Psalms 20

1 Unto the end. A Psalm of David. May the Lord hear you in the day of tribulation. May the name of the God of Jacob protect you.

بۆ سەرۆکی کۆمەڵی مۆسیقاژەنان، زەبوورێکی داود. با یەزدان لە ڕۆژی تەنگانەدا بە دەنگتەوە بێت، با ناوی خودای یاقوب بتپارێزێت.

2 May he send you help from the sanctuary and watch over you from Zion.

با لە پیرۆزگاکەیەوە یارمەتیت بۆ بنێرێت و لە سییۆنەوە پشتگیریت بکات.

3 May he be mindful of all your sacrifices, and may your burnt-offerings be fat.

با هەموو قوربانییەکانی تۆی لەبیربێت و هەموو قوربانی سووتاندنەکانی تۆ قبوڵ بکات.

4 May he grant to you according to your heart, and confirm all your counsels.

با ئارەزووی دڵت بهێنێتە دی و هەموو مەبەستەکانت بە ئەنجام بگەیەنێت.

5 We will rejoice in your salvation, and in the name of our God, we will be magnified.

هەلهەلە لێدەدەین بۆ ڕزگاربوونت و بە ناوی خودامانەوە ئاڵا بەرز دەکەینەوە. با یەزدان هەموو داواکارییەکانت بەجێبهێنێت.

6 May the Lord fulfill all your petitions. Now I know that the Lord has saved his Christ. He will hear him from his holy heaven. The salvation of his right hand is in his power.

ئێستا زانیم کە یەزدان دەستنیشانکراوەکەی ڕزگار دەکات، لە پیرۆزگا ئاسمانییەکەی خۆیەوە بە دەنگییەوە دێت، بە توانای ڕزگاریی دەستی ڕاستی.

7 Some trust in chariots, and some in horses, but we will call upon the name of the Lord our God.

هەندێک شانازی بە گالیسکە دەکەن و هەندێک بە ئەسپ، بەڵام ئێمە شانازی بە ناوی یەزدانی پەروەردگارمان دەکەین.

8 They have been bound, and they have fallen. But we have risen up, and we have been set upright.

ئەوان چەمانەوە و کەوتن، بەڵام ئێمە هەستاین و چەسپاین.

9 O Lord, save the king, and hear us on the day that we will call upon you.

ئەی یەزدان، پاشا ڕزگار بکە! کە لێت دەپاڕێینەوە بەدەنگمانەوە وەرە!
