< Psalms 126 >
1 A Canticle in steps. When the Lord turned back the captivity of Zion, we became like those who are consoled.
Tangtlaeng laa BOEIPA loh Zion hlangsol te ham mael puei vaengah mang man bangla ka om uh.
2 Then our mouth was filled with gladness and our tongue with exultation. Then they will say among the nations: “The Lord has done great things for them.”
Te vaengah mamih ka ah nueihbu neh mamih lai ah tamlung khaw bae. Te dongah namtom taengah, “He he aka saii ham khaw BOEIPA tah khuet pai,” a ti uh.
3 The Lord has done great things for us. We have become joyful.
Mamih ham aka saii BOEIPA he a khuet dongah kohoe la ng'om uh.
4 Convert our captivity, O Lord, like a torrent in the south.
BOEIPA aw kaimih thongtla thongla te tuithim kah sokca bangla mael sak lah.
5 Those who sow in tears shall reap in exultation.
Mikphi neh aka tawn rhoek loh tamlung neh a ah uh ni.
6 When departing, they went forth and wept, sowing their seeds. But when returning, they will arrive with exultation, carrying their sheaves.
Cet rhoe cet tih rhah doeah cangtii rhovoep aka phuei tah a cangpa pawn doela tamlung neh ha mael rhoe ha mael ni.
