Psalms 47

1 Unto the end. A Psalm for the sons of Korah. All nations, clap your hands. Shout joyfully to God with a voice of exultation.

科辣黑後裔的詩歌，交與樂官。 萬民，你們要鼓掌歡騰，要向天主歡呼祝慶！

2 For the Lord is exalted and terrible: a great King over all the earth.

上主至大至尊，可敬可畏，祂是統宇宙的偉大君主。

3 He has subjected the peoples to us and subdued the nations under our feet.

祂鎮壓萬民屬我們管轄，祂屈服列邦在我們腳下。

4 He has chosen us for his inheritance: the splendor of Jacob, whom he has loved.

祂為我們選定了我們的基業，即祂所鍾愛的雅各伯的光彩。

5 God ascends with jubilation, and the Lord with the voice of the trumpet.

天主上升，有歡呼聲護送，上主騰空，有號角聲相從。

6 Sing psalms to our God, sing psalms. Sing psalms to our King, sing psalms.

你們應歌頌，歌頌我們的天主，你們應歌頌，歌頌我們的君王。

7 For God is the King of all the earth. Sing psalms wisely.

因為天主是普世的君王，你們都應該以詩歌讚揚。

8 God will reign over the peoples. God sits upon his holy throne.

天主作王統治萬國，天主登上聖座寶位。

9 The leaders of the peoples have been gathered together by the God of Abraham. For the strong gods of the earth have been exceedingly exalted.

萬民的王侯聚起來，要作亞巴郎天主的子民；因為大地的權貴，盡屬於天主，唯有天主至高至尊。
