1 Corinthians 15
1 But I make known to you, brethren, the glad tidings which I announced to you, which also ye received, in which also ye stand,
೧ಸಹೋದರರೇ, ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ ಸುವಾರ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ನೆನಪಿಗೆ ತರುತ್ತೇನೆ; ನೀವು ಅದನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿ, ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದೀರಿ.
2 by which also ye are saved, (if ye hold fast the word which I announced to you as the glad tidings, ) unless indeed ye have believed in vain.
೨ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಸಾರಿದ ಸುವಾರ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ನೀವು ದೃಢವಾಗಿ ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಂಡರೆ ನಿಮಗೆ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯು ನಿರರ್ಥಕವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
3 For I delivered to you, in the first place, what also I had received, that Christ died for our sins, according to the scriptures;
೩ನಾನು ಸಹ ಕಲಿತುಕೊಂಡ ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ಸಂಗತಿಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾದ ಸಂಗತಿಯನ್ನೇ ನಿಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಅದೇನೆಂದರೆ ಧರ್ಮಶಾಸ್ತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿರುವ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನು ನಮ್ಮ ಪಾಪಗಳ ನಿವಾರಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಸತ್ತನು; ಹೂಣಲ್ಪಟ್ಟನು;
4 and that he was buried; and that he was raised the third day, according to the scriptures;
೪ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರದ ಪ್ರಕಾರವೇ ಮೂರನೆಯ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟನು.
5 and that he appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve.
೫ಅನಂತರ ಕೇಫನಿಗೂ ತರುವಾಯ ಆತನು ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ಜನ ಅಪೊಸ್ತಲರಿಗೂ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡನು.
6 Then he appeared to above five hundred brethren at once, of whom the most remain until now, but some also have fallen asleep.
೬ತರುವಾಯ ಒಂದೇ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಐನೂರಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸಹೋದರರಿಗೆ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡನು. ಇವರಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜನರು ಇಂದಿನವರೆಗೂ ಜೀವಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಆದರೆ ಕೆಲವರು ನಿದ್ರೆ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
7 Then he appeared to James; then to all the apostles;
೭ತರುವಾಯ ಆತನು ಯಾಕೋಬನಿಗೂ ಅನಂತರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಪೊಸ್ತಲರಿಗೂ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡನು.
8 and last of all, as to an abortion, he appeared to me also.
೮ಕಟ್ಟಕಡೆಗೆ, ದಿನತುಂಬದೆ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದವನಂತಿರುವ ನನಗೂ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡನು.
9 For I am the least of the apostles, who am not fit to be called apostle, because I have persecuted the assembly of God.
೯ನಾನಂತೂ ಅಪೊಸ್ತಲರಲ್ಲಿ ಕನಿಷ್ಠನು; ನಾನು ದೇವರ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ಹಿಂಸೆಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅಪೊಸ್ತಲೆನಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಯೋಗ್ಯನಲ್ಲ.
10 But by God's grace I am what I am; and his grace, which [was] towards me, has not been vain; but I have laboured more abundantly than they all, but not I, but the grace of God which [was] with me.
೧೦ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಈಗ ಎಂಥವನಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೊ ಅದು ದೇವರ ಕೃಪೆಯಿಂದಲೇ ಮತ್ತು ಆತನ ಕೃಪೆಯು ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಷ್ಫಲವಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. ನಾನು ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗಿಂತಲೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಸಪಟ್ಟೆನು. ಆದರೆ ಪ್ರಯಾಸಪಟ್ಟವನು ನಾನಲ್ಲ, ನನ್ನೊಂದಿಗಿರುವ ದೇವರ ಕೃಪೆಯೇ.
11 Whether, therefore, I or they, thus we preach, and thus ye have believed.
೧೧ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಾನಾದರೇನು ಅಥವಾ ಅವರಾದರೇನು, ಈ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಸುರ್ವಾತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಾರಿದ್ದೇವೆ; ಅದನ್ನು ನೀವು ನಂಬಿದಿರಿ.
12 Now if Christ is preached that he is raised from among [the] dead, how say some among you that there is not a resurrection of [those that are] dead?
೧೨ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನು ಸತ್ತವರೊಳಗಿಂದ ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟನೆಂದು ಸಾರುತ್ತಿರುವಲ್ಲಿ, ನಿಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ ಕೆಲವರು ಸತ್ತವರಿಗೆ ಪುನರುತ್ಥಾನವೇ ಇಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಹೇಳುವುದಾದರೂ ಹೇಗೆ?
13 But if there is not a resurrection of [those that are] dead, neither is Christ raised:
೧೩ಸತ್ತವರಿಗೆ ಪುನರುತ್ಥಾನವಿಲ್ಲವೆಂಬುದು ನಿಜವಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನು ಸಹ ಎದ್ದುಬರಲಿಲ್ಲ.
14 but if Christ is not raised, then, indeed, vain also [is] our preaching, and vain also your faith.
೧೪ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನೂ ಎದ್ದುಬರಲಿಲ್ಲವಾದರೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಬೋಧನೆಯು ವ್ಯರ್ಥ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯು ಸಹ ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಾದದ್ದು.
15 And we are found also false witnesses of God; for we have witnessed concerning God that he raised the Christ, whom he has not raised if indeed [those that are] dead are not raised.
೧೫ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಸತ್ತವರು ಎದ್ದುಬರುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂಬುದು ನಿಜವಾಗಿದ್ದ ಪಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ದೇವರು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನನ್ನು ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಲೇ ಇಲ್ಲ; ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಿದನೆಂದು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಕೊಟ್ಟ ನಾವು ದೇವರ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಸುಳ್ಳುಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಹೇಳಿದವರಾಗಿ ಕಂಡುಬಂದೆವು.
16 For if [those that are] dead are not raised, neither is Christ raised;
೧೬ಸತ್ತವರು ಎದ್ದು ಬರುವುದಿಲ್ಲವಾದರೆ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನೂ ಎದ್ದು ಬರಲಿಲ್ಲ.
17 but if Christ be not raised, your faith [is] vain; ye are yet in your sins.
೧೭ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನು ಎದ್ದುಬರಲಿಲ್ಲವಾದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯು ನಿರರ್ಥಕವಾಗಿದೆ, ಹಾಗೂ ನೀವು ಇನ್ನೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪಾಪಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಇದ್ದೀರಿ.
18 Then indeed also those who have fallen asleep in Christ have perished.
೧೮ಇದು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿದ್ರೆಹೋದವರು ನಾಶವಾದರು ಎಂದರ್ಥ.
19 If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are [the] most miserable of all men.
೧೯ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನಲ್ಲಿ ನಮಗಿರುವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯು ಕೇವಲ ಈ ಬದುಕಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸೀಮಿತವಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ನಾವು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮನುಷ್ಯರಿಗಿಂತಲೂ ಹೀನರಾಗುತ್ತೇವೆ.
20 (But now Christ is raised from among [the] dead, first-fruits of those fallen asleep.
೨೦ಆದರೆ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನು ಸತ್ತವರೊಳಗಿಂದ ಎದ್ದು ಬಂದನು. ಸತ್ತುಹೋದವರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಥಮಫಲವಾದನು.
21 For since by man [came] death, by man also resurrection of [those that are] dead.
೨೧ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಮೂಲಕ ಮರಣ ಉಂಟಾದ ಕಾರಣ, ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಮೂಲಕವೇ ಸತ್ತವರಿಗೆ ಪುನರುತ್ಥಾನವುಂಟಾಗಿದೆ.
22 For as in the Adam all die, thus also in the Christ all shall be made alive.
೨೨ಆದಾಮನಿಂದ ಹೇಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಸಾಯುವವರಾದರೋ ಅದೇ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಯೇಸು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಬದುಕುವವರಾದರು.
23 But each in his own rank: [the] first-fruits, Christ; then those that are the Christ's at his coming.
೨೩ಆದರೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನು ತನ್ನ ಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಎದ್ದುಬರುವನು. ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನು ಪ್ರಥಮಫಲವಾದನು; ತರುವಾಯ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದವರು ಆತನ ಬರೋಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಜೀವವುಳ್ಳವರಾಗಿ ಎದ್ದು ಬರುವರು.
24 Then the end, when he gives up the kingdom to him [who is] God and Father; when he shall have annulled all rule and all authority and power.
೨೪ಅನಂತರ ಆತನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದೊರೆತನವನ್ನೂ, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನೂ ಮತ್ತು ಬಲವನ್ನೂ ನಿರ್ಮೂಲಗೊಳಿಸಿ ತಂದೆ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಡುವಾಗ ಸಮಾಪ್ತಿಯಾಗುವುದು.
25 For he must reign until he put all enemies under his feet.
೨೫ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ ತಾನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿರೋಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಪಾದಗಳ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಹಾಕಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ತನಕ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನಾಳುವುದು ಅವಶ್ಯ.
26 [The] last enemy [that] is annulled [is] death.
೨೬ನಿರ್ಮೂಲವಾಗುವ ಕಡೆ ಶತ್ರುವು ಮರಣವಾಗಿದೆ.
27 For he has put all things in subjection under his feet. But when he says that all things are put in subjection, [it is] evident that [it is] except him who put all things in subjection to him.
೨೭“ದೇವರು ಸಮಸ್ತವನ್ನೂ ಆತನ ಪಾದಗಳ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಹಾಕಿ ಆತನಿಗೆ ಅಧೀನಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ.” ಆದರೆ “ಸಮಸ್ತವೂ ಆತನಿಗೆ ಅಧೀನಮಾಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವಾಗ ಸಮಸ್ತವನ್ನು ಅಧೀನಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟಾತನು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಲಿಲ್ಲವೆಂಬುದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿದೆ.
28 But when all things shall have been brought into subjection to him, then the Son also himself shall be placed in subjection to him who put all things in subjection to him, that God may be all in all.)
೨೮ಸಮಸ್ತವೂ ಆತನಿಗೆ ಅಧೀನವಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಗನು ಸಮಸ್ತವನ್ನೂ ತನಗೆ ಅಧೀನಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟಾತನಿಗೆ ತಾನೇ ಅಧೀನನಾಗುವನು; ಹೀಗೆ ದೇವರು ಸಮಸ್ತರಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಮಸ್ತವೂ ಆಗುವನು.
29 Since what shall the baptised for the dead do if [those that are] dead rise not at all? why also are they baptised for them?
೨೯ಸತ್ತವರಿಗೆ ಪುನರುತ್ಥಾನವಿಲ್ಲವಾದರೆ ಸತ್ತವರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ದೀಕ್ಷಾಸ್ನಾನ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವವರು ಏನು ಮಾಡುವರು? ಸತ್ತವರು ಎದ್ದು ಬರುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ನಿಜವಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಯಾಕೆ ಅವರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ದೀಕ್ಷಾಸ್ನಾನ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.
30 Why do we also endanger ourselves every hour?
೩೦ನಾವು ಸಹ ಯಾಕೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಗಳಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಭಯದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದೇವೆ?
31 Daily I die, by your boasting which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord.
೩೧ಪ್ರಿಯರೇ, ನಮ್ಮ ಕರ್ತನಾದ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ನನಗಿರುವ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ನಾನು ದಿನಾಲು ಸಾಯುತ್ತಲಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ.
32 If, [to speak] after the manner of man, I have fought with beasts in Ephesus, what is the profit to me if [those that are] dead do not rise? let us eat and drink; for to-morrow we die.
೩೨ನಾನು ಎಫೆಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೃಗ ಯುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಕೇವಲ ಮಾನುಷಾಭಿಪ್ರಾಯದಿಂದಾದರೆ ನನಗೇನು ಪ್ರಯೋಜನ? ಸತ್ತವರು ಎದ್ದು ಬರುವುದಿಲ್ಲವಾದರೆ, ನಾವು ತಿನ್ನೋಣ, ಕುಡಿಯೋಣ, ನಾಳೆ ಸಾಯುತ್ತೇವಲ್ಲಾ.
33 Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.
೩೩ಮೋಸಹೋಗಬೇಡಿರಿ; “ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಸಹವಾಸವು ಸದಾಚಾರವನ್ನು ಕೆಡಿಸುತ್ತವೆ.”
34 Awake up righteously, and sin not; for some are ignorant of God: I speak to you as a matter of shame.
೩೪ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಯೋಚಿಸಿರಿ! ನೀತಿವಂತರಾಗಿ ಎಚ್ಚರದಿಂದಿರಿ. ಪಾಪಮಾಡಬೇಡಿರಿ. ಕೆಲವರಿಗೆ ದೇವರ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ಜ್ಞಾನವೇ ಇಲ್ಲ; ನಿಮಗೆ ನಾಚಿಕೆ ಆಗಲೆಂದೇ ಇದನ್ನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
35 But some one will say, How are the dead raised? and with what body do they come?
೩೫“ಸತ್ತವರನ್ನು ಮರಳಿ ಜೀವಂತರಾಗಿಸುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯ? ಎಂಥ ದೇಹದಿಂದ ಎದ್ದುಬರುತ್ತಾರೆ?” ಎಂದು ಯಾರಾದರೂ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಬಹುದು.
36 Fool; what thou sowest is not quickened unless it die.
೩೬ಮೂರ್ಖನೇ; ನೀನು ಬಿತ್ತುವ ಬೀಜವು ಸಾಯದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಅದು ಜೀವ ತಾಳುವುದುಂಟೆ? ಇಲ್ಲ.
37 And what thou sowest, thou sowest not the body that shall be, but a bare grain: it may be of wheat, or some one of the rest:
೩೭ನೋಡು; ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಗೋದಿಯಕಾಳನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬೀಜವನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ಬಿತ್ತುವಾಗ ಬರೀ ಕಾಳನ್ನೇ ಹೊರತು ಮುಂದೆ ಬೆಳೆಯಬೇಕಾದ ಗಿಡವನ್ನು ಬಿತ್ತುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
38 and God gives to it a body as he has pleased, and to each of the seeds its own body.
೩೮ಆದರೆ ದೇವರು ತನ್ನ ಇಷ್ಟದಂತೆ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ದೇಹವನ್ನು ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಒಂದೊಂದು ಬೀಜಕ್ಕೂ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕ ದೇಹವನ್ನು ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.
39 Every flesh [is] not the same flesh, but one [is] of men, and another flesh of beasts, and another [flesh] of birds, and another of fishes.
೩೯ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶರೀರಗಳು ಒಂದೇ ವಿಧವಾದವುಗಳಲ್ಲ; ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಶರೀರ ಬೇರೆ, ಪಶುಗಳ ಶರೀರ ಬೇರೆ, ಪಕ್ಷಿಗಳ ಶರೀರ ಬೇರೆ, ಮೀನುಗಳದು ಬೇರೆ.
40 And [there are] heavenly bodies, and earthly bodies: but different is the glory of the heavenly, different that of the earthly:
೪೦ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಸ್ವರ್ಗೀಯ ಶರೀರಗಳುಂಟು, ಭೂಲೋಕದ ಶರೀರಗಳುಂಟು, ಆದರೆ ಪರಲೋಕದ ಶರೀರಗಳ ಮಹಿಮೆ ಬೇರೆ, ಭೂಲೋಕದ ಶರೀರಗಳ ಮಹಿಮೆ ಬೇರೆ.
41 one [the] sun's glory, and another [the] moon's glory, and another [the] stars' glory; for star differs from star in glory.
೪೧ಸೂರ್ಯನ ತೇಜಸ್ಸು ಒಂದು ವಿಧವಾದರೆ, ಚಂದ್ರನ ಪ್ರಕಾಶವೇ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ವಿಧ, ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ನಕ್ಷತ್ರ ನಕ್ಷತ್ರಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾಶವು ಸಹ ವೈವಿಧ್ಯವಾದುದು.
42 Thus also [is] the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption, it is raised in incorruptibility.
೪೨ಸತ್ತವರಿಗಾಗುವ ಪುನರುತ್ಥಾನವು ಅದೇ ಪ್ರಕಾರವಾಗಿರುವುದು. ಬಿತ್ತುವಂಥದ್ದು ಅಳಿದುಹೊಗುವಂಥದ್ದು. ಪುನರುತ್ಥಾನವಾಗುವಂಥದ್ದು ಅಮರವಾದದ್ದು.
43 It is sown in dishonour, it is raised in glory. It is sown in weakness, it is raised in power.
೪೩ಹೀನಾವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿತ್ತಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತದೆ, ಮಹಿಮೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪುನರುತ್ಥಾನಹೊಂದುವುದು; ನಿರ್ಬಲಾವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿತ್ತಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತದೆ, ಬಲಹೊಂದಿ ಪುನರುತ್ಥಾನಹೊಂದುವುದು;
44 It is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body: if there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual [one].
೪೪ಬಿತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಪ್ರಾಕೃತ ದೇಹವಾಗಿ ಬಿತ್ತಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತದೆ, ಪುನರುತ್ಥಾನಹೊಂದುವಂಥದ್ದು ಆತ್ಮೀಕ ದೇಹ. ಪ್ರಾಕೃತದೇಹ ಇರುವುದಾದರೆ ಆತ್ಮೀಕ ದೇಹವೂ ಇರುವುದು ಸತ್ಯ.
45 Thus also it is written, The first man Adam became a living soul; the last Adam a quickening spirit.
೪೫“ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಾದ ಆದಾಮನು ಜೀವ ಪಡೆದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ” ಎಂಬುದಾಗಿ ಪವಿತ್ರ ಗ್ರಂಥದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆದದೆಯಲ್ಲಾ. ಕಡೆ ಆದಾಮನಾದರೋ ಜೀವ ಕೊಡುವ ಆತ್ಮನಾದನು.
46 But that which is spiritual [was] not first, but that which is natural, then that which is spiritual:
೪೬ಆತ್ಮೀಕವಾದದ್ದು ಮೊದಲು ಬಂದದ್ದಲ್ಲಾ, ಪ್ರಾಕೃತವಾದದ್ದು ಮೊದಲನೆಯದು; ಅನಂತರ ಆತ್ಮೀಕವಾದದ್ದು.
47 the first man out of [the] earth, made of dust; the second man, out of heaven.
೪೭ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಮಣ್ಣಿನಿಂದ ಮಾಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವನು; ಭೂಮಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದವನು, ಎರಡನೆಯ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಪರಲೋಕದಿಂದ ಬಂದವನು.
48 Such as he made of dust, such also those made of dust; and such as the heavenly [one], such also the heavenly [ones].
೪೮ಮಣ್ಣಿನಿಂದ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದವನು ಎಂಥವನೋ ಮಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟವರೂ ಅಂಥವರೇ ಆಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಪರಲೋಕದಿಂದ ಬಂದಾತನು ಎಂಥವನೋ ಪರಲೋಕಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟವರೂ ಅಂಥವರೇ.
49 And as we have borne the image of the [one] made of dust, we shall bear also the image of the heavenly [one].
೪೯ನಾವು ಮಣ್ಣಿನಿಂದ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದವನ ಸಾರೂಪ್ಯವನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಪರಲೋಕದಿಂದ ಬಂದಾತನ ಸಾರೂಪ್ಯವನ್ನೂ ಧರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.
50 But this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit God's kingdom, nor does corruption inherit incorruptibility.
೫೦ಸಹೋದರರೇ, ನಾನು ಹೇಳುವುದೇನಂದರೆ, ರಕ್ತ ಮಾಂಸಗಳು ದೇವರ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾರದು; ಅಂತೆಯೇ, ಅಳಿದುಹೋಗುವಂಥದ್ದು ಅಮರತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಬಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.
51 Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all fall asleep, but we shall all be changed,
೫೧ನೋಡಿರಿ! ಇದುವರೆಗೆ ಗುಪ್ತವಾಗಿದ್ದ ಸಂಗತಿಯನ್ನು ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ, ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಸಾಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಮಾರ್ಪಡುವೆವು.
52 in an instant, in [the] twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet; for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
೫೨ಕಡೆ ತುತ್ತೂರಿಯ ಧ್ವನಿಯು ಮೊಳಗುವಲ್ಲಿ, ಕ್ಷಣಮಾತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ, ರೆಪ್ಪೆಬಡಿಯುವಷ್ಟರೊಳಗಾಗಿ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಮಾರ್ಪಡುವೆವು. ಹೌದು, ತುತ್ತೂರಿಯು ಮೊಳಗಿ ಸತ್ತವರು ನಿರ್ಲಯರಾಗಿ ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವರು, ನಾವು ರೂಪಾಂತರ ಹೊಂದುವೆವು.
53 For this corruptible must needs put on incorruptibility, and this mortal put on immortality.
೫೩ನಶಿಸುವಂಥ ಈ ದೇಹವು ನಿರ್ಲಯತ್ವವನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದೂ, ಮರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಅಧೀನವಾಗಿರುವ ಈ ದೇಹವು ಅಮರತ್ವವನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದೂ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.
54 But when this corruptible shall have put on incorruptibility, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall come to pass the word written: Death has been swallowed up in victory.
೫೪ನಶಿಸಿಹೋಗುವ ಈ ದೇಹವು ನಿರ್ಲಯತ್ವವನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಾಗ ಮರಣಾಧೀನವಾಗಿರುವ ಈ ದೇಹವು ಅಮರತ್ವವನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಾಗ ಬರೆದಿರುವ ಮಾತು ನೆರವೇರುವುದು.
೫೫“ಹೇ! ಮರಣವೇ ನಿನ್ನ ಜಯವೆಲ್ಲಿ? ಹೇ! ಮರಣವೇ ನಿನ್ನ ವಿಷದ ಕೊಂಡಿ ಎಲ್ಲಿ?” (Hadēs g86)
56 Now the sting of death [is] sin, and the power of sin the law;
೫೬ಸಾವಿನ ವಿಷಕೊಂಡಿ ಪಾಪವೇ; ಪಾಪದ ಶಕ್ತಿಯ ಆಧಾರವು ಧರ್ಮಶಾಸ್ತ್ರವಿಧಿಗಳೇ.
57 but thanks to God, who gives us the victory by our Lord Jesus Christ.
೫೭ಆದರೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಕರ್ತನಾದ ಯೇಸು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನ ಮೂಲಕ ನಮಗೆ ಜಯವನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಸದಾಕಾಲ ಮಹಿಮೆಯುಂಟಾಗಲಿ.
58 So then, my beloved brethren, be firm, immovable, abounding always in the work of the Lord, knowing that your toil is not in vain in [the] Lord.
೫೮ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ, ನನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರರೇ, ಸ್ಥಿರಚಿತ್ತರಾಗಿಯೂ, ನಿಶ್ಚಲರಾಗಿರಿ. ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ ನೀವು ಕರ್ತನ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಡುವ ಪ್ರಯಾಸವು ನಿಷ್ಫಲವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅದನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದು ಕರ್ತನ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಸದಾ ಅತ್ಯಾಸಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದಲೂ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರಂತರ ಶ್ರದ್ಧೆಯುಳ್ಳವರಾಗಿಯೂ ಮಾಡುವವರಾಗಿರಿ.
