Psalms 146

1 Alleluia. Of Haggai and Zachariah.

യഹോവയെ സ്തുതിപ്പിൻ; എൻ മനമേ, യഹോവയെ സ്തുതിക്ക.

2 Praise the Lord, O my soul. I will praise the Lord with my life. I will sing psalms to my God as long as I shall be. Do not trust in the leaders,

ജീവനുള്ളന്നും ഞാൻ യഹോവയെ സ്തുതിക്കും; ഞാൻ ഉള്ള കാലത്തോളം എന്റെ ദൈവത്തിന്നു കീൎത്തനം ചെയ്യും.

3 in the sons of men, in whom there is no salvation.

നിങ്ങൾ പ്രഭുക്കന്മാരിൽ ആശ്രയിക്കരുതു; സഹായിപ്പാൻ കഴിയാത്ത മനുഷ്യപുത്രനിലും അരുതു.

4 His spirit will depart, and he will return to his earth. In that day, all their thoughts will perish.

അവന്റെ ശ്വാസം പോകുന്നു; അവൻ മണ്ണിലേക്കു തിരിയുന്നു; അന്നു തന്നേ അവന്റെ നിരൂപണങ്ങൾ നശിക്കുന്നു.

5 Blessed is he whose help is the God of Jacob: his hope is in the Lord God himself,

യാക്കോബിന്റെ ദൈവം സഹായമായി തന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയിൽ പ്രത്യാശയുള്ളവൻ ഭാഗ്യവാൻ.

6 who made heaven and earth, the sea, and all the things that are in them.

അവൻ ആകാശവും ഭൂമിയും സമുദ്രവും അവയിലുള്ള സകലവും ഉണ്ടാക്കി; അവൻ എന്നേക്കും വിശ്വസ്തത കാക്കുന്നു.

7 He preserves the truth forever. He executes judgment for those who suffer injury. He provides food for the hungry. The Lord releases those who are bound.

പീഡിതന്മാൎക്കു അവൻ ന്യായം പാലിച്ചു കൊടുക്കുന്നു; വിശപ്പുള്ളവൎക്കു അവൻ ആഹാരം നല്കുന്നു; യഹോവ ബദ്ധന്മാരെ അഴിച്ചു വിടുന്നു.

8 The Lord enlightens the blind. The Lord sets upright those who have been thrown down. The Lord loves the just.

യഹോവ കുരുടന്മാൎക്കു കാഴ്ച കൊടുക്കുന്നു; യഹോവ കുനിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നവരെ നിവിൎത്തുന്നു; യഹോവ നീതിമാന്മാരെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നു.

9 The Lord watches over new arrivals. He will support the orphan and the widow. And he will destroy the ways of sinners.

യഹോവ പരദേശികളെ പരിപാലിക്കുന്നു; അവൻ അനാഥനെയും വിധവയെയും സംരക്ഷണ ചെയ്യുന്നു; എന്നാൽ ദുഷ്ടന്മാരുടെ വഴി അവൻ മറിച്ചുകളയുന്നു.

10 The Lord shall reign forever: your God, O Zion, from generation to generation.

യഹോവ എന്നേക്കും വാഴും; സീയോനേ, നിന്റെ ദൈവം തലമുറതലമുറയോളം തന്നേ. യഹോവയെ സ്തുതിപ്പിൻ.
