2 Kings 24
1 In his days Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came up, and Jehoiakim was his servant three years; then he turned and rebelled against him.
Yehoyaqimin dövründə Babil padşahı Navuxodonosor onun üzərinə hücum etdi. Yehoyaqim üç il ona tabe oldu, amma sonra ona qulluq etməkdən boyun qaçırdı.
2 And Jehovah sent against him the bands of the Chaldeans, and the bands of the Syrians, and the bands of the Moabites, and the bands of the children of Ammon, and sent them against Judah to destroy it, according to the word of Jehovah, which he spoke through his servants the prophets.
Xaldeylilərin, Aramlıların, Moavlıların və Ammonluların qoşunlarını Rəbb ona qarşı göndərdi; Rəbbin Öz qulları peyğəmbərlər vasitəsilə söylədiyi sözünə görə Yəhudanı məhv etmək üçün onun üzərinə göndərdi.
3 Verily, at the commandment of Jehovah it came to pass against Judah, that they should be removed out of his sight, for the sins of Manasseh, according to all that he had done;
Həqiqətən, Rəbbin sözünə görə Yəhudanın başına bu iş gəldi ki, Menaşşenin etdiyi bütün günahlardan ötrü Rəbb onları hüzurundan rədd etsin.
4 and also [because of] the innocent blood that he had shed; for he had filled Jerusalem with innocent blood, and Jehovah would not pardon.
Çünki onun günahsız qan töküb Yerusəlimi qanla doldurmasını Rəbb bağışlamaq istəmədi.
5 And the rest of the acts of Jehoiakim, and all that he did, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Judah?

6 And Jehoiakim slept with his fathers, and Jehoiachin his son reigned in his stead.
Yehoyaqim ataları ilə uyudu və yerinə oğlu Yehoyakin padşah oldu.
7 And the king of Egypt came not again any more out of his land, for the king of Babylon had taken all that belonged to the king of Egypt, from the torrent of Egypt to the river Euphrates.

8 Jehoiachin was eighteen years old when he began to reign; and he reigned three months in Jerusalem; and his mother's name was Nehushta, daughter of Elnathan of Jerusalem.
Yehoyakin padşah olduğu vaxt on səkkiz yaşında idi və Yerusəlimdə üç ay padşahlıq etdi. Anası Yerusəlimli Elnatanın qızı olub adı Nexuşta idi.
9 And he did evil in the sight of Jehovah, according to all that his father had done.
Yehoyakin atasının etdiyi kimi Rəbbin gözündə pis olan işlər etdi.
10 At that time the servants of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came up against Jerusalem, and the city was besieged.
O zaman Babil padşahı Navuxodonosorun qoşunları Yerusəlimə yaxınlaşdı. Şəhər mühasirəyə alındı.
11 And Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came against the city, while his servants were besieging it.
Qoşunlar şəhəri mühasirəyə alanda Babil padşahı Navuxodonosor onun ətrafına gəldi.
12 And Jehoiachin king of Judah went out to the king of Babylon, he, and his mother, and his servants, and his princes, and his chamberlains; and the king of Babylon took him in the eighth year of his reign.
Yəhuda padşahı Yehoyakin anası, əyanları, rəisləri və saray xidmətçiləri ilə birlikdə Babil padşahına təslim oldu. Padşahlığının səkkizinci ilində Babil padşahı onu əsir aldı.
13 And he brought out thence all the treasures of the house of Jehovah, and the treasures of the king's house, and cut in pieces all the vessels of gold that Solomon king of Israel had made in the temple of Jehovah, as Jehovah had said.

14 And he carried away all Jerusalem, and all the princes, and all the mighty men of valour, ten thousand captives, and all the craftsmen and smiths: none remained but the poorest sort of the people of the land.
O bütün Yerusəlimliləri, bütün rəisləri, igid adamların hamısını – cəmi on min nəfəri və bütün ustalarla sənətkarları sürgün etdi. Ölkədə yoxsul xalqdan başqa heç kəs qalmadı.
15 And he carried away Jehoiachin to Babylon, and the king's mother, and the king's wives, and his chamberlains, and the mighty of the land, he led into captivity from Jerusalem to Babylon;
Yehoyakini də Babilə sürgün etdi. Padşahın anasını, arvadlarını, saray xidmətçilərini və ölkənin adlı-sanlı adamlarını Yerusəlimdən sürgün edib Babilə apardı.
16 and all the men of valour, seven thousand, and the craftsmen and smiths a thousand, all strong men apt for war, and the king of Babylon brought them captive to Babylon.
Babil padşahı sayı yeddi min nəfər olan bütün döyüşçüləri, min nəfər ustanı və sənətkarı – müharibədə iş görən bütün bacarıqlı adamları əsir edib Babilə gətirdi.
17 And the king of Babylon made Mattaniah his uncle king in his stead, and changed his name to Zedekiah.
Babil padşahı Yehoyakinin yerinə əmisi Mattanyanı padşah etdi və onun adını dəyişib Sidqiya qoydu.
18 Zedekiah was twenty-one years old when he began to reign; and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem; and his mother's name was Hamutal, daughter of Jeremiah of Libnah.
Sidqiya padşah olduğu vaxt iyirmi bir yaşında idi və Yerusəlimdə on bir il padşahlıq etdi. Anası Livnalı Yeremyanın qızı olub adı Xamutal idi.
19 And he did evil in the sight of Jehovah, according to all that Jehoiakim had done.
O, Yehoyaqimin etdiyi kimi Rəbbin gözündə pis olan işlər etdi.
20 For, because the anger of Jehovah was against Jerusalem and against Judah, until he had cast them out from his presence, Zedekiah rebelled against the king of Babylon.
Həqiqətən, Rəbbin qəzəbinə görə Yerusəlimin və Yəhudanın başına bu iş gəldi və Rəbb onları hüzurundan kənar etdi. Sidqiya Babil padşahına qarşı üsyan etdi.
