< Psalms 54 >

1 Unto the end. In verses, the understanding of David, when the Ziphites had arrived and they said to Saul, “Has not David been hidden with us?” Save me, O God, by your name, and judge me in your virtue.
MAING Kot, kom kotin sauasa ia ki mar omui, o kotin kasansaleda ai pung ki omui manaman.
2 O God, listen to my prayer. Pay attention to the words of my mouth.
Maing Kot, kom kotin ereki ai kapakap, o kotin mangi lokaia en au i.
3 For strangers have risen up against me, and the strong have sought my soul. And they have not set God before their eyes.
Pwe men wai kai palian ia, o me weit akan masamasan maur i, o re sota weweid mon Kot. (Sela)
4 For behold, God is my helper, and the Lord is the protector of my soul.
Kilang, Kot sauas pa i, Ieowa kin kolekol ngen i.
5 Turn back the evils upon my adversaries, and ruin them by your truth.
A pan kotin depuk ong ai imwintiti kan ar me sued. Kom kotin kawe ir ala ki omui melel.
6 I will freely sacrifice to you, and I will confess your name, O God, because it is good.
I ap pan wiai ong komui mairong kaperen, o kapinga mar omui, pwe a me mau.
7 For you have quickly rescued me from all tribulation, and my eye has looked down upon my enemies.
Pwe a kotin dore ia la sang nan ai apwal akan karos, o mas ai peren kidar ai imwintiti kan.
