Job 21
1 Then Job responded by saying:
၁ယောဘ ပြန် ၍ မြွက်ဆိုသည်ကား၊
2 I beseech you to hear my words and to do penance.
၂ငါ့ စကား ကိုစေ့စေ့နားထောင် ၍ ငါ့အားနှစ်သိမ့် ခြင်းကို ပြု ကြလော့။
3 Permit me, and I will speak, and afterwards, if you see fit, you can laugh at my words.
၃ငါ ပြော ရသောအခွင့်ရှိစေခြင်းငှါသည်းခံ ကြလော့။ ငါပြော ပြီးမှ ပြက်ယယ် ပြုချင်လျှင် ပြုကြလော့။
4 Is my dispute against man, so that I would have no reason to be discouraged?
၄ငါ မြည်တမ်း သောအရာနှင့် လူ ဆိုင်သလော။ အဘယ်ကြောင့် စိတ် မ တို သင့်သနည်း။
5 Listen to me and be astonished, and place a finger over your mouth.
၅ငါ့ ကို ကြည့်ရှု လျက် မိန်းမော တွေဝေ၍ ၊ သင်တို့ပစပ် ကို သင်တို့လက် နှင့် ဖုံးအုပ် ကြလော။
6 As for me, when I think it over, I am afraid, and trembling convulses my body.
၆ငါသည်အောက်မေ့ သောအခါ ၊ မိန်းမော တွေဝေ၍ ၊ ကိုယ် အသားသည် တုန်လှုပ် လျက်ရှိ၏။
7 Why then do the impious live, having been lifted up and strengthened with riches?
၇လူဆိုး တို့သည် အသက် ရှင်ရုံမျှမက၊ အဘယ်ကြောင့် အသက် ကြီး၍ ဘုန်း စည်းစိမ်နှင့် ပြည့်စုံ ကြသနည်း။
8 They see their offspring continue before them: a commotion of close relatives and of children’s children in their sight.
၈သူ တို့သား သမီးတို့သည် သူ တို့ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်အရပ်၌ ၎င်း၊ သူ တို့အမျိုးအနွယ် သည် သူ တို့ရှေ့မှောက် ၌၎င်း နေရာ ကျကြ၏။
9 Their houses have been secure and peaceable, and there is no staff of God over them.
၉သူ တို့အိမ် များသည်လည်း ဘေး နှင့်လွတ်၍ ငြိမ်ဝပ် ကြ၏။ ဘုရား သခင်ဒဏ်ခတ် တော်မူခြင်းနှင့် ကင်းလွတ် ကြ၏။
10 Their cattle have conceived and have not miscarried; their cow has given birth and is not deprived of her newborn.
၁၀သူ တို့နွားလား သည် မ ချွတ်မလွှဲ အရွယ် လိုက်တတ်၏။ နွားမ သည်လည်း ဝမ်းပိုး မ ပျက်ဘွား တတ်၏။
11 Their little ones go out like a flock, and their children jump around playfully.
၁၁သူ တို့သူငယ် များကို သိုးစု ကဲ့သို့ လွှတ် ၍ ၊ သား သမီးတို့သည် ကခုန် တတ်ကြ၏။
12 They take up the timbrel and the lyre, and they rejoice at the sound of the organ.
၁၂သူတို့သည် ပတ်တာ နှင့် စောင်း ကို တီးလျက်၊ သီချင်းဆို၍ နှဲခရာ မှုတ်သံ နှင့် ဝမ်းမြောက် တတ်ကြ၏။
၁၃ပျော်မွေ့လျက် အသက်ကာလ ကို လွန် စေ၍၊ ချက်ခြင်း သေမင်း နိုင်ငံသို့ ဆင်းသက် တတ်ကြ၏။ (Sheol h7585)
14 Who has said to God, “Depart from us, for we do not want the knowledge of your ways.
၁၄ဘုရား သခင်အား လည်း ၊ ငါ တို့ထံမှ ထွက်သွား လော့။ ကိုယ်တော် ၏တရား ကို ငါတို့မ သိ လို ဟူ၍၎င်း၊
15 Who is the Almighty that we should serve him? And how is it helpful to us if we pray to him?”
၁၅အနန္တ တန်ခိုးရှင်သည် အဘယ်သို့ သောသူဖြစ်၍ငါတို့သည် ဝတ်ပြု ရမည်နည်း။ သူ့ ကို ဆုတောင်း လျှင် အဘယ် ကျေးဇူး ရှိလိမ့်မည်နည်းဟူ၍၎င်း ဆိုတတ်ကြ၏။
16 It is true that their good things are not in their power. May the counsel of the impious be far from me!
၁၆သို့သော်လည်း သူတို့သည် ကိုယ် စည်းစိမ် ကို ကိုယ်မ ပိုင်ကြ။ မ တရားသောသူတို့၏ အကြံအစည် ကို ငါသည် ဝန်မခံ။
17 How often will the lamp of the wicked be extinguished, and a deluge overtake them, and how often will he distribute the afflictions of his wrath?
၁၇မ တရားသောသူတို့၏ မီးခွက် သည် သေ ၍ ၊ သူ တို့ကို ဖျက်ဆီး ခြင်းငှါဘုရားသခင်သည် အမျက် တော် ထွက်သဖြင့်၊ ဘယ် နှစ်ကြိမ်ဘေးဥပဒ် တို့ကို စီရင် တော်မူဘူးသည်ကို၎င်း၊
18 They will be like chaff before the face of the wind, and like ashes that the whirlwind scatters.
၁၈သူတို့သည် လေ ရှေ့မှာအမှိုက် နှင့် မုန်တိုင်း တိုက် သွားသော ဖွဲ ကဲ့သို့ ဘယ်နှစ်ကြိမ်ဖြစ် ဘူးသည်ကို၎င်း၊
19 God will preserve the grief of the father for his sons, and, when he repays, then he will understand.
၁၉ဘုရား သခင်သည် သူ ၏အပြစ် ကို သူ ၏သားသမီး တို့အဘို့ ဘယ်နှစ်ကြိမ်သိုထားတော်မူဘူးသည်ကို၎င်း၊ သူသည်ကိုယ်တိုင်သိ ၍၊
20 His eyes will see his own destruction, and he will drink from the wrath of the Almighty.
၂၀ကိုယ် ပျက်စီးခြင်းကိုကိုယ် မျက်စိ နှင့် မြင်လျက်၊ အနန္တ တန်ခိုးရှင်၏အမျက် တော်ကို သောက် စိမ့်သောငှါ၊ သူ၏အပြစ်ကို ဘယ်နှစ်ကြိမ်ဆပ်ပေးတော်မူဘူးသည်ကို၎င်း သိမှတ် ကြလော့။
21 For what does he care what happens to his house after him, or if the number of its months are reduced by half?
၂၁သူ နေရသောနှစ်လ စေ့သောအခါ ၊ သူ့ သားသမီးတို့၌ ရောက်သောအမှုနှင့် သူသည် အဘယ်သို့ ဆိုင်သနည်း။
22 Can anyone teach holy knowledge to God, who judges the exalted?
၂၂မြင့် သောအရပ်၌နေသောသူတို့ကို အစိုးရ တော်မူသောဘုရား သခင်ကို အဘယ်သူ သွန်သင် လိမ့်မည်နည်း။
23 This one dies strong and healthy, rich and happy.
၂၃တ ယောက်သောသူကား ခွန်အား နှင့် ပြည့်စုံ လျက် ၊ ငြိမ်ဝပ် ချမ်းသာ စွာ သေ တတ်၏။
24 His gut is full of fat and his bones are moistened with marrow.
၂၄သူ ၏နံဖေး တို့သည် ဆူဖြိုး ၍၊ အရိုး တို့လည်း ခြင်ဆီ နှင့် စိုစွတ် ကြ၏။
25 In truth, another dies in bitterness of soul, without any resources.
၂၅တ ယောက်သောသူကား တခါမျှမ ပျော်မွေ့ ၊ စိတ် ညှိုးငယ် လျက် သေ တတ်၏။
26 And yet they will sleep together in the dust, and worms will cover them.
၂၆နှစ် ယောက်လုံးတို့သည် မခြားမနာ၊ မြေမှုန့် ၌ အိပ် ၍ တီကောင် များ ဖုံးလွှမ်း ခြင်းကိုခံရကြ၏။
27 Surely, I know your thoughts and your sinful judgments against me.
၂၇သင် တို့သည် အောက်မေ့ သောအရာ၊ ငါ့ ကို မနာလို သောစိတ် နှင့်ဆင်ခြင်သောအရာတို့ကို ငါသိ ၏။
28 For you say, “Where is the house of the ruler, and where are the tabernacles of the impious?”
၂၈အာဏာ ထားတတ်သောသူ ၏အိမ် သည် အဘယ် မှာရှိသနည်း။ မ တရားသောသူတို့၏ ဘုံဗိမာန်တို့ သည် အဘယ် မှာရှိသနည်းဟု သင်တို့သည် ဆို ကြလိမ့်မည်။
29 Ask any passerby whom you wish, and you will realize that he understands these same things:
၂၉ခရီးသွား သောသူတို့ကို မ မေး ကြဘူးသလော။
30 that the evil-doer is reserved for the day of destruction, and he will be led to the day of wrath.
၃၀ဖျက်ဆီး ရာနေ့ရက် ကာလဘို့ မ တရားသောသူတို့ သည် ယခုဘေးလွတ် လိမ့်မည်အကြောင်း၊ ဒေါသ အမျက်ခံရာနေ့ရက် ကာလဘို့ ယခုထွက်မြောက်လိမ့်မည်အကြောင်းတည်းဟူသောသူ တို့လက္ခဏာ သက်သေများကို မ သိ ကြသလော။
31 Who will reprove his way to his face, and who will repay him for what he has done?
၃၁သူ ပြု သောအမှုကို သူ့ ရှေ့ မှာ အဘယ်သူ ဘော်ပြ လိမ့်မည်နည်း။ သူ၏အပြစ်နှင့်အလျောက်အဘယ် သူဆပ်ပေး လိမ့်မည်နည်း။
32 He will be led to the tomb, and he will remain awake in the chaos of the dead.
၃၂သူ သည် သင်္ဂြိုဟ် ခြင်းသို့ရောက်၍ ၊ သူ၏သင်္ချိုင်း ပုံကို အစောင့် ထားကြလိမ့်မည်။
33 He has been found acceptable to the banks of the River of Lamentation, and he will draw any man towards him, and there are countless before him.
၃၃သူသည် ချိုင့် မြေစိုင် တို့ကို ချိုနိုး ထင်လိမ့်မည်။ မ ရေတွက်နိုင်အောင်များစွာသောသူတို့သည် သူ့ ရှေ့ ၌ သွားနှင့်သကဲ့သို့၊ သူသည် လူ ခပ်သိမ်း တို့ကို မိမိ နောက် ၌ သွေးဆောင်လိမ့်မည်။
34 Therefore, how long will you console me in vain, when your answer is shown to be repugnant to truth?
၃၄သို့ဖြစ်၍ သင် တို့ပြန် ပြောသော စကား၌ မုသာ ပါသောကြောင့်၊ အဘယ်သို့ ငါ့ ကို အချည်းနှီး နှစ်သိမ့် စေ ကြလိမ့်မည်နည်းဟု မြွက်ဆို၏။
