Psalms 131

1 A Canticle in steps: of David. O Lord, my heart has not been exalted, and my eyes have not been raised up. Neither have I walked in greatness, nor in wonders beyond me.

၁အို ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ ကျွန်​တော်​မျိုး​သည်​မာန်​မာ​န​ကို​စွန့်​ပယ် ပါ​ပြီ။ မောက်​မာ​မှု​ကို​လည်း​ပယ်​ရှား​ပါ​ပြီ။ ကျွန်​တော်​မျိုး​သည်​ကြီး​ကျယ်​လှ​သည့် အ​မှု​များ​တွင်​သော်​လည်း​ကောင်း၊ မိ​မိ​သိ​ရှိ​နား​လည်​ရန်​ခက်​ခဲ​လှ​သော အ​ကြောင်း​အ​ရာ​များ​တွင်​သော်​လည်း​ကောင်း စိတ်​မ​ဝင်​စား​တော့​ပါ။

2 When I was not humble in thought, then I lifted up my soul. Like one who has been weaned from his mother, so was I recompensed in my soul.

၂ကျွန်​တော်​မျိုး​သည်​ကျေ​နပ်​ရောင့်​ရဲ​လျက် မိ​မိ​စိတ်​ကို​ငြိမ်း​အေး​စေ​ပါ​ပြီ။ က​လေး​ငယ်​သည်​မိ​ခင်​၏​ရင်​ခွင်​၌ ငြိမ်​သက်​စွာ​အိပ်​နေ​သ​ကဲ့​သို့ ကျွန်​တော်​မျိုး​၏​စိတ်​နှ​လုံး​သည်​လည်း ငြိမ်​သက်​လျက်​ရှိ​ပါ​ပြီ။

3 Let Israel hope in the Lord, from this time forward and even forever.

၃အို ဣ​သ​ရေ​လ၊ယ​ခု​မှ​အ​စ​ပြု​၍ ကာ​လ​အ​စဉ်​အ​ဆက်​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​ကို ကိုး​စား​လော့။
