Psalms 21

1 Unto the end. A Psalm of David. In your virtue, Lord, the king will rejoice, and over your salvation, he will exult exceedingly.

౧ప్రధాన సంగీతకారుని కోసం దావీదు కీర్తన. యెహోవా, రాజు నీ బలాన్నిబట్టి సంతోషిస్తున్నాడు. నువ్వు ఇచ్చిన రక్షణనుబట్టి అతడు ఎంతగానో హర్షిస్తున్నాడు!

2 You have granted him the desire of his heart, and you have not cheated him of the wish of his lips.

౨అతని హృదయవాంఛను నువ్వు మంజూరు చేశావు, అతని పెదాల్లోనుంచి వచ్చిన ప్రార్థన నువ్వు అంగీకరించక మానలేదు.

3 For you have gone ahead of him with blessings of sweetness. You have placed a crown of precious stones on his head.

౩అతని కోసం శ్రేష్ఠమైన ఆశీర్వాదాలు తెస్తావు, నువ్వు అతని తల మీద మేలిమి బంగారు కిరీటం పెట్టావు.

4 He petitioned you for life, and you have granted him length of days, in the present time, and forever and ever.

౪ఆయుష్షు ఇమ్మని అతడు నిన్ను అడిగాడు. నువ్వు దాన్ని అతనికిచ్చావు. శాశ్వతకాలం ఉండే దీర్ఘాయుష్షు అతనికిచ్చావు.

5 Great is his glory in your salvation. Glory and great adornment, you will lay upon him.

౫నీ జయం వల్ల అతనికి గొప్ప మహిమ కలిగింది. శోభ, ఘనత నువ్వు అతనికి కలగజేశావు.

6 For you will give him as a blessing forever and ever. You will make him rejoice with gladness in your presence.

౬శాశ్వత ఆశీర్వాదం నువ్వు అతనికి మంజూరు చేశావు. నీ సన్నిధిలో ఉన్న ఆనందంతో అతన్ని సంతోషపరిచావు.

7 Because the king hopes in the Lord, and in the mercy of the Most High, he will not be disturbed.

౭ఎందుకంటే రాజు యెహోవాలో నమ్మకం ఉంచుతున్నాడు. సర్వోన్నతుని నిబంధన నమ్మకత్వాన్ని బట్టి అతడు కదలకుండా ఉంటాడు.

8 May your hand be found by all your enemies. May your right hand discover all those who hate you.

౮నీ చెయ్యి నీ శత్రువులందరినీ పట్టుకుంటుంది. నిన్ను ద్వేషించే వాళ్ళందరినీ నీ కుడిచెయ్యి పట్టుకుంటుంది.

9 You will make them like an oven of fire, in the time of your presence. The Lord will stir them up with his wrath, and fire will devour them.

౯నువ్వు నీ కోపసమయంలో అగ్నిగుండంలో వాళ్ళను దహిస్తావు. తన ప్రచండ కోపంలో యెహోవా వాళ్ళను లయం చేస్తాడు, ఆ అగ్ని వాళ్ళను దహించేస్తుంది.

10 You will destroy their fruit from the earth and their offspring from the sons of men.

౧౦భూమిమీద ఉండకుండా వాళ్ళ పిల్లలనూ, మానవ జాతిలో ఉండకుండా వాళ్ళ వంశస్థులనూ నువ్వు నాశనం చేస్తావు.

11 For they have turned evils upon you; they have devised plans, which they have not been able to accomplish.

౧౧వారు నీకు కీడు చెయ్యాలని ఉద్దేశించారు. ఒక రహస్య పథకం పన్నారు గాని అది సఫలం కాలేదు.

12 For you will make them turn their back; with your remnants, you will prepare their countenance.

౧౨నువ్వు వాళ్ళను వెనక్కి తిప్పుతావు. వాళ్ళ ఎదుట నువ్వు నీ విల్లు ఎక్కుపెడతావు.

13 Be exalted, Lord, by your own power. We will play music and sing psalms to your virtues.

౧౩యెహోవా, నీ బలాన్నిబట్టి నిన్ను నువ్వు హెచ్చించుకో. నీ శక్తిని బట్టి నిన్ను స్తుతించి కీర్తిస్తాము.
