1 Corinthians 6
1 Dare any one of you, having a matter against another, prosecute his suit before the unjust, and not before the saints?
Ngati mundu yeyoha pagati yinu avi na luhonda na muyaki msadika, ihotola wuli kumtakila mlongo waki palongola ya vandu vangammanya Chapanga, pahala pa kumtakila palongolo ya vandu va Chapanga?
2 Do ye not then know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world is judged by you, are ye unworthy of [the] smallest judgments?
Wu, mmanyi lepi kuvya vandu va Chapanga yati vakuvahamula vandu va mulima? Ngati mulima yati uhamuliwa na nyenye, ndava kyani muganikiwa lepi kuhamula hati mambu gadebe?
3 Do ye not know that we shall judge angels? and not then matters of this life?
Mmanyi lepi ngati yati mkuvahamula vamitumi va kunani kwa Chapanga? Wu, lepi neju ya mambu ga pamulima!
4 If then ye have judgments as to things of this life, set those [to judge] who are little esteemed in the assembly.
Pemwiva na ngondo ngati iyi, ndava kyani muhamba kwa vandu vangali vachilongosi va Nyumba ya Chapanga?
5 I speak to you [to put you] to shame. Thus there is not a wise person among you, not even one, who shall be able to decide between his brethren!
Soni kwinu! Ndi kujova kawaka hati mmonga pagati yinu mweavi na luhala wa kuhotola kuhamula mihalu pagati ya vasadika?
6 But brother prosecutes his suit with brother, and that before unbelievers.
Nambu hinu valongo vasadika vakumtakila myavi palongolo ya libanji la mihalu ya vandu vangasadika vahamula.
7 Already indeed then it is altogether a fault in you that ye have suits between yourselves. Why do ye not rather suffer wrong? why are ye not rather defrauded?
Chakaka kutakilani kwenuku nyenye mwavene kulangisa hotohoto kuvya mwangahotola! Wu, ngayivii chabwina lepi kukongewa! Wu, chabwina lepi kukongewa? Chabwina lepi kwinu kunyagiwa vindu vinu?
8 But ye do wrong, and defraud, and this [your] brethren.
Nambu, pahala paki, nyenye ndi myiva na kunyaga, kangi ago mukuvakitila valongo vinu!
9 Do ye not know that unrighteous [persons] shall not inherit [the] kingdom of God? Do not err: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor those who make women of themselves, nor who abuse themselves with men,
Wu, mmanyi lepi kuvya vandu vahakau vipewa lepi Unkosi wa Chapanga? Mkoto kukongewa! Vevikita ukemi, vevigundamila vimong'omong'o, vagosi kugona na vagosi vayavi, na vadala kwa vadala,
10 nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor abusive persons, nor [the] rapacious, shall inherit [the] kingdom of God.
vahiji, vevinota, vevigala, veviheha, vevinyaga, veviliga venavo voha vihanganila lepi muunkosi wa Chapanga.
11 And these things were some of you; but ye have been washed, but ye have been sanctified, but ye have been justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.
Vangi vinu mwavi chenicho, nambu hinu mubaguliwi ndava ya Chapanga na kulolekana vabwina palongolo yaki kupitila BAMBU witu Yesu Kilisitu na kupitila Mpungu wa Chapanga witu.
12 All things are lawful to me, but all things do not profit; all things are lawful to me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.
Mundu ihotola kujova, “Kwa nene vindu vyoha viganikiwa.” Nambu lepi vindu vyoha vyeviganikiwa. Niyidikila kuvya kila chindu chiganikiwa kwa nene nambu mbwitu kutamiwa na chindu chochoha.
13 Meats for the belly, and the belly for meats; but God will bring to nothing both it and them: but the body [is] not for fornication, but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body.
Mwihotola kujova, “Chakulya chivii ndava ya lileme, na lileme luvi ndava ya chakulya.” Nambu Chapanga yati akuvihalabisa vyoha. Higa ya mundu ndi lepi ukemi ndi kwa kumhengela BAMBU, na BAMBU ndi ndava ya higa.
14 And God has both raised up the Lord, and will raise us up from among [the dead] by his power.
Chapanga amyukisi BAMBU kuhuma mulifwa na tete mewa yati akutiyukisa kwa makakala gaki.
15 Do ye not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then, taking the members of the Christ, make [them] members of a harlot? Far be the thought.
Wu, mmanyi lepi kuvya higa yinu ndi viwungo vya higa ya Kilisitu? Wu, nitola viungu vya Kilisitu niviwunganisayi na viwungu vya mkemi? Pehe!
16 Do ye not know that he [that is] joined to the harlot is one body? for the two, he says, shall be one flesh.
Muni, ngati chaumanyili, mwaiwungana na mkemi vivya higa yimonga, ngati chagijova Mayandiku Gamsopi, “Na vavili yati vivya higa yimonga.”
17 But he that [is] joined to the Lord is one Spirit.
Nambu mwajiwungi na BAMBU vivya Mpungu umonga na mwene.
18 Flee fornication. Every sin which a man may practise is without the body, but he that commits fornication sins against his own body.
Muleka kukita ugoni. Kumbudila Chapanga kungi kwoha kukitiwa kuvala ya higa nambu mkemi akumbudila chapanga ayikitila higa yaki mwene.
19 Do ye not know that your body is [the] temple of the Holy Spirit which [is] in you, which ye have of God; and ye are not your own?
Wu, mmanyi lepi kuvya higa yinu ndi Nyumba ya Mpungu Msopi mweavimugati yinu, ndi mwemwampokili kuhuma kwa Chapanga? Nyenye, vindu vinu lepi mwavene nambu vindu vya Chapanga.
20 for ye have been bought with a price: glorify now then God in your body.
Mwaguliwi kwa mashonga gamahele. Ndi muyihengelai higa yinu kwa kumlumba Chapanga.
