Lamentations 3
1 ALEPH. I am a man watching my own poverty by the rod of his indignation.
၁ငါသည် ဘုရားသခင်၏ အမျက်တော်ကြိမ်လုံး အောက်၌ ဆင်းရဲခြင်းကို ခံရသောသူဖြစ်၏။
2 ALEPH. He has driven me and led me into darkness, and not into light.
၂ငါ့ကိုသွေးဆောင်၍ အလင်းသို့မပို့၊ မှောင်မိုက် ထဲသို့ ပို့ဆောင်တော်မူ၏။
3 ALEPH. Against me only, he has turned and turned again his hand, all day long.
၃အကယ်စင်စစ်ငါ့ကို တနေ့လုံးအထပ်ထပ် ဒဏ်ခတ်တော်မူ၏။
4 BETH. My skin and my flesh, he has made old; he has crushed my bones.
၄ငါ့အရေနှင့်အသားကို ဆွေးရိစေ၍ ငါ့အရိုး တို့ကိုလည်း ချိုးတော်မူ၏။
5 BETH. He has built all around me, and he has encircled me with gall and hardship.
၅ငါ့တဘက်၌ တပ်တည်၍ခါးသောအရာ၊ ပင်ပန်းစရာအကြောင်းတို့နှင့် ပိုင်းတော်မူ၏။
6 BETH. He has gathered me into darkness, like those who are forever dead.
၆သေလွန်သောသူတို့ကို ပြုတတ်သကဲ့သို့၊ ငါ့ကို မိုက်သောအရပ်၌ ထားတော်မူ၏။
7 GHIMEL. He has built against me all around, so that I may not depart. He has increased the burden of my confinement.
၇ငါမထွက်နိုင်အောင် ဝင်းခတ်၍၊ လေးသော သံကြိုးနှင့် ချည်နှောင်တော်မူ၏။
8 GHIMEL. Yet even when I cry out and beg, he excludes my prayer.
၈ထိုမျှမကငါသည် ကြွေးကြော်အော်ဟစ်၍ ဆုတောင်းသော်လည်း ငြင်းပယ်တော်မူ၏။
9 GHIMEL. He has enclosed my ways with square stones; he has subverted my paths.
၉ငါသွားရာလမ်းကို ကျောက်ထရံနှင့်ပိတ်၍၊ ကောက်သောလမ်းဖြင့် သွားစေတော်မူ၏။
10 DALETH. He has become to me like a bear lying in ambush, like a lion in hiding.
၁၀ငါ့ကို ချောင်းမြောင်းသောဝက်ဝံကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ မထင်ရှားသော အရပ်၌နေသော ခြင်္သေ့ကဲ့သို့၎င်း ဖြစ် တော်မူ၏။
11 DALETH. He has subverted my paths, and he has broken me. He has placed me in desolation.
၁၁ငါ့ကိုလမ်းလွဲစေပြီးလျှင် အပိုင်းပိုင်းဖြတ်၍ ဖျက်ဆီးတော်မူ၏။
12 DALETH. He has bent his bow, and he has positioned me like a target for his arrows.
၁၂လေးတော်ကိုတင်၍ ပစ်စရာစက်အရာ၌ ငါ့ကို ထားတော်မူ၏။
13 HE. He has shot into my kidneys the daughters of his quiver.
၁၃မြှားတော်တို့ကိုလည်း၊ ငါ့ကျောက်ကပ်ကို ခွင်း စေတော်မူ၏။
14 HE. I have become a derision to all my people, their song throughout the day.
၁၄ငါသည်ငါ၏လူတို့တွင် ကဲ့ရဲ့စရာအကြောင်းနှင့် တနေ့လုံး သီချင်းဆိုစရာအကြောင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်တကား။
15 HE. He has filled me with bitterness; he has inebriated me with wormwood.
၁၅ခါးသောဆေးနှင့်ငါ့ကိုဖြည့်၍၊ ဒေါနနှင့်ယစ်မူး စေတော်မူ၏။
16 VAU. And he has broken each one of my teeth; he has fed me with ashes.
၁၆ကျောက်စရစ်ကိုကျွေး၍ ငါ့သွားတို့ကို ချိုးတော် မူ၏။ မီးဖိုပြာနှင့် ဖုံးတော်မူ၏။
17 VAU. And my soul has been driven away from peace; I have forgotten what is good.
၁၇ငါ၏ဝိညာဉ်ကို ချမ်းသာနှင့်ဝေးစွာ ရွေ့တော်မူ သောကြောင့်၊ ငါသည် မင်္ဂလာအကြောင်းကို မေ့လျော့ ၏။
18 VAU. And I said, “My end and my hope from the Lord has perished.”
၁၈သို့ဖြစ်၍၊ ငါသည် ထာဝရဘုရားရှေ့တော်၌ အစွမ်းသတ္တိနှင့် မြော်လင်စရာအကြောင်း ပျက်လေပြီဟု ဆိုရ၏။
19 ZAIN. Remember my poverty and my transgression, the wormwood and the gall.
၁၉အကျွန်ုပ်ခံရသော ဆင်းရဲငြိုငြင်ခြင်းကို၎င်း၊ ဒေါနနှင့် သည်းခြေအရည်ကို၎င်း အောက်မေ့တော်မူပါ။
20 ZAIN. I will call to mind the past, and my soul shall languish within me.
၂၀ဧကန်အမှန်အောက်မေ့တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
21 ZAIN. These recollections are in my heart; therefore, I shall hope.
၂၁ထိုသို့အကျွန်ုပ်၏ စိတ်နှလုံးသည် ဆင်ခြင်၍ သတိရသောအခါ မြော်လင့်စရာအခွင့်ရှိပါ၏။
22 HETH. By the mercies of the Lord, we are not consumed. For his compassion has not passed away.
၂၂ထာဝရဘုရားသည် သနားတော်မူ၍ ကရုဏာ တော်သည် မကုန်သောကြောင့် ငါတို့သည် ဆုံးရှုံးခြင်းသို့ မရောက်ဘဲနေကြ၏။
23 HETH. I know it at first light; great is your faithfulness.
၂၃နံနက်တိုင်းကရုဏာတော်အသစ်ကို ခံရကြ၏။ သစ္စာတော်သည် ကြီးမြတ်ပါ၏။
24 HETH. “The Lord is my portion,” said my soul. Because of this, I will wait for him.
၂၄ငါ့ဝိညာဉ်၏ သဘောဟူမူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ငါ၏အဘို့ ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ထိုကြောင့်၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ငါမြော်လင့်ပါ၏။
25 TETH. The Lord is good to those who hope in him, to the soul that seeks him.
၂၅ကိုယ်တော်ကို မြော်လင့်သောသူနှင့် ကိုယ်တော် ကို ရှာသောသူ၏ စိတ်ဝိညာဉ်အား ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ကျေးဇူးပြုတော်မူ၏။
26 TETH. It is good to stand ready in silence for the salvation of God.
၂၆ကယ်တင်တော်မူမည်ဟု မြော်လင့်လျက်၊ ငြိမ်ဝပ်စွာ စောင့်၍ နေကောင်း၏။
27 TETH. It is good for a man, when he has carried the yoke from his youth.
၂၇လူသည်အသက်ပျိုစဉ်အခါ ထမ်းဘိုးကို ထမ်း ကောင်း၏။
28 JOD. He shall sit solitary and silent. For he has lifted it upon himself.
၂၈ထမ်းဘိုးကို တင်တော်မူသောကြောင့် တယောက်တည်းထိုင်၍ ငြိမ်ဝပ်စွာနေစေ။
29 JOD. He shall place his mouth in the dirt, if perhaps there may be hope.
၂၉မြော်လင့်စရာအခွင့်ရှိကောင်းရှိလိမ့်မည်ဟု ထင်လျက်၊ မိမိနှုတ်ကို မြေမှုန့်၌ကပ်စေ။
30 JOD. He shall give his cheek to those who strike him; he shall be saturated with reproaches.
၃၀ရိုက်သောသူအား မိမိပါးကိုပေး၍၊ ကဲ့ရဲ့ပြစ်တင် ခြင်းနှင့်ပြည့်ဝစေ။
31 CAPH. For the Lord will not rebuke forever.
၃၁အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် အစဉ် စွန့်ပစ်တော်မမူတတ်။
32 CAPH. For, if he has cast down, he will also have compassion, according to the multitude of his mercies.
၃၂ဝမ်းနည်းစေတော်မူသော်လည်း၊ ကရုဏာတော် များပြားသည်နှင့်အညီ သနားတော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
33 CAPH. For he has not humiliated from his heart, nor has he thrown aside the sons of men,
၃၃ဆင်းရဲစေချင်သော စိတ်နှင့်လူသားတို့ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲ၍ ဝမ်းနည်းစေတော်မူသည်မဟုတ်။
34 LAMED. as if to crush under his feet all the prisoners of the land,
၃၄ချုပ်ထားသော ပြည်သားအပေါင်းတို့ကို ခြေနှင့် နင်းကြိတ်ခြင်းအမှု၊
35 LAMED. as if to turn aside the judgment of a man in the sight of the presence of the Most High,
၃၅လူခံထိုက်သောတရားကို အမြင့်ဆုံးသော ဘုရား မျက်မှောက်၌ ဖျက်ခြင်းအမှု၊
36 LAMED. as if to pervert a man in his judgment: the Lord does not do this.
၃၆သူတပါးကိုမတရားသဖြင့် ရှုံးစေခြင်းအမှုတို့ကို ထာဝရဘုရားနှစ် သက်တော်မမူ။
37 MEM. Who is this, who said to do what the Lord did not command?
၃၇ထာဝရဘုရားမှာထားတော်မမူဘဲ၊ အဘယ်သူ သည် ပြော၍တစုံတခုကို ဖြစ်စေနိုင်သနည်း။
38 MEM. Does not both misfortune and good proceed from the mouth of the Most High?
၃၈အမြင့်ဆုံးသော ဘုရား၏နှုတ်ထွက်ရှိသည် အတိုင်း အမင်္ဂလာနှင့် အမင်္ဂလာဖြစ်တတ်သည် မဟုတ် လော။
39 MEM. Why has a living man murmured, a man suffering for his sins?
၃၉အသက်ရှင်သောလူသတ္တဝါသည် အဘယ် ကြောင့် မြည်တမ်းရမည်နည်း။ မိမိဒုစရိုက်အပြစ်ကြောင့် မြည်တမ်းရမည်လော။
40 NUN. Let us examine our ways, and seek out, and return to the Lord.
၄၀ငါတို့သည်ကိုယ်လိုက်သောလမ်းတို့ကို စစ်ကြော စုံစမ်း၍၊ ထာဝရဘုရားထံတော်သို့ ပြန်သွားကြကုန်အံ့။
41 NUN. Let us lift up our hearts, with our hands, toward the Lord in the heavens.
၄၁ကောင်းကင်ဘုံ၌ရှိတော်မူသော ဘုရားသခင့် ထံတော်သို့ နှလုံးနှင့်လက်တို့ကို ချီကြွကြကုန်အံ့။
42 NUN. We have acted sinfully, and we have provoked to wrath. About this, you are relentless.
၄၂အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ပြစ်မှား ပုန်ကန်မိပါပြီ။ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အပြစ်လွှတ်တော်မမူပါ။
43 SAMECH. You have covered us in your fury, and you have struck us. You have killed, and have not spared.
၄၃အမျက်တော်ထွက်၍ မျက်နှာလွှဲတော်မူ၏။ တဖန်အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ကိုလိုက်၍ ကရုဏာမရှိဘဲ ကွပ်မျက် တော်မူ၏။
44 SAMECH. You have set a cloud opposite you, lest our prayer pass through.
၄၄အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ပဌနာစကားသည် အထံတော်သို့ မပေါက်နိုင်အောင်၊ မိုဃ်းတိမ်ဖြင့်ကိုယ်ကို ကွယ်ကာ တော်မူ၏။
45 SAMECH. In the midst of the peoples, you have uprooted me and cast me out.
၄၅အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ကိုလူမျိုးတို့တွင် လှည်းပစ်သော တန်မြက်ချေး အမှိုက်ကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ ရွံစရာအရာကဲ့သို့၎င်း ဖြစ်စေတော်မူ၏။
46 PHE. All our enemies have opened their mouths over us.
၄၆ရန်သူအပေါင်းတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်တို့တဘက်၌ နှုတ်ကိုဖွင့်ကြပါ၏။
47 PHE. Prediction has become for us a dread, and a snare, and a grief.
၄၇အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ကြောက်လန့်ဘွယ်သော အရာထဲသို့၎င်း၊ တွင်းထဲသို့၎င်း၊ သုတ်သင်ပယ်ရှင်း ဖျက်ဆီးခြင်းထဲသို့၎င်း ရောက်ကြပါပြီ။
48 PHE. My eye has brought forth streams of water at the contrition of the daughter of my people.
၄၈ငါ၏လူမျိုးသတို့သမီးပျက်စီးသောကြောင့်၊
49 AIN. My eye has been afflicted, and it has not been quieted, because there would be no rest
၄၉ငါမျက်စိသည်မြစ်ရေဖြစ်၍ စီးလျက်ရှိ၏။
50 AIN. until the Lord looked down and saw from the heavens.
၅၀ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ကောင်းကင်က ငုံ့ကြည့်၍ ရှုမှတ်တော်မမူမှီတိုင်အောင်၊ ငါ့မျက်ရည်သည် ကျ၍ အစဉ်မပြတ် ယိုစီးလျက်ရှိ၏။
51 AIN. My eye has exhausted my soul over every one of the daughters of my city.
၅၁ငါ၏မြို့သမီးအပေါင်းတို့အတွက်ကြောင့်၊ ငါမျက်စိသည် ငါ့နှလုံးကို ပူစေတတ်၏။
52 SADE. My enemies have chased me, and they have caught me like a bird, without reason.
၅၂အကြောင်းမရှိဘဲ ငါ့ကိုရန်ပြုသောသူတို့သည် ငှက်ကိုလိုက်၍ ရှာသကဲ့သို့ ငါ့ကိုလိုက်၍ ရှာကြ၏။
53 SADE. My life has fallen into a pit, and they have placed a stone over me.
၅၃မြေတွင်း၌ ငါ့အသက်ကို ဖြတ်၍ ငါ့အပေါ်မှာ ကျောက်ကို တင်ထားကြ၏။
54 SADE. The waters have flooded over my head. I said, “I am lost.”
၅၄ငါ့ခေါင်းကို ရေလွှမ်းမိုးသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ငါသည် ဆုံးရှုံးပြီဟု ဆိုရ၏။
55 COPH. I called upon your name, O Lord, from the furthest pit.
၅၅အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ နက်သော မြေတွင်းထဲက အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော်၏နာမကို ခေါ်ပါ၏။
56 COPH. You have heard my voice. Do not turn away your ear from my sobbing and my cries.
၅၆အကျွန်ုပ်ခေါ်သံကို ကြားတော်မူသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ညည်းတွားအော်ဟစ်သောအခါ နားတော်ကို လွှဲတော်မမူပါနှင့်။
57 COPH. You drew near in the daytime, when I called upon you. You said, “Fear not.”
၅၇အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော်ကို ဟစ်ခေါ်သော အခါ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ချဉ်းကပ်တော်မူ၍၊ မကြောက်နှင့် ဟု မိန့်တော်မူပြီ။
58 RES. You have judged, O Lord, the case of my soul. You are the Redeemer of my life.
၅၈အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ် အသက်နှင့် ဆိုင်သောအမှုကိုစောင့်၍ ရွေးနှုတ်တော်မူပြီ။
59 RES. You have seen, O Lord, their iniquity against me. Judge my case.
၅၉အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ခံရသော ညှဉ်းဆဲခြင်းကို မြင်တော်မူပြီ။ အကျွန်ုပ်အဘို့ တရားစီရင်တော်မူပါ။
60 RES. You have seen all their fury, every one of their thoughts is against me.
၆၀သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ရန်ငြိုးဖွဲ့သမျှနှင့် မကောင်းသော အကြံရှိသမျှကို ကိုယ်တော်မြင်တော်မူပြီ။
61 SIN. You have heard their reproach, O Lord, all their thoughts are against me.
၆၁အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ သူတို့ကဲ့ရဲ့သောအကြောင်း နှင့်မကောင်း သောအကြံရှိသမျှကို၎င်း၊
62 SIN. The lips of those who rise up against me, and their meditations, are against me all day long.
၆၂အကျွန်ုပ်တဘက်၌ ထသောသူတို့၏ အပြစ်တင် ခြင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တဘက်၌ တနေ့လုံးကြံစည်ခြင်းကို၎င်း ကိုယ်တော်ကြားတော်မူပြီ။
63 SIN. Watch their sitting down and their rising up: I am their psalm.
၆၃သူတို့ထိုင်ခြင်း၊ ထခြင်းကိုကြည့်ရှုတော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် သူတို့သီချင်းဆိုစရာအကြောင်းဖြစ်ပါ၏။
64 THAU. You shall pay a recompense to them, O Lord, according to the works of their hands.
၆၄အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ သူတို့ကျင့်သော အကျင့်နှင့် အလျောက်အကျိုးအပြစ်ကို ဆပ်ပေးတော်မူပါ။
65 THAU. You shall give them a heavy shield of the heart: your hardship.
၆၅သူတို့စိတ်နှလုံးကိုခိုင်မာစေ၍ ကျိန်တော်မူပါ။
66 THAU. You shall pursue them in fury, and you shall destroy them under the heavens, O Lord.
၆၆အမျက်တော်ထွက်၍ သူတို့ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲသဖြင့်၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင်အောက်မှ သုတ်သင် ပယ်ရှင်းတော်မူပါ။
