Deuteronomy 16
1 Keep the month of Abib, and celebrate the passover to Jehovah thy God; for in the month of Abib Jehovah thy God brought thee forth out of Egypt by night.
Guardarás o mês de Abibe, e farás páscoa ao SENHOR teu Deus: porque no mês de Abibe te tirou o SENHOR teu Deus do Egito de noite.
2 And thou shalt sacrifice the passover to Jehovah thy God, of the flock and of the herd, in the place which Jehovah will choose to cause his name to dwell there.
E sacrificarás a páscoa ao SENHOR teu Deus, das ovelhas e das vacas, no lugar que o SENHOR escolher para fazer habitar ali seu nome.
3 Thou shalt eat no leavened bread along with it; seven days shalt thou eat unleavened bread with it, bread of affliction; for thou camest forth out of the land of Egypt in haste, — that thou mayest remember the day when thou camest forth out of the land of Egypt, all the days of thy life.
Não comerás com ela levedado; sete dias comerás com ela pão sem levedar, pão de aflição, porque apressadamente saíste da terra do Egito: para que te lembres do dia em que saíste da terra do Egito todos os dias de tua vida.
4 And there shall be no leaven seen with thee in all thy borders seven days; neither shall any of the flesh, which thou sacrificedst at even on the first day, be left over night until the morning. —
E não se deixará ver levedura contigo em todo teu termo por sete dias; e da carne que matares à tarde do primeiro dia, não ficará até a manhã.
5 Thou mayest not sacrifice the passover in one of thy gates, which Jehovah thy God giveth thee;
Não poderás sacrificar a páscoa em nenhuma de tuas cidades, que o SENHOR teu Deus te dá;
6 but at the place that Jehovah thy God will choose, to cause his name to dwell in, there thou shalt sacrifice the passover at even, at the going down of the sun, at the time that thou camest forth out of Egypt.
Mas sim no lugar que o SENHOR teu Deus escolher para fazer habitar ali seu nome, sacrificarás a páscoa pela tarde ao pôr do sol, ao tempo que saíste do Egito:
7 And thou shalt cook and eat it at the place which Jehovah thy God will choose; and in the morning shalt thou turn and go unto thy tents.
E a assarás e comerás no lugar que o SENHOR teu Deus houver escolhido; e pela manhã te voltarás e irás à tua morada.
8 Six days thou shalt eat unleavened bread, and on the seventh day is a solemn assembly to Jehovah thy God; thou shalt do no work.
Seis dias comerás pães ázimos, e no sétimo dia será solenidade ao SENHOR teu Deus: não farás obra nele.
9 Seven weeks shalt thou count: from the beginning of putting the sickle into the corn shalt thou begin to count seven weeks.
Sete semanas te contarás: desde que começar a foice nas plantações de grãos começarás a contar as sete semanas.
10 And thou shalt hold the feast of weeks to Jehovah thy God with a tribute of a voluntary-offering of thy hand, which thou shalt give, according as Jehovah thy God hath blessed thee;
E farás a solenidade das semanas ao SENHOR teu Deus: da suficiência voluntária de tua mão será o que deres, segundo o SENHOR teu Deus te houver abençoado.
11 and thou shalt rejoice before Jehovah thy God, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy bondman, and thy handmaid, and the Levite that is in thy gates, and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow that are in thy midst in the place that Jehovah thy God will choose to cause his name to dwell there.
E te alegrarás diante do SENHOR teu Deus, tu, e teu filho, e tua filha, e teu servo, e tua serva, e o levita que estiver em tuas cidades, e o estrangeiro, e o órfão, e a viúva, que estiverem em meio de ti, no lugar que o SENHOR teu Deus houver escolhido para fazer habitar ali o seu nome.
12 And thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in Egypt, and thou shalt keep and do these statutes.
E lembra-te que foste servo no Egito; portanto guardarás e cumprirás estes estatutos.
13 The feast of tabernacles shalt thou hold seven days, when thou hast gathered in [the produce] of thy floor and of thy winepress.
A solenidade das cabanas farás por sete dias, quando houveres feito a colheita de tua eira e de tua prensa de uvas.
14 And thou shalt rejoice in thy feast, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy bondman, and thy handmaid, and the Levite, and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are in thy gates.
E te alegrarás em tuas solenidades, tu, e teu filho, e tua filha, e teu servo, e tua serva, e o levita, e o estrangeiro, e o órfão, e a viúva, que estão em tuas povoações.
15 Seven days shalt thou hold a feast to Jehovah thy God in the place which Jehovah will choose; for Jehovah thy God will bless thee in all thy produce, and in all the work of thy hands, and thou shalt be wholly joyful.
Sete dias celebrarás solenidade ao SENHOR teu Deus no lugar que o SENHOR escolher; porque te haverá abençoado o SENHOR teu Deus em todos os teus frutos, e em toda obra de tuas mãos, e estarás certamente alegre.
16 Three times in the year shall all thy males appear before Jehovah thy God in the place which he will choose, at the feast of unleavened bread, and at the feast of weeks, and at the feast of tabernacles; and they shall not appear before Jehovah empty:
Três vezes cada ano comparecerá todo homem teu diante do SENHOR teu Deus no lugar que ele escolher: na solenidade dos pães ázimos, e na solenidade das semanas, e na solenidade das cabanas. E não comparecerá vazio diante do SENHOR:
17 each [shall give] according to that which is in his power to give, according to the blessing of Jehovah thy God which he hath given thee.
Cada um com a doação de sua mão, conforme a bênção do SENHOR teu Deus, que te houver dado.
18 Judges and officers shalt thou make thee in all thy gates, which Jehovah thy God giveth thee, throughout thy tribes, that they may judge the people with just judgment.
Juízes e oficiais te porás em todas tuas cidades que o SENHOR teu Deus te dará em tuas tribos, os quais julgarão ao povo com justo juízo.
19 Thou shalt not wrest judgment; thou shalt not respect persons, neither take a bribe; for the bribe blindeth the eyes of the wise, and perverteth the words of the righteous.
Não distorças o direito; não faças acepção de pessoas, nem tomes suborno; porque o suborno cega os olhos dos sábios, e perverte as palavras dos justos.
20 Perfect justice shalt thou follow, that thou mayest live, and possess the land that Jehovah thy God giveth thee.
A justiça, a justiça seguirás, para que vivas e herdes a terra que o SENHOR teu Deus te dá.
21 Thou shalt not plant thyself an Asherah of any wood near unto the altar of Jehovah thy God, which thou shalt make thee.
Não plantarás árvore que sirva de mastro de idolatria junto ao altar do SENHOR, teu Deus, que fizeres para ti.
22 Neither shalt thou set thee up a statue, which Jehovah thy God hateth.
Nem levantarás para ti coluna sagrada de pedra, a qual o SENHOR, teu Deus, odeia.
