Joshua 15
1 And so, the lot of the sons of Judah, by their families, was this: from the border of Edom, to the desert of Sin toward the south, and even to the furthest part of the southern region.
| و قرعه به جهت سبط بنی یهودا، به حسب قبایل ایشان، به طرف جنوب به‌سر حد ادوم، یعنی صحرای صین به اقصای تیمان رسید. | ۱ |
2 Its beginning was from the summit of the very salty sea, and from its bay, which looks toward the south.
| و حد جنوبی ایشان از آخر بحرالملح، از خلیجی که متوجه به سمت جنوب است، بود. | ۲ |
3 And it extends toward the ascent of the Scorpion, and it passes on to Sinai. And it ascends into Kadesh-barnea, and it passes through to Hezron, ascending to Addar, and encompassing Karka.
| و به طرف جنوب، فراز عکربیم بیرون آمده، به صین گذشت، و به جنوب قادش برنیع برآمده، به حصرون گذشت، و به اداربرآمده، به سوی قرقع برگشت. | ۳ |
4 And from there, it passes on to Azmon, and reaches to the torrent of Egypt. And its boundary shall be the great sea; this shall be the limit of the southern region.
| و از عصمون گذشته، به وادی مصر بیرون آمد، و انتهای این حدتا به دریا بود. این حد جنوبی شما خواهد بود. | ۴ |
5 Yet truly, toward the east, the beginning shall be the very salty sea, even to the limit of the Jordan, and that which looks toward the north, from the bay of the sea, even to the same river Jordan.
| وحد شرقی، بحرالملح تا آخر اردن بود، و حدطرف شمال، از خلیج دریا تا آخر اردن بود. | ۵ |
6 And the border ascends into Beth-hoglah, and it crosses from the north into Beth-Arabah, ascending to the stone of Bohan, the son of Reuben.
| واین حد تا بیت حجله برآمده، به طرف شمالی بیت عربه گذشت، و این حد نزد سنگ بهن پسر روبین برآمد. | ۶ |
7 And it reaches as far as the borders of Debara, from the Valley of Achor, to the north, looking toward Gilgal, which is opposite the Ascent of Adummim, on the southern part of the torrent. And it crosses the waters that are called the Fountain of the Sun. And its exit shall be at the Fountain of Rogel.
| و این حد از وادی عخور نزد دبیر برآمد، و به طرف شمال به سوی جلجال که مقابل فرازادمیم است، که در جنوب وادی است، متوجه می‌شود، و این حد نزد آبهای عین شمس گذشت، و انتهایش نزد عین روجل بود. | ۷ |
8 And it ascends by the steep valley of the son of Hinnom, from the side of the Jebusite, toward the south; this is Jerusalem. And from there, it raises itself to the top of the mountain, which is opposite Geennom to the west, at the top of the Valley of the Rephaim, to the north.
| و این حد ازوادی پسر هنوم به‌جانب یبوسی، به طرف جنوب که همان اورشلیم باشد، برآمد. پس این حد به سوی قله کوهی که به طرف مغرب مقابل وادی هنوم، و به طرف شمال به آخر وادی رفائیم است، گذشت. | ۸ |
9 And it passes through, from the top of the mountain, even to the fountain of the Water of Nephtoah. And it continues on, as far as the villages of mount Ephron. And it inclines toward Baalah, which is Kiriath-jearim, that is, the City of Forests.
| و این حد از قله کوه به چشمه آبهای نفتوح کشیده شد، و نزد شهرهای کوه عفرون بیرون آمد، و تا بعله که قریه یعاریم باشد، کشیده شد. | ۹ |
10 And it circles from Baalah, to the west, as far as mount Seir. And it passes by the side of mount Jearim, to the north, into Chesalon. And it descends into Beth-shemesh, and it passes through to Timnah.
| و این حد از بعله به طرف مغرب به کوه سعیر برگشت، و به طرف شمال از جانب کوه یعاریم که کسالون باشد گذشت، و نزد بیت شمس بزیر آمده، از تمنه گذشت. | ۱۰ |
11 And it continues on, toward the north, to a region beside Ekron. And it inclines toward Shikkeron, and it crosses to mount Baalah. And it extends into Jabneel, and the last part closes at the west with the great sea.
| و این حد به سوی شمال از جانب عقرون بیرون آمد، و تا شکرون کشیده شد، و از کوه بعله گذشته، نزد یبنئیل بیرون آمد، و انتهای این حد دریا بود. | ۱۱ |
12 These are the borders of the sons of Judah, in their families, on all sides.
| و حد غربی دریای بزرگ و کناره آن بود، این است حدودبنی یهودا از هر طرف به حسب قبایل ایشان. | ۱۲ |
13 Yet truly, to Caleb, the son of Jephunneh, he gave a portion in the midst of the sons of Judah, just as the Lord had instructed him: the City of Arba, the father of Anak, which is Hebron.
| و به کالیب بن یفنه به حسب آنچه خداوند به یوشع فرموده بود، در میان بنی یهودا قسمتی داد، یعنی قریه اربع پدر عناق که حبرون باشد. | ۱۳ |
14 And Caleb destroyed from it the three sons of Anak, Sheshai, and Ahiman, and Talmai, of the stock of Anak.
| وکالیب سه پسر عناق یعنی شیشی و اخیمان وتلمی اولاد عناق را از آنجا بیرون کرد. | ۱۴ |
15 And ascending further from there, he came to the inhabitants of Debir, which before was called Kiriath-Sepher, that is, the City of Letters.
| و ازآنجا به ساکنان دبیر برآمد و اسم دبیر قبل از آن قریه سفر بود. | ۱۵ |
16 And Caleb said, “Whoever will have struck down Kiriath-Sepher, and will have seized it, I will give to him Achsah, my daughter, as wife.”
| و کالیب گفت: «هر‌که قریه سفررا بزند و آن را بگیرد، دختر خود عکسه را به زنی به او خواهم داد. | ۱۶ |
17 And Othniel, the son of Kenaz, the younger brother of Caleb, seized it. And he gave him Achsah, his daughter, as wife.
| و عتنئیل پسر قناز برادرکالیب آن را گرفت، و دختر خود عکسه را به او به زنی داد. | ۱۷ |
18 And as they were traveling together, she was urged by her husband that she ask her father for a field. And she sighed, as she was sitting on her donkey. And Caleb said to her, “What is it?”
| و چون او نزد وی آمد او را ترغیب کرد که از پدر خود زمینی طلب نماید، و دختر ازالاغ خود پایین آمد، و کالیب وی را گفت: «چه می‌خواهی؟» | ۱۸ |
19 But she answered: “Give a blessing to me. You have given to me a southern and dry land; join to it also a watered land.” And so Caleb gave to her the watered land above and below it.
| گفت: «مرا برکت ده. چونکه زمین جنوبی را به من داده‌ای، چشمه های آب نیزبه من بده. پس چشمه های بالا و چشمه های پایین را به او بخشید. | ۱۹ |
20 This is the possession of the tribe of the sons of Judah, by their families.
| این است ملک سبط بنی یهودا به حسب قبایل ایشان. | ۲۰ |
21 And the cities, from the furthest parts of the sons of Judah, beside the borders of Edom to the south, were: Kabzeel and Eder and Jagur,
| و شهرهای انتهایی سبطبنی یهودا به سمت جنوب بر سرحد ادوم قبصئیل و عیدر و یاجور بود، | ۲۱ |
22 and Kinah and Dimonah and Adadah,
| و قینه و دیمونه وعدعده، | ۲۲ |
23 and Kadesh and Hazor and Ithnan,
| و قادش و حاصور و یتنان، | ۲۳ |
24 Ziph and Telem and Bealoth,
| و زیف و طالم و بعلوت، | ۲۴ |
25 new Hazor and Kerioth-Hezron, which is Hazor,
| و حاصور حدته و قریوت حصرون که حاصور باشد. | ۲۵ |
26 Amam, Shema, and Moladah,
| امام و شماع ومولاده، | ۲۶ |
27 and Hazar-gaddah and Heshmon and Bethpelet,
| و حصرجده و حشمون و بیت فالط، | ۲۷ |
28 and Hazar-shual and Beersheba and Biziothiah,
| و حصر شوعال و بیرشبع و بزیوتیه، | ۲۸ |
29 and Baalah and Iim and Ezem,
| و بعاله و عییم و عاصم، | ۲۹ |
30 and Eltolad and Chesil and Hormah,
| و التولد و کسیل و حرمه، | ۳۰ |
31 and Ziklag and Madmannah and Sansannah,
| وصقلج و مدمنه و سنسنه، | ۳۱ |
32 Lebaoth and Shilhim, and Ain and Rimmon. All the cities were twenty-nine, and their villages.
| و لباوت و سلخیم و عین و رمون، جمیع این شهرها با دهات آنهابیست و نه می‌باشد. | ۳۲ |
33 Truly, in the plains, there were: Eshtaol and Zorah and Ashnah,
| و در هامون اشتاول وصرعه و اشنه، | ۳۳ |
34 and Zanoah and Engannim, and Tappuah and Enam,
| و زانوح و عین جنیم و تفوح وعینام، | ۳۴ |
35 and Jarmuth and Adullam, Socoh and Azekah,
| و یرموت و عدلام و سوکوه و عزیقه، | ۳۵ |
36 and Shaaraim and Adithaim, and Gederah and Gederothaim: fourteen cities, and their villages.
| و شعرایم و عدیتایم و الجدیره و جدیرتایم، چهارده شهر با دهات آنها. | ۳۶ |
37 Zenan and Hadashah and Middalgad,
| صنان و حداشاه و مجدل جاد. | ۳۷ |
38 Dilean and Mizpeh and Joktheel,
| و دلعان و المصفه و یقتئیل. | ۳۸ |
39 Lachish and Bozkath and Eglon,
| و لاخیش و بصقه وعجلون. | ۳۹ |
40 Cabbon and Lahmam and Chitlish,
| و کبون و لحمان و کتلیش. | ۴۰ |
41 and Gederoth and Bethdagon, and Naamah and Makkedah: sixteen cities, and their villages.
| وجدیروت و بیت داجون و نعمه و مقیده. شانزده شهر با دهات آنها. | ۴۱ |
42 Libnah and Ether and Ashan,
| و لبنه و عاتر و عاشان. | ۴۲ |
43 Iphtah and Ashnah and Nezib,
| و یفتاح و اشنه و نصیب. | ۴۳ |
44 and Keilah and Achzib and Mareshah: nine cities, and their villages.
| و قعیله واکزیب و مریشه. نه شهر با دهات آنها. | ۴۴ |
45 Ekron, with its towns and villages:
| وعقرون و قصبه‌ها و دهات آن. | ۴۵ |
46 from Ekron, as far as the sea, all that inclines toward Ashdod, and its villages.
| از عقرون تادریا، همه که به اطراف اشدود بود با دهات آنها. | ۴۶ |
47 Ashdod, with its towns and villages. Gaza, with its towns and villages, as far as the torrent of Egypt, with the great sea as its border.
| و اشدود و قصبه‌ها و دهات آن. و غزا وقصبه‌ها و دهات آن تا وادی مصر، و تا دریای بزرگ و کنار آن. | ۴۷ |
48 And on the mountain, Shamir and Jattir and Socoh,
| و در کوهستان شامیر و یتیر و سوکوه. | ۴۸ |
49 and Dannah, and Kiriath-Sannah, which is Debir,
| ودنه و قریه سنه که دبیر باشد. | ۴۹ |
50 Anab and Eshtemoh and Anim,
| و عناب و اشتموه و عانیم. | ۵۰ |
51 Goshen and Holon and Giloh: eleven cities, and their villages.
| و جوشن و حولون و جیلوه، یازده شهر با دهات آنها. | ۵۱ |
52 Arab and Dumah and Eshan,
| و اراب و دومه و اشعان. | ۵۲ |
53 and Janim and Beth-Tappuah and Aphekah,
| و یانوم و بیت تفوح و افیقه. | ۵۳ |
54 Humtah and Kiriath-Arba, which is Hebron, and Zior: nine cities, and their villages.
| و حمطه و قریه اربع که حبرون باشد، و صیعور، نه شهر با دهات آنها. | ۵۴ |
55 Maon and Carmel, and Ziph and Juttah,
| و معون و کرمل و زیف و یوطه. | ۵۵ |
56 Jezreel and Jokdeam and Zanoah,
| ویزرعیل و یقدعام و زانوح. | ۵۶ |
57 Kain, Gibeah, and Timnah: ten cities, and their villages.
| و القاین و جبعه وتمنه، ده شهر با دهات آنها. | ۵۷ |
58 Halhul and Bethzur and Gedor,
| و حلحول و بیت صور و جدور. | ۵۸ |
59 Maarath and Bethanoth and Eltekon: six cities, and their villages.
| ومعارات و بیت عنوت و التقون، شش شهر با دهات آنها. | ۵۹ |
60 Kiriath-baal, which is Kiriath-jearim, the City of Forests, and Rabbah: two cities, and their villages.
| و قریه بعل که قریه یعاریم باشد و الربه، دوشهر با دهات آنها. | ۶۰ |
61 In the desert: Beth-Arabah, Middin, and Secacah,
| و در بیابان بیت عربه و مدین و سکاکه. | ۶۱ |
62 and Nibshan, and the City of Salt, and Engedi: six cities, and their villages.
| والنبشان و مدینه الملح و عین جدی، شش شهر بادهات آنها. | ۶۲ |
63 But the sons of Judah were not able to destroy the Jebusite inhabitants of Jerusalem. And so the Jebusite lived with the sons of Judah in Jerusalem, even to the present day.
| و اما یبوسیان که ساکن اورشلیم بودند، بنی یهودا نتوانستند ایشان را بیرون کنند. پس یبوسیان با بنی یهودا تا امروز در اورشلیم ساکنند. | ۶۳ |
