Ezra 3
1 And now the seventh month had arrived, and the sons of Israel were in their cities. Then, the people were gathered together, like one man, in Jerusalem.
Ug sa diha nga ang ikapitong bulan miabut na, ug ang mga anak sa Israel diha sa mga ciudad, ang katawohan naghiusa sa ilang kaugalingon sa tingub sama sa usa ka tawo ngadto sa Jerusalem.
2 And Jeshua, the son of Jozadak, rose up with his brothers, the priests. And Zerubbabel, the son of Shealtiel, rose up with his brothers. And they built the altar of the God of Israel, so that they might offer holocausts upon it, just as it was written in the law of Moses, the man of God.
Unya mitindog si Jesua, ang anak nga lalake ni Josadec, ug ang iyang kaigsoonan nga mga sacerdote, ug si Zorobabel nga anak nga lalake ni Sealthiel, ug ang iyang mga kaigsoonan, ug gitukod ang halaran sa Dios sa Israel, aron sa paghalad sa mga halad-nga-sinunog sa ibabaw niana, sumala sa nahisulat sa Kasugoan ni Moises ang tawo sa Dios.
3 Now they set the altar of God upon its bases, while keeping the people of all the surrounding lands away from it. And they offered upon it a holocaust to the Lord, morning and evening.
Ug ilang gipahimutang ang halaran sa iyang tungtonganan; kay ang kahadlok diha kanila tungod sa mga katawohan sa mga kayutaan: ug sila minghalad ug mga halad-nga-sinunog sa ibabaw niana ngadto kang Jehova, bisan sa mga halad-nga-sinunog sa buntag ug gabii.
4 And they kept the solemnity of tabernacles, just as it was written, and the holocaust of each day in order, according to the precept, the work of each day in its time.
Ug ilang gisaulog ang fiesta sa mga tabernaculo, sumala sa nahisulat, ug gihalad ang mga halad-nga-sinunog sa adlaw-adlaw nga inihap, sumala sa tulomanon, sumala sa gikinahanglan sa katungdanan sa adlaw-adlaw;
5 And after these, they offered the continual holocaust, as much on the new moons as on all the solemnities of the Lord that were consecrated, and on all those when a voluntary gift was offered to the Lord.
Ug sa human niini ang kanunay nga halad-nga-sinunog, ug ang mga halad sa mga bag-ong bulan, ug sa tanan nga natudlong mga fiesta ni Jehova nga gipanggahin, ug sa tagsatagsa nga sa kinabubut-on naghalad sa usa ka halad-nga-kinabubut-on ngadto kang Jehova.
6 From the first day of the seventh month, they began to offer holocausts to the Lord. But the temple of God had not yet been founded.
Sukad sa nahaunang adlaw sa ikapitong bulan mingsugod sila sa paghalad sa mga halad-nga-sinunog kang Jehova: apan ang patukoranan sa templo ni Jehova wala pa ikapahamutang.
7 And so they gave money to those who cut and laid stones. Similarly, they gave food, and drink, and oil to the Sidonians and the Tyrians, so that they would bring cedar wood, from Lebanon to the sea at Joppa, in accord with what had been commanded of them by Cyrus, the king of the Persians.
Sila usab minghatag ug salapi sa mga magtitiltil sa bato: ug sa mga panday; ug makaon, ug ilimnon, ug lana, ngadto kanila sa Sidon, ug ngadto kanila sa Tiro, aron sa pagdala ug mga tigkahoy nga cedro gikan sa Libano ngadto sa dagat, ngadto sa Joppe, sumala sa pagtugot kanila ni Ciro nga hari sa Persia.
8 Then, in the second year of their advent to the temple of God in Jerusalem, in the second month, Zerubbabel, the son of Shealtiel, and Jeshua, the son of Jozadak, and the remainder of their brothers, the priests, and the Levites, and all who had arrived from the captivity to Jerusalem, began, and they appointed Levites, from twenty years and over, to hasten the work of the Lord.

9 And Jeshua and his sons and his brothers, Kadmiel and his sons, and the sons of Judah, like one man, stood so that they might have charge over those who did the work in the temple of God: the sons of Henadad, and their sons, and their brothers, the Levites.
Unya mitindog si Jesua uban sa iyang mga anak nga lalake ug sa iyang mga kaigsoonan, sa tingub, si Cadmiel ug ang iyang mga anak nga lalake, ang mga anak nga lalake ni Juda, aron magbantay sa mga magbubuhat sa balay sa Dios: ang mga anak nga lalake ni Henadad, uban sa ilang mga anak nga lalake ug sa ilang mga igsoon nga mga Levihanon.
10 And when the builders had founded the temple of the Lord, the priests stood in their adornment with trumpets, and the Levites, the sons of Asaph, stood with cymbals, so that they might praise God by the hand of David, the king of Israel.
Ug sa diha nga ang mga magtutukod nagpahamutang sa patukoranan sa templo ni Jehova, ilang gipahamutang ang mga sacerdote nga gisul-oban sa ilang bisti nga may mga trompeta, ug ang mga Levihanon ang mga anak nga lalake ni Asaph nga may mga piyangpiyang, aron sa pagdayeg kang Jehova, sumala sa talamdan ni David nga hari sa Israel.
11 And they sung together with hymns and confession to the Lord: “For he is good. For his mercy is over Israel unto eternity.” And likewise, all the people shouted with a great clamor in praise to the Lord, because the temple of the Lord had been founded.
Ug sila nanag-awit ang usa ug usa sa pagdayeg ug paghatag sa mga pasalamat kang Jehova, nga nagaingon: Kay siya maayo, kay ang iyang mahigugmaong-kalolot nagapadayon sa walay katapusan sa Israel. Ug ang tibook katawohan mingsinggit sa usa ka dakung pagsinggit, sa diha nga sila nagdayeg kang Jehova, tungod kay ang patukoranan sa balay ni Jehova nahimutang na.
12 And many of the priests and the Levites, and the leaders of the fathers and of the elders, who had seen the former temple, when now this temple was founded and was before their eyes, wept with a great voice. And many of them, shouting for joy, lifted up their voice.
Apan daghan sa mga sacerdote ug mga Levihanon ug mga pangulo sa mga balay sa mga amahan, ang mga tawo nga tigulang nga nakakita sa unang balay, sa gipahamutang ang patukoranan niining balaya sa atubangan sa ilang mga mata, nanghilak sa usa ka makusog nga tingog; ug daghan nga naninggit sa makusog nga tingog tungod sa kalipay:
13 Neither could anyone distinguish between the voice of clamor of joy, and a voice of weeping of the people. For the shouting of the people mixed into a great clamor, and the voice was heard from far away.
Sa pagkaagi nga ang katawohan wala na makaila sa kalainan sa kasaba sa pagsinggit sa kalipay gikan sa tingog sa panaghilak sa katawohan; kay ang katawohan naninggit sa usa ka makusog nga tingog, ug ang kasaba nadungog ngadto sa halayo.
