Nehemiah 7
1 Then, after the wall was built, and I set up the double doors, and I enrolled the gatekeepers, and the singing men, and the Levites,
성이 건축되매 문짝을 달고 문지기와 노래하는 자들과 레위 사람들을 세운 후에
2 I instructed Hanani, my brother, and Hananiah, the leader of the house of Jerusalem, (for he seemed to be a truthful man, fearing God more than the others, )
내 아우 하나니와 영문의 관원 하나냐로 함께 예루살렘을 다스리게 하였는데 하나냐는 위인이 충성되어 하나님을 경외함이 무리에서 뛰어난자라
3 and I said to them: “Let not the gates of Jerusalem be opened until the sun is hot.” And while they were standing there, the gates were closed and barred. And I stationed guards from the inhabitants of Jerusalem, each one in his turn, and each one opposite his own house.
내가 저희에게 이르기를 해가 높이 뜨기 전에는 예루살렘 성문을 열지 말고 아직 파수할 때에 곧 문을 닫고 빗장을 지르며 또 예루살렘 거민으로 각각 반차를 따라 파수하되 자기 집 맞은편을 지키게 하라 하였노니
4 Now the city was great and very wide, and the people in its midst were few, and the houses were not yet built.
그 성은 광대하고 거민은 희소하여 가옥을 오히려 건축하지 못하였음이니라
5 But God had given to my heart, and I gathered the nobles, and the magistrates, and the common people, so that I might enroll them. And I found a book of the census of those who first went up, and in it there was found written:
내 하나님이 내 마음을 감동하사 귀인들과 민장과 백성을 모아 보계대로 계수하게 하신고로 내가 처음으로 돌아온 자의 보계를 얻었는데 거기 기록한 것을 보면
6 These are the sons of the province, who ascended from the captivity of the transmigration, those whom Nebuchadnezzar, the king of Babylon, had taken away, and who returned into Jerusalem and Judea, each one to his own city.
옛적에 바벨론 왕 느부갓네살에게 사로잡혀 갔던 자 중에서 놓임을 받고 예루살렘과 유다로 돌아와 각기 본성에 이른 자 곧
7 They arrived with Zerubbabel, Jeshua, Nehemiah, Azariah, Raamiah, Nahamani, Mordecai, Bilshan, Mispereth, Bigvai, Nehum, Baanah. The number of the men of the people of Israel:
스룹바벨과, 예수아와, 느헤미야와, 아사랴와, 라아마와, 나하마니와, 모르드개와, 빌산과, 미스베렛과, 비그왜와, 느훔과, 바아나 등과 함께 나온 이스라엘 백성의 명수가 이러하니라
8 The sons of Parosh, two thousand one hundred seventy-two.
바로스 자손이 이천 일백 칠십 이명이요
9 The sons of Shephatiah, three hundred seventy-two.
스바댜 자손이 삼백 칠십 이명이요
10 The sons of Arah, six hundred fifty-two.
아라 자손이 육백 오십 이명이요
11 The sons of Pahath-moab of the sons of Jeshua and of Joab, two thousand eight hundred eighteen.
바핫모압 자손 곧 예수아와 요압 자손이 이천 팔백 십 팔명이요
12 The sons of Elam, one thousand two hundred fifty-four.
엘람 자손이 일천 이백 오십 사명이요
13 The sons of Zattu, eight hundred forty-five.
삿두 자손이 팔백 사십 오명이요
14 The sons of Zaccai, seven hundred sixty.
삭개 자손이 칠백 육십명이요
15 The sons of Binnui, six hundred forty-eight.
빈누이 자손이 육백 사십 팔명이요
16 The sons of Bebai, six hundred twenty-eight.
브배 자손이 육백 이십 팔명이요
17 The sons of Azgad, two thousand three hundred twenty-two.
아스갓 자손이 이천 삼백 이십 이명이요
18 The sons of Adonikam, six hundred sixty-seven.
아도니감 자손이 육백 육십 칠명이요
19 The sons of Bigvai, two thousand sixty-seven.
비그왜 자손이 이천 육십 칠명이요
20 The sons of Adin, six hundred fifty-five.
아딘 자손이 육백 오십 오명이요
21 The sons of Ater, sons of Hezekiah, ninety-eight.
아델 자손 곧 히스기야 자손이 구십 팔명이요
22 The sons of Hashum, three hundred twenty-eight.
하숨 자손이 삼백 이십 팔명이요
23 The sons of Bezai, three hundred twenty-four.
베새 자손이 삼백 이십 사명이요
24 The sons of Hariph, one hundred twelve.
하립 자손이 일백 십 이명이요
25 The sons of Gibeon, ninety-five.
기브온 사람이 구십 오명이요
26 The sons of Bethlehem and Netophah, one hundred eighty-eight.
베들레헴과 느도바 사람이 일백 팔십 팔명이요
27 The men of Anathoth, one hundred twenty-eight.
아나돗 사람이 일백 이십 팔명이요
28 The men of Beth-azmaveth, forty-two.
벧아스마웹 사람이 사십 이명이요
29 The men of Kiriath-jearim, Chephirah, and Beeroth, seven hundred forty-three.
기럇여아림과 그비라와 브에롯 사람이 칠백 사십 삼명이요
30 The men of Ramah and Geba, six hundred twenty-one.
라마와 게바 사람이 육백 이십 일명이요
31 The men of Michmas, one hundred twenty-two.
믹마스 사람이 일백 이십 이명이요
32 The men of Bethel and Ai, one hundred twenty-three.
벧엘과 아이 사람이 일백 이십 삼명이요
33 The men of the other Nebo, fifty-two.
기타 느보 사람이 오십 이명이요
34 The men of the other Elam, one thousand two hundred fifty-four.
기타 엘람 자손이 일천 이백 오십 사명이요
35 The sons of Harim, three hundred twenty.
하림 자손이 삼백 이십명이요
36 The sons of Jericho, three hundred forty-five.
여리고 자손이 삼백 사십 오명이요
37 The sons of Lod, Hadid, and Ono, seven hundred twenty-one.
로드와 하딧과 오노 자손이 칠백 이십 일명이요
38 The sons of Senaah, three thousand nine hundred thirty.
스나아 자손이 삼천 구백 삼십명이었느니라
39 The priests: the sons of Jedaiah in the house of Jeshua, nine hundred seventy-three.
제사장들은 예수아의 집 여다야 자손이 구백 칠십 삼명이요
40 The sons of Immer, one thousand fifty-two.
임멜 자손이 일천 오십 이명이요
41 The sons of Pashhur, one thousand two hundred forty-seven.
바수훌 자손이 일천 이백 사십 칠명이요
42 The sons of Harim, one thousand and seventeen.
하림 자손이 일천 십 칠명이였느니라
43 The Levites: the sons of Jeshua and Kadmiel, the sons
레위 사람들은 호드야 자손 곧 예수아와 갓미엘 자손이 칠십 사명이요
44 of Hodaviah, seventy-four. The singing men:
노래하는 자들은 아삽 자손이 일백 사십 팔명이요
45 the sons of Asaph, one hundred forty-eight.
문지기들은 살룸 자손과, 아델 자손과, 달문 자손과, 악굽 자손과, 하디다 자손과, 소배 자손이 모두 일백 삼십 팔명이었느니라
46 The gatekeepers: the sons of Shallum, the sons of Ater, the sons of Talmon, the sons of Akkub, the sons of Hatita, the sons of Shobai, one hundred thirty-eight.
느디님 사람들은 시하 자손과, 하수바 자손과, 답바옷 자손과
47 The temple servants: the sons of Ziha, the sons of Hasupha, the sons of Tabbaoth,
게로스 자손과, 시아 자손과, 바돈 자손과, 르바나 자손과
48 the sons of Keros, the sons of Siaha, the sons of Padon, the sons of Lebanah, the sons of Hagabah, the sons of Shalmai,
하가바 자손과, 살매 자손과
49 the sons of Hanan, the sons of Giddel, the sons of Gahar,
하난 자손과, 깃델 자손과, 가할 자손과
50 the sons of Reaiah, the sons of Rezin, the sons of Nekoda,
르아야 자손과, 르신 자손과, 느고다 자손과
51 the sons of Gazzam, the sons of Uzza, the sons of Paseah,
갓삼 자손과, 웃사 자손과, 바세아 자손과
52 the sons of Besai, the sons of Meunim, the sons of Nephusim,
베새 자손과, 므우님 자손과, 느비스심 자손과
53 the sons of Bakbuk, the sons of Hakupha, the sons of Harhur,
박북 자손과, 하그바 자손과, 할훌 자손과
54 the sons of Bazluth, the sons of Mehida, the sons of Harsha,
바슬릿 자손과, 므히다 자손과, 하르사 자손과
55 the sons of Barkos, the sons of Sisera, the sons of Temah,
바르고스 자손과, 시스라 자손과, 데마 자손과
56 the sons of Neziah, the sons of Hatipha.
느시야 자손과, 하디바 자손이었느니라
57 The sons of the servants of Solomon: the sons of Sotai, the sons of Sophereth, the sons of Perida,
솔로몬의 신복의 자손은 소대 자손과, 소베렛 자손과, 브리다 자손과
58 the sons of Jaalah, the sons of Darkon, the sons of Giddel,
야알라 자손과, 다르곤 자손과, 깃델 자손과
59 the sons of Shephatiah, the sons of Hattil, the sons of Pochereth, who was born from Hazzebaim, the son of Amon.
스바댜 자손과, 핫딜 자손과, 보게렛하스바임 자손과, 아몬 자손이니
60 All the temple servants and the sons of the servants of Solomon, three hundred ninety-two.
모든 느디님 사람과 솔로몬의 신복의 자손이 삼백 구십 이명이었느니라
61 Now these are the ones who ascended from Telmelah, Telharsha, Cherub, Addon, and Immer; and they were not able to indicate the house of their fathers and their offspring, whether they were of Israel:
델멜라와, 델하르사와, 그룹과, 앗돈과, 임멜로부터 올라온 자가 있으나 그 종족과 보계가 이스라엘에 속하였는지는 증거할 수 없으니
62 the sons of Delaiah, the sons of Tobiah, the sons of Nekoda, six hundred forty-two;
저희는 들라야 자손과, 도비야 자손과, 느고다 자손이라 도합이 육백 사십 이명이요
63 and among the priests: the sons of Hobaiah, the sons of Hakkoz, the sons of Barzillai, who took a wife from the daughters of Barzillai, a Gileadite, and he was called by their name.
제사장 중에는 호바야 자손과 학고스 자손과 바르실래 자손이니 바르실래는 길르앗 사람 바르실래의 딸 중에 하나로 아내를 삼고 바르실래의 이름으로 이름한 자라
64 These sought their writing in the census, and they did not find it, and so they were cast out of the priesthood.
이 사람들이 보계중에서 자기 이름을 찾아도 얻지 못한고로 저희를 부정하게 여겨 제사장의 직분을 행치 못하게 하고
65 And the cupbearer said to them that they should not eat from the Holy of Holies, until a priest would stand up who was learned and skillful.
방백이 저희에게 명하여 `우림과 둠밈을 가진 제사장이 일어나기 전에는 지성물을 먹지 말라' 하였느니라
66 The entire multitude, which was like one man, was forty-two thousand three hundred sixty,
온 회중의 합계가 사만 이천 삼백 육십명이요
67 aside from their men and women servants, who were seven thousand three hundred thirty-seven, and among them were singing men and singing women, two hundred forty-five.
그 외에 노비가 칠천 삼백 삼십 칠명이요, 노래하는 남녀가 이백 사십 오명이요
68 Their horses were seven hundred thirty-six; their mules were two hundred forty-five.
말이 칠백 삼십 육이요, 노새가 이백 사십 오요
69 Their camels were four hundred thirty-five; their donkeys were six thousand seven hundred twenty.
약대가 사백 삼십 오요, 나귀가 육천 칠백 이십이었느니라
70 Now several of the leaders of the families gave to the work. The cupbearer gave to the treasury one thousand drachmas of gold, fifty bowls, and five hundred thirty priestly garments.
어떤 족장들은 역사를 위하여 보조하였고 방백은 금 일천 다릭과, 대접 오십과, 제사장의 의복 오백 삼십 벌을 보물 곳간에 드렸고
71 And some of the leaders of the families gave to the treasury of the work twenty thousand drachmas of gold, and two thousand two hundred minas of silver.
또 어떤 족장들은 금 이만 다릭과 은 이천 이백 마네를 역사 곳간에 드렸고
72 And what the remainder of the people gave was twenty thousand drachmas of gold, and two thousand minas of silver, and sixty-seven priestly garments.
그 나머지 백성은 금 이만 다릭과 은 이천 마네와 제사장의 의복 육십 칠 벌을 드렸느니라
73 Now the priests, and the Levites, and the gatekeepers, and the singing men, and the rest of the common people, and the temple servants, and all of Israel dwelt in their own cities.
이와 같이 제사장들과 레위 사람들과 문지기들과 노래하는 자들과 백성 몇명과 느디님 사람들과 온 이스라엘이 다 그 본성에 거하였느니라
