Psalms 107
1 Alleluia. Confess to the Lord, for he is good, for his mercy is with every generation.
Magpasalamat kay Yahweh, dahil sa kaniyang kabutihan at ang kaniyang katapatan sa tipan ay mananatili magpakailanman.
2 Let those who have been redeemed by the Lord say so: those whom he redeemed from the hand of the enemy and gathered from the regions,
Hayaang magsalita ang mga tinubos ni Yahweh, ang kaniyang mga sinagip mula sa kapangyarihan ng kaaway.
3 from the rising of the sun and its setting, from the north and from the sea.
Tinipon niya (sila) mula sa ibang mga lupain ng dayuhan, mula sa silangan at kanluran, mula sa hilaga at mula sa timog.
4 They wandered into solitude in a waterless place. They did not find the way of the city to be their dwelling place.
Naligaw (sila) sa ilang sa disyertong daan at walang lungsod na natagpuan para matirhan.
5 They were hungry, and they were thirsty. Their soul fainted within them.
Dahil gutom at uhaw (sila) nanghina (sila) sa kapaguran.
6 And they cried out to the Lord in tribulation, and he rescued them in their necessity.
Pagkatapos tumawag (sila) kay Yahweh sa kanilang pagkabalisa, at sinagip niya (sila) mula sa kagipitan.
7 And he led them in the right way, so that they might go forth to a city of habitation.
Pinangunahan niya (sila) sa tuwid na landas para mapunta (sila) sa lungsod para manirahan.
8 Let his mercies confess to the Lord, and let his miracles confess to the sons of men.
O papupurihan si Yahweh ng mga tao dahil sa kaniyang katapatan sa tipan at para sa mga kamangha-manghang bagay na kaniyang ginawa sa sangkatauhan!
9 For he has satisfied the empty soul, and he has satisfied the hungry soul with good things:
Dahil panapawi niya ang pananabik nilang mga nauuhaw, at ang mga pagnanasa nilang mga gutom ay kaniyang pinupuno ng magagandang bagay.
10 those sitting in darkness and in the shadow of death, shackled by extreme poverty and by iron.
Naupo ang ilan sa kadiliman at sa lumbay, mga bilanggo sa kalungkutan at pagkagapos.
11 For they exasperated the eloquence of God, and they irritated the deliberation of the Most High.
Dahil nagrebelde (sila) laban sa salita ng Diyos at tinanggihan ang tagubilin ng nasa Kataas-taasan.
12 And their heart was brought low with hardships. They were weakened, and there was no one to help them.
Ibinaba niya ang kanilang mga puso sa paghihirap; Natisod (sila) at wala ni isa ang tumulong sa kanila.
13 And they cried out to the Lord in their tribulation, and he freed them from their distress.
Kaya tumawag (sila) kay Yahweh sa kanilang problema at inalis niya (sila) mula sa kanilang kagipitan.
14 And he led them out of darkness and the shadow of death, and he broke apart their chains.
Inalis niya (sila) mula sa kadiliman at lumbay at nilagot ang kanilang pagkakatali.
15 Let his mercies confess to the Lord, and let his miracles confess to the sons of men.
Magpupuri ang mga taong iyon kay Yahweh dahil sa kaniyang katapatan sa tipan at para sa mga kamangha-manghang bagay na kaniyang ginawa sa sangkatauhan!
16 For he has crushed the gates of brass and broken the iron bars.
Dahil winasak niya ang mga tarangkahan na tanso at pinutol ang mga bakal na rehas.
17 He has taken them up, from the way of their iniquity. For they were brought low, because of their injustices.
Hangal (sila) sa kanilang suwail na mga pamamaraan at naghihirap dahil sa kanilang mga kasalanan.
18 Their soul abhorred all food, and they drew near even to the gates of death.
Nawalan (sila) ng pagnanais na kumain ng kahit na anong pagkain at napalapit (sila) sa mga tarangkahan ng kamatayan.
19 And they cried out to the Lord in their tribulation, and he delivered them in their necessity.
Kaya (sila) ay tumawag kay Yahweh sa kanilang problema at inalis niya (sila) mula sa kagipitan.
20 He sent his word, and he healed them, and he rescued them from their utter destruction.
Ipinadala niya ang kaniyang salita at pinagaling (sila) at sinagip niya (sila) mula sa kanilang pagkawasak.
21 Let his mercies confess to the Lord, and let his miracles confess to the sons of men.
Papupurihan nang mga taong iyon si Yahweh dahil sa kaniyang katapatan sa tipan at dahil sa mga kamangha-manghang bagay na kaniyang ginawa para sa sangkatauhan!
22 And let them offer sacrifice with the sacrifice of praise, and let them announce his works in exultation.
Hayaan mo silang maghandog ng pasasalamat at magpahayag ng kaniyang mga ginawa sa pag-aawitan.
23 Those who descend to the sea in ships, making their livelihood in the great waters:
Naglakbay ang iba sa dagat sa barko at nagnegosyo sa ibang bansa.
24 these have seen the works of the Lord and his wonders in the deep.
Nakita nila ang mga gawa ni Yahweh at kaniyang kababalaghan sa mga dagat.
25 He spoke: and a windstorm stood up, and its waves were exalted.
Dahil ipinag-utos niya at ginising ang hangin ng bagyo na nagpaalon sa karagatan.
26 They ascend even to the heavens, and they descend even to the abyss. Their soul will waste away in distress.
Umabot ito sa himpapawid; bumaba (sila) sa pinakamalalim na lugar. Ang kanilang mga buhay ay nalusaw ng pagkabalisa.
27 They were troubled, and they moved like a drunkard, and all their wisdom was consumed.
Nayanig (sila) at sumuray-suray tulad ng mga lasinggero at (sila) ay nasa dulo ng kanilang diwa.
28 And they cried out to the Lord in their tribulation, and he led them out of their distress.
At tumawag (sila) kay Yahweh sa kanilang problema at inalis niya (sila) sa kanilang pagkabalisa.
29 And he replaced the storm with a breeze, and its waves were stilled.
Pinayapa niya ang bagyo at pinatahimik ang mga alon.
30 And they were joyful that it was stilled, and he led them into the haven that they desired.
Nagdiwang (sila) dahil kumalma ang dagat at dinala niya (sila) sa nais nilang daungan.
31 Let his mercies confess to the Lord, and let his miracles confess to the sons of men.
Nawa papupurihan ng mga taong iyon si Yahweh dahil sa kaniyang katapatan sa tipan at dahil sa mga kamangha-manghang bagay na kaniyang ginawa para sa sangkatauhan!
32 And let them exalt him in the Church of the people, and praise him in the chair of the elders.
Hayaan silang dakilain siya sa pagtitipon ng mga tao at papurihan siya sa samahan ng mga nakatatanda.
33 He has placed rivers in the desert and sources of water in dry places,
Ginagawa niyang ilang ang mga ilog, tuyong lupa ang mga bukal na tubig,
34 a fruit-bearing land in the midst of brine, before the malice of those who dwell in it.
at tigang na lupa ang matabang lupa dahil sa kasamaan ng mga tao rito.
35 He has placed a desert in the midst of pools of waters, and a land without water in the midst of sources of water.
Ginagawa niyang paliguan ang ilang at mga bukal na tubig ang tuyong lupa.
36 And he has gathered the hungry together there, and they constructed a city of habitation.
Doon pinapatira niya ang nagugutom at (sila) ay nagtayo ng isang lungsod para tirahan.
37 And they sowed fields and planted vineyards, and they produced the fruit of nativity.
Gumagawa (sila) ng isang lungsod para maglagay ng bukirin para taniman ng ubasan, at para mamunga ito ng masaganang ani.
38 And he blessed them, and they were multiplied exceedingly. And he did not diminish their beasts of burden.
Pinagpala niya (sila) para maging napakarami. Hindi niya hinayaan ang kanilang mga baka na mabawasan ng bilang.
39 And they became few, and they were afflicted by the tribulation of evils and of sorrow.
Nawala (sila) at ibinaba sa pamamagitan ng kagipitan at paghihirap.
40 Contempt was poured over their leaders, and he caused them to wander in an impassable place, and not on the way.
Nagbuhos siya ng galit sa mga pinuno at nagdulot sa kanila na maligaw sa ilang, kung saan walang mga daan.
41 And he helped the poor out of destitution, and he stationed families like sheep.
Pero iniingatan niya ang nangangailangan mula sa sakit at inilagaan ang kaniyang mga pamilya tulad ng isang kawan.
42 The upright will see, and they will rejoice. And every iniquity will block its mouth.
Makikita ito ng matuwid at magdiriwang at mananahimik ang kasamaan.
43 Who is wise and will keep these things? And who will understand the mercies of the Lord?
Dapat tandaan ng sinuman ang mga bagay na ito at magnilay-nilay sa tipan na pagkilos ni Yahweh.
