the might of his strength,
A thaomnah, a lennah aka baekhawk te tah a thadueng kah thaomnah bibi bangla aka tangnah mamih taengah om.
20 [in] which he wrought in the Christ [in] raising him from among [the] dead, and he set him down at his right hand in the heavenlies,
Te tah duek lamkah aka thoo Khrih amah khuiah a tueng sak. Te dongah vaan ah khaw a bantang ah ngol coeng.
21 above every principality, and authority, and power, and dominion, and every name named, not only in this age, but also in that to come; (aiōn g165)
Boeilu neh saithainah khaw, thaomnah neh taemrhainah khaw, ming khue boeih te ta kumhal bueng kah pawt tih hmailong kah khaw boeih a poe. (aiōn g165)
22 and has put all things under his feet, and gave him [to be] head over all things to the assembly,
A cungkuem la a kho hmuiah boe a ngai sak tih amah te hlangboel taengah cungkuem soah a lu la a khueh.
23 which is his body, the fulness of him who fills all in all:
Te tah amah pum la om tih cungkuem kah a soepnah tah cungkuem taengah soep.
