1 Corinthians 3
1 And I, brethren, have not been able to speak to you as to spiritual, but as to fleshly; as to babes in Christ.
ஹே ப்⁴ராதர: , அஹமாத்மிகைரிவ யுஷ்மாபி⁴: ஸமம்’ ஸம்பா⁴ஷிதும்’ நாஸ²க்நவம்’ கிந்து ஸா²ரீரிகாசாரிபி⁴: க்²ரீஷ்டத⁴ர்ம்மே ஸி²ஸு²துல்யைஸ்²ச ஜநைரிவ யுஷ்மாபி⁴: ஸஹ ஸமபா⁴ஷே|
2 I have given you milk to drink, not meat, for ye have not yet been able, nor indeed are ye yet able;
யுஷ்மாந் கடி²நப⁴க்ஷ்யம்’ ந போ⁴ஜயந் து³க்³த⁴ம் அபாயயம்’ யதோ யூயம்’ ப⁴க்ஷ்யம்’ க்³ரஹீதும்’ ததா³ நாஸ²க்நுத இதா³நீமபி ந ஸ²க்நுத², யதோ ஹேதோரது⁴நாபி ஸா²ரீரிகாசாரிண ஆத்⁴வே|
3 for ye are yet carnal. For whereas [there are] among you emulation and strife, are ye not carnal, and walk according to man?
யுஷ்மந்மத்⁴யே மாத்ஸர்ய்யவிவாத³பே⁴தா³ ப⁴வந்தி தத: கிம்’ ஸா²ரீரிகாசாரிணோ நாத்⁴வே மாநுஷிகமார்கே³ண ச ந சரத²?
4 For when one says, I am of Paul, and another, I of Apollos, are ye not men?
பௌலஸ்யாஹமித்யாபல்லோரஹமிதி வா யத்³வாக்யம்’ யுஷ்மாகம்’ கைஸ்²சித் கைஸ்²சித் கத்²யதே தஸ்மாத்³ யூயம்’ ஸா²ரீரிகாசாரிண ந ப⁴வத²?
5 Who then is Apollos, and who Paul? Ministering servants, through whom ye have believed, and as the Lord has given to each.
பௌல: க: ? ஆபல்லோ ர்வா க: ? தௌ பரிசாரகமாத்ரௌ தயோரேகைகஸ்மை ச ப்ரபு⁴ ர்யாத்³ரு’க் ப²லமத³தா³த் தத்³வத் தயோர்த்³வாரா யூயம்’ விஸ்²வாஸிநோ ஜாதா: |
6 I have planted; Apollos watered; but God has given the increase.
அஹம்’ ரோபிதவாந் ஆபல்லோஸ்²ச நிஷிக்தவாந் ஈஸ்²வரஸ்²சாவர்த்³த⁴யத்|
7 So that neither the planter is anything, nor the waterer; but God the giver of the increase.
அதோ ரோபயித்ரு’ஸேக்தாராவஸாரௌ வர்த்³த⁴யிதேஸ்²வர ஏவ ஸார: |
8 But the planter and the waterer are one; but each shall receive his own reward according to his own labour.
ரோபயித்ரு’ஸேக்தாரௌ ச ஸமௌ தயோரேகைகஸ்²ச ஸ்வஸ்²ரமயோக்³யம்’ ஸ்வவேதநம்’ லப்ஸ்யதே|
9 For we are God's fellow-workmen; ye are God's husbandry, God's building.
ஆவாமீஸ்²வரேண ஸஹ கர்ம்மகாரிணௌ, ஈஸ்²வரஸ்ய யத் க்ஷேத்ரம் ஈஸ்²வரஸ்ய யா நிர்ம்மிதி: ஸா யூயமேவ|
10 According to the grace of God which has been given to me, as a wise architect, I have laid the foundation, but another builds upon it. But let each see how he builds upon it.
ஈஸ்²வரஸ்ய ப்ரஸாதா³த் மயா யத் பத³ம்’ லப்³த⁴ம்’ தஸ்மாத் ஜ்ஞாநிநா க்³ரு’ஹகாரிணேவ மயா பி⁴த்திமூலம்’ ஸ்தா²பிதம்’ தது³பரி சாந்யேந நிசீயதே| கிந்து யேந யந்நிசீயதே தத் தேந விவிச்யதாம்’|
11 For other foundation can no man lay besides that which [is] laid, which is Jesus Christ.
யதோ யீஸு²க்²ரீஷ்டரூபம்’ யத்³ பி⁴த்திமூலம்’ ஸ்தா²பிதம்’ தத³ந்யத் கிமபி பி⁴த்திமூலம்’ ஸ்தா²பயிதும்’ கேநாபி ந ஸ²க்யதே|
12 Now if any one build upon [this] foundation, gold, silver, precious stones, wood, grass, straw,
ஏதத்³பி⁴த்திமூலஸ்யோபரி யதி³ கேசித் ஸ்வர்ணரூப்யமணிகாஷ்ட²த்ரு’ணநலாந் நிசிந்வந்தி,
13 the work of each shall be made manifest; for the day shall declare [it], because it is revealed in fire; and the fire shall try the work of each what it is.
தர்ஹ்யேகைகஸ்ய கர்ம்ம ப்ரகாஸி²ஷ்யதே யத: ஸ தி³வஸஸ்தத் ப்ரகாஸ²யிஷ்யதி| யதோ ஹதோஸ்தந தி³வஸேந வஹ்நிமயேநோதே³தவ்யம்’ தத ஏகைகஸ்ய கர்ம்ம கீத்³ரு’ஸ²மேதஸ்ய பரீக்ஷா ப³ஹ்நிநா ப⁴விஷ்யதி|
14 If the work of any one which he has built upon [the foundation] shall abide, he shall receive a reward.
யஸ்ய நிசயநரூபம்’ கர்ம்ம ஸ்தா²ஸ்நு ப⁴விஷ்யதி ஸ வேதநம்’ லப்ஸ்யதே|
15 If the work of any one shall be consumed, he shall suffer loss, but he shall be saved, but so as through [the] fire.
யஸ்ய ச கர்ம்ம த⁴க்ஷ்யதே தஸ்ய க்ஷதி ர்ப⁴விஷ்யதி கிந்து வஹ்நே ர்நிர்க³தஜந இவ ஸ ஸ்வயம்’ பரித்ராணம்’ ப்ராப்ஸ்யதி|
16 Do ye not know that ye are [the] temple of God, and [that] the Spirit of God dwells in you?
யூயம் ஈஸ்²வரஸ்ய மந்தி³ரம்’ யுஷ்மந்மத்⁴யே சேஸ்²வரஸ்யாத்மா நிவஸதீதி கிம்’ ந ஜாநீத²?
17 If any one corrupt the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, and such are ye.
ஈஸ்²வரஸ்ய மந்தி³ரம்’ யேந விநாஸ்²யதே ஸோ(அ)பீஸ்²வரேண விநாஸ²யிஷ்யதே யத ஈஸ்²வரஸ்ய மந்தி³ரம்’ பவித்ரமேவ யூயம்’ து தந்மந்தி³ரம் ஆத்⁴வே|
18 Let no one deceive himself: if any one thinks himself to be wise among you in this world, let him become foolish, that he may be wise. (aiōn g165)
கோபி ஸ்வம்’ ந வஞ்சயதாம்’| யுஷ்மாகம்’ கஸ்²சந சேதி³ஹலோகஸ்ய ஜ்ஞாநேந ஜ்ஞாநவாநஹமிதி பு³த்⁴யதே தர்ஹி ஸ யத் ஜ்ஞாநீ ப⁴வேத் தத³ர்த²ம்’ மூடோ⁴ ப⁴வது| (aiōn g165)
19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God; for it is written, He who takes the wise in their craftiness.
யஸ்மாதி³ஹலோகஸ்ய ஜ்ஞாநம் ஈஸ்²வரஸ்ய ஸாக்ஷாத் மூட⁴த்வமேவ| ஏதஸ்மிந் லிகி²தமப்யாஸ்தே, தீக்ஷ்ணா யா ஜ்ஞாநிநாம்’ பு³த்³தி⁴ஸ்தயா தாந் த⁴ரதீஸ்²வர: |
20 And again, [The] Lord knows the reasonings of the wise that they are vain.
புநஸ்²ச| ஜ்ஞாநிநாம்’ கல்பநா வேத்தி பரமேஸோ² நிரர்த²கா: |
21 So that let no one boast in men; for all things are yours.
அதஏவ கோ(அ)பி மநுஜைராத்மாநம்’ ந ஸ்²லாக⁴தாம்’ யத: ஸர்வ்வாணி யுஷ்மாகமேவ,
22 Whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or [the] world, or life, or death, or things present, or things coming, all are yours;
பௌல வா ஆபல்லோ ர்வா கைபா² வா ஜக³த்³ வா ஜீவநம்’ வா மரணம்’ வா வர்த்தமாநம்’ வா ப⁴விஷ்யத்³வா ஸர்வ்வாண்யேவ யுஷ்மாகம்’,
23 and ye [are] Christ's, and Christ [is] God's.
யூயஞ்ச க்²ரீஷ்டஸ்ய, க்²ரீஷ்டஸ்²சேஸ்²வரஸ்ய|
