Titus 1
1 Paul, a servant of God and an Apostle of Jesus Christ, in accord with the faith of God’s elect and in acknowledgment of the truth which is accompanied by piety,
Павел, роб ал луй Думнезеу ши апостол ал луй Исус Христос потривит ку крединца алешилор луй Думнезеу ши куноштинца адевэрулуй, каре есте потривит ку евлавия,
2 in the hope of the eternal life that God, who does not lie, promised before the ages of time, (aiōnios g166)
ын нэдеждя веций вешниче, фэгэдуите май ынаинте де вешничий де Думнезеу, каре ну поате сэ минтэ, (aiōnios g166)
3 which, at the proper time, he has manifested by his Word, in the preaching that has been entrusted to me by the command of God our Savior;
чи Шь-а дескоперит Кувынтул ла время Луй прин проповэдуиря каре мь-а фост ынкрединцатэ дупэ порунка луй Думнезеу, Мынтуиторул ностру,
4 to Titus, beloved son according to the common faith. Grace and peace, from God the Father and from Christ Jesus our Savior.
кэтре Тит, адевэратул меу копил ын крединца ноастрэ, а амындурора: Хар ши паче де ла Думнезеу Татэл ши де ла Исус Христос, Мынтуиторул ностру!
5 For this reason, I left you behind in Crete: so that those things which are lacking, you would correct, and so that you would ordain, throughout the communities, priests, (just as I also ordained you)
Те-ам лэсат ын Крета ка сэ пуй ын рындуялэ че май рэмыне де рындуит ши сэ ашезь презбитерь ын фиекаре четате, дупэ кум ць-ам порунчит:
6 if such a man is without offense, the husband of one wife, having faithful children, not accused of self-indulgence, nor of insubordination.
Дакэ есте чинева фэрэ приханэ, бэрбат ал уней сингуре невесте, авынд копий крединчошь, каре сэ ну фие ынвинуиць де дестрэбэларе сау неаскултаре.
7 And a bishop, as a steward of God, must be without offense: not arrogant, not short-tempered, not a drunkard, not violent, not desiring tainted profit,
Кэч епископул, ка економ ал луй Думнезеу, требуе сэ фие фэрэ приханэ, ну ынкэпэцынат, нич мыниос, нич дедат ла вин, нич бэтэуш, нич лаком де кыштиг мыршав,
8 but instead: hospitable, kind, sober, just, holy, chaste,
чи сэ фие примитор де оаспець, юбитор де бине, кумпэтат, дрепт, сфынт, ынфрынат,
9 embracing faithful speech which is in agreement with doctrine, so that he may be able to exhort in sound doctrine and to argue against those who contradict.
сэ се цинэ де Кувынтул адевэрат, каре есте потривит ку ынвэцэтура, пентру ка сэ фие ын старе сэ сфэтуяскэ ын ынвэцэтура сэнэтоасэ ши сэ ынфрунте пе потривничь.
10 For there are, indeed, many who are disobedient, who speak empty words, and who deceive, especially those who are of the circumcision.
Ын адевэр, май алес принтре чей тэяць ымпрежур, сунт мулць несупушь, флекарь ши амэӂиторь,
11 These must be reproved, for they subvert entire houses, teaching things which should not be taught, for the favor of shameful gain.
кэрора требуе сэ ли се аступе гура. Ей буймэческ фамилий ынтреӂь, ынвэцынд пе оамень, пентру ун кыштиг урыт, лукрурь пе каре ну требуе сэ ле ынвеце.
12 A certain one of these, a prophet of their own kind, said: “The Cretans are ever liars, evil beasts, lazy gluttons.”
Унул динтре ей, кяр пророк ал лор, а зис: „Кретаний сунт тотдяуна ниште минчиношь, ниште фяре реле, ниште пынтече ленеше.”
13 This testimony is true. Because of this, rebuke them sharply, so that they may be sound in the faith,
Мэртурия ачаста есте адевэратэ. Де ачея мустрэ-й аспру, ка сэ фие сэнэтошь ын крединцэ
14 not paying attention to Jewish fables, nor to the rules of men who have turned themselves away from the truth.
ши сэ ну се цинэ де басме евреешть ши де порунчь дате де оамень, каре се ынторк де ла адевэр.
15 All things are clean to those who are clean. But to those who are defiled, and to unbelievers, nothing is clean; for both their mind and their conscience have been polluted.
Тотул есте курат пентру чей кураць, дар, пентру чей некураць ши некрединчошь, нимик ну есте курат: пынэ ши минтя ши куӂетул ле сунт спуркате.
16 They claim that they know God. But, by their own works, they deny him, since they are abominable, and unbelieving, and reprobate, toward every good work.
Ей се лаудэ кэ-Л куноск пе Думнезеу, дар ку фаптеле Ыл тэгэдуеск, кэч сунт о скырбэ: несупушь ши нетребничь пентру орьче фаптэ бунэ.
