Exodus 29
1 “But you shall also do this, so that they may be consecrated to me in the priesthood: Take a calf from the herd, and two immaculate rams,
૧યાજકો તરીકે હારુન અને તેના પુત્રોને શુદ્ધ કરવા માટેની વિધિ આ પ્રમાણે છે. ખોડખાંપણ વગરનાં બે ઘેટાં અને એક વાછરડો લેવો
2 and unleavened bread, and a crust without leaven that has been sprinkled with oil, likewise, unleavened cakes smeared with oil. You shall make them all from the same wheat flour.
૨બેખમીરી રોટલી, તેલથી મોહેલી બેખમીરી ભાખરી અને તેલ ચોપડેલી બેખમીરી રોટલી લેવી. આ બધું ઘઉંના મેંદાનું બનાવવું.
3 And, having placed them in baskets, you shall offer them, along with the calf and the two rams.
૩તેઓને ટોપલીમાં મૂકવાં અને વાછરડો તથા બે ઘેટાં સાથે તે લાવવું.
4 And you shall bring forward Aaron and his sons, to the door of the tabernacle of the testimony. And when you will have washed the father with his sons in water,
૪ત્યારબાદ હારુન અને તેના પુત્રોને મુલાકાતમંડપનાં દ્વાર પાસે લાવીને તેઓને સ્નાન કરાવજે.
5 you shall clothe Aaron in his vestments, that is, with the linen, and the tunic, and the ephod, and the breastplate, which you shall draw together with the wide belt.
૫પછી હારુનને જામો, ભરતકામવાળો ઝભ્ભો, એફોદ, ઉરાવરણ અને કમરબંધ પહેરાવજે.
6 And you shall place the headdress on his head and the holy plate upon the headdress.
૬અને તેના માથા પર પાઘડી પહેરાવીને તેની સાથે દીક્ષાનો પવિત્ર મુગટ મૂકજે.
7 And you shall pour the oil of unction over his head. And so, by this rite, he shall be consecrated.
૭પછી અભિષેકનું તેલ લઈ તે તું તેના માથા પર રેડી, તેનો અભિષેક કરજે.
8 Likewise, you shall bring forward his sons, and you shall clothe them in the linen tunics, and wrap them with the wide belt:
૮ત્યારબાદ તું તેના પુત્રોને લાવજે, તેઓને જામા પહેરાવવા, કમરે કમરબંધ તથા માથે ફેંટા બાંધવા.
9 Aaron, certainly, as well as his sons. And you shall impose headdresses upon them. And they shall be priests to me by a perpetual ordinance. After you have initiated their hands,
૯મારા શાશ્વત કાનૂન અનુસાર તેઓ યાજકપદે કાયમ રહેશે. આ રીતે હારુનની અને તેના પુત્રોની યાજકપદે પ્રતિષ્ઠા કરવાની છે.
10 you shall bring forward also the calf, in the presence of the tabernacle of the testimony. And Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands upon its head.
૧૦ત્યારબાદ વાછરડાને મુલાકાતમંડપની આગળ લઈ આવવો અને હારુન અને તેના પુત્રોએ તેના માથા ઉપર હાથ મૂકવા.
11 And you shall sacrifice it in the sight of the Lord, beside the door of the tabernacle of the testimony.
૧૧પછી યહોવાહની સંમુખ મુલાકાતમંડપના પ્રવેશદ્વાર આગળ વાછરડાનો વધ કરવો.
12 And taking some of the blood of the calf, you shall place it upon the horns of the altar with your finger, but the remainder of the blood you shall pour next to its base.
૧૨વાછરડાનું થોડું રક્ત લઈને આંગળી વડે વેદીનાં શિંગોને લગાડવું, પછી બાકીનું બધું રક્ત વેદીના પાયા આગળ રેડી દેવું.
13 And you shall take all the fat which covers its intestines, and the mesh of the liver, as well as the two kidneys, and the fat that is on them, and you shall offer them as a burnt offering upon the altar.
૧૩પછી અંદરના ભાગો પર આવેલી બધી જ ચરબી લેવી. પિત્તાશય અને બે મૂત્રપિંડની ઉપર આવેલી ચરબી પણ લઈ લેવી અને વેદી પર તેનું દહન કરવું.
14 Yet truly, the flesh of the calf, and the hide and the dung, you shall burn outside, beyond the camp, because it is for sin.
૧૪પરંતુ વાછરડાના માંસને, ચામડીને અને તેના અંદરના અવયવોને છાવણીની બહાર અગ્નિથી બાળી મૂકવાં. તે પાપાર્થાર્પણ છે.
15 Likewise, you shall take one ram, and upon its head Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands.
૧૫ત્યારબાદ એક ઘેટો લઈને હારુને અને તેના પુત્રોએ તેના માથા પર હાથ મૂકવા.
16 And when you will have sacrificed it, you shall take from its blood and pour it around the altar.
૧૬પછી એ ઘેટાંનો વધ કરીને, તેનું રક્ત લઈને વેદીની ચારે બાજુએ છાંટવું.
17 Then you shall cut the ram into pieces, and, having washed its intestines and feet, you shall place these upon the cut-up flesh and upon its head.
૧૭પછી તે ઘેટાંને કાપીને કકડા કરવા અને તેનાં આંતરડાં તથા પગ ધોઈ નાખવા, પછી તેઓને માથા અને શરીરના બીજા અવયવો સાથે મૂકવા.
18 And you shall offer the entire ram as a burnt offering upon the altar. It is an oblation to the Lord, a most sweet odor of the victim of the Lord.
૧૮પછી આખા ઘેટાંનું વેદી પર દહન કરવું એ યહોવાહના માનમાં દહનીયાર્પણ છે. એની સુવાસથી હું પ્રસન્ન થાઉં છું, એ મારા માનમાં કરેલો હોમયજ્ઞ છે.
19 Likewise, you shall take the other ram, upon whose head Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands.
૧૯હવે પછી બીજો ઘેટો લેવો. હારુને અને તેના પુત્રોએ તેના માથા પર હાથ મૂકવા.
20 And when you will have immolated it, you shall take of its blood, and place it on the tip of the right ear of Aaron and his sons, and on the thumbs and big toes of their right hand and right foot, and you shall pour the blood upon the altar, all around.
૨૦પછી તે ઘેટાંનો વધ કરીને તેનું થોડું રક્ત લઈને હારુન અને તેના પુત્રોના જમણા કાનની બૂટીને, જમણા હાથનાં અંગૂઠાને તથા જમણા પગના અંગૂઠાને લગાડવું.
21 And when you have taken from the blood that is on the altar, and from the oil of unction, you shall sprinkle Aaron and his vestment, his sons and their vestments. And after they and their vestments have been consecrated,
૨૧ત્યારબાદ બાકીનું રક્ત વેદીની ચારે બાજુ છાંટી દેવું. વેદી ઉપરના રક્તમાંથી થોડું રક્ત અને અભિષેકનું તેલ લઈ હારુન અને તેનાં વસ્ત્રો પર તથા તેના પુત્રો પર અને તેઓનાં વસ્ત્રો પર છાંટવું એટલે તેઓ તથા તેઓનાં વસ્ત્રો યહોવાહને અર્થે પવિત્ર ગણાશે.
22 you shall take the fat of the ram, and the rump, and the lard that covers the internal organs, and the mesh of the liver, and the two kidneys along with the fat that is on them, and the right shoulder, because it is the ram of consecration,
૨૨પછી ઘેટાંના ચરબીવાળા ભાગ લેવા; તેની પૂંછડી, અંદરના અવયવો પરની ચરબી, કાળજા પરની ચરબી અને ચરબી સાથે જ મૂત્રપિંડો અને જમણી જાંધ લેવી કારણ કે હારુન અને તેના દીકરાઓની દીક્ષા માટેનો આ ઘેટો છે.
23 and one turn of bread, a crust sprinkled with oil, and a cake from the basket of unleavened bread, which was placed in the sight of the Lord.
૨૩યહોવાહ આગળના બેખમીર રોટલીના ટોપલામાંથી એક રોટલી, એક મોવણવાળી ભાખરી અને એક તેલ ચોપડેલી રોટલી લેવી.
24 And you shall place all these in the hands of Aaron and his sons, and you shall sanctify them, lifting them up in the sight of the Lord.
૨૪એ બધું હારુનના અને તેના પુત્રોના હાથ પર મૂકવું અને એના વડે યહોવાહની આરાધના કરવી.
25 And you shall take all these things from their hands and burn them upon the altar as a holocaust, as a most sweet odor in the sight of the Lord, because it is his oblation.
૨૫પછી તેઓના હાથમાંથી તું તે લઈ લે અને યહોવાહ સમક્ષ દહનીયાર્પણ તરીકે વેદી પર તેનું દહન કરજે. એની સુવાસથી હું પ્રસન્ન છું. એ મારા માનમાં કરેલું દહનીયાર્પણ છે.
26 Likewise, you shall take the chest of the ram, with which Aaron was initiated, and you shall sanctify it, lifting it up in the sight of the Lord, and it will fall to your share.
૨૬પછી હારુનની દીક્ષા માટે વપરાયેલા ઘેટાંની છાતી લઈને તેના વડે યહોવાહની ઉપાસના કરવી પછી એ તારો હિસ્સો ગણાશે.
27 And you shall sanctify both the consecrated chest and the shoulder that you separated from the ram,
૨૭હારુન અને તેના પુત્રોની દીક્ષા માટે વપરાયેલાં અને જેના વડે ઉપાસના કરાઈ છે તે અને ભેટ ધરાવેલી ઘેટાંની છાતી અને જાંઘ તારે યાજકો માટે પવિત્ર કરીને અલગ રાખવાં.
28 with which Aaron was initiated with his sons, and these will fall to the share of Aaron and his sons, as a perpetual oath by the sons of Israel. For these are the greatest and the first of their victims of peace, which they offer to the Lord.
૨૮તે હારુનનો તથા તેના પુત્રોનો ઇઝરાયલ પુત્રો પાસેથી સદાનો નિયમ થશે. કેમ કે તે ઉચ્છાલીયાર્પણ છે; અને તે ઇઝરાયલપુત્રો તરફથી તેઓનાં શાંત્યર્પણના યજ્ઞોનું ઉચ્છાલીયાર્પણ થાય, એટલે યહોવાહને સારુ તેઓનું ઉચ્છાલીયાર્પણ થાય.
29 But the holy vestment, which Aaron shall use, his sons shall possess after him, so that they may be anointed in it and their hands may be consecrated.
૨૯હારુનનાં આ પવિત્ર વસ્ત્રો સાચવી રાખવાં અને હારુનના મૃત્યુ બાદ તેના પુત્રોને તે વારસામાં આપવાં. પેઢી દર પેઢી તેઓ પોતાની અભિષેકની દીક્ષાવિધિ વખતે તે પહેરે.
30 For seven days, he who is high priest in his place and who enters the tabernacle of the testimony to minister in the Sanctuary shall use it.
૩૦હારુન પછી જે કોઈ મુખ્ય યાજક થાય તે મુલાકાતમંડપમાં અને પવિત્રસ્થાનમાં સેવા શરૂ કરે તે અગાઉ સાત દિવસ સુધી આ વસ્ત્રો ધારણ કરે.
31 But you shall take the ram of consecration and cook its flesh in the holy place.
૩૧દીક્ષા માટે અર્પણ કરાયેલ ઘેટાંનું માંસ લઈને કોઈ શુદ્ધ જગ્યાએ તેને બાફવું.
32 And Aaron and his sons shall feed on it. Likewise, the loaves which are in the basket, they shall consume in the vestibule of the tabernacle of the testimony,
૩૨ત્યારબાદ હારુન અને તેના પુત્રોએ મુલાકાતમંડપમાં પ્રવેશદ્વાર આગળ એ ઘેટાંનું માંસ અને ટોપલામાંની રોટલીનું ભોજન કરવું.
33 so that it may be an appeasing sacrifice, and so that the hands of those who offer may be sanctified. A stranger shall not eat from these, for they are holy.
૩૩તેમની દીક્ષાવિધિ વખતે તેમની પ્રાયશ્ચિત વિધિ માટે ઉપયોગમાં લેવાયેલ પદાર્થો જ ખાવા; યાજકો સિવાય અન્ય કોઈ પણ અજાણ્યા વ્યક્તિએ તે ખાવા નહિ કારણ એ પવિત્ર છે.
34 And what may remain until morning, of the consecrated flesh or of the bread, you shall burn these remnants with fire. These shall not be eaten, because they have been sanctified.
૩૪સવાર સુધી જો માંસ કે રોટલીમાંથી કાંઈ વધે તો તેને અગ્નિમાં બાળી મૂકવું પણ ખાવું નહિ, કારણ એ પવિત્ર છે.
35 All that I have instructed you concerning Aaron and his sons, you shall do. For seven days shall you consecrate their hands,
૩૫હારુન અને તેના પુત્રોને મેં જે આજ્ઞા કરી છે તે મુજબ જ કરવું. એમની દીક્ષાની વિધિ સાત દિવસ ચલાવવી.
36 and you shall offer a calf for sin on each day, as an atonement. And you shall cleanse the altar when you will have immolated the victim of expiation, and you shall anoint it for sanctification.
૩૬દરરોજ પાપાર્થાર્પણ માટે એક વાછરડાનું બલિદાન આપવું. વેદી ઉપર પ્રાયશ્ચિત વિધિ કરવાથી તું એને પાપમુક્ત કરશે. ત્યાર પછી તારે વેદી પર તેલનો અભિષેક કરીને વેદીને પવિત્ર બનાવવી.
37 For seven days, you shall expiate and sanctify the altar, and it shall be the Holy of holies. All those who will touch it must be sanctified.
૩૭સાત દિવસ સુધી વેદીને શુદ્ધ અને પવિત્ર બનાવવી. ત્યાર બાદ વેદી સંપૂર્ણપણે અત્યંત પવિત્ર બનશે. પછી જો કોઈ તેના સંપર્કમાં આવશે તે પવિત્ર બની જશે.
38 This is what you shall acquire for the altar: Two one-year-old lambs, each day continually,
૩૮તારે વેદી પર આટલા બલિ ચઢાવવા, કાયમને માટે પ્રતિદિન એક વર્ષની ઉંમરના બે હલવાન અર્પણ કરવા.
39 one lamb in the morning, and the other in the evening;
૩૯એક હલવાન તારે સવારમાં અને બીજું હલવાન તારે સાંજે ચઢાવવું.
40 for the one lamb, a tenth part of fine flour sprinkled with crushed oil, which shall have the measure of the fourth part of a hin, and wine for a libation, of the same measure;
૪૦પ્રથમ ઘેટાં સાથે તમારે એક કિલો શુદ્ધ તેલમાં મોહેલો એક કિલો મેંદાનો ઝીણો લોટ તેમ જ પેયાર્પણ તરીકે એક લીટર દ્રાક્ષારસ અર્પણ કરવો.
41 truly, the other lamb you shall offer in the evening, according to the ritual of the morning oblation, and according to what we have said, as an odor of sweetness.
૪૧સાંજે અર્પણ થતાં હલવાનની સાથે સવારની જેમ મેંદાના ઝીણા લોટનું અને દ્રાક્ષારસનું પેયાર્પણ કરજે. ઈશ્વરની સમક્ષ તે સુવાસિત અર્પણ અને અગ્નિમાં થયેલ અર્પણ ધ્યાનમાં લેવાશે. એ યજ્ઞની સુવાસથી હું પ્રસન્ન થાઉં છું.
42 It is a sacrifice to the Lord, by a perpetual oblation among your generations, at the door of the tabernacle of the testimony before the Lord, where I resolve to speak to you.
૪૨આ દહનીયાર્પણ મુલાકાતમંડપના પ્રવેશદ્વાર આગળ મારી નજર સમક્ષ નિયમિત પેઢી દર પેઢી કરવાના છે.
43 And there I will instruct the sons of Israel, and the altar shall be sanctified by my glory.
૪૩હું ત્યાં જ તમને મળીશ અને ઇઝરાયલીઓને પણ મળીશ. મારા મહિમાથી એ સ્થાન પવિત્ર થઈ જશે.
44 I will also sanctify the tabernacle of the testimony with the altar, and Aaron with his sons, to exercise the priesthood for me.
૪૪હા, હું મુલાકાતમંડપને, વેદીને અને યાજકો તરીકે મારા સેવકો હારુન તથા તેના પુત્રોને પવિત્ર કરીશ.
45 And I will live in the midst of the sons of Israel, and I will be their God.
૪૫અને હું ઇઝરાયલના લોકો મધ્યે નિવાસ કરીશ અને તેઓનો ઈશ્વર થઈશ.
46 And they shall know that I am the Lord their God, who led them away from the land of Egypt, so that I might dwell among them. I am the Lord their God.”
૪૬તેઓને ખાતરી થશે કે તેઓની વચ્ચે રહેવા માટે તેઓને મિસરમાંથી બહાર લાવનાર હું યહોવાહ તેઓનો ઈશ્વર છું.
