Ephesians 4
1 And so, as a prisoner in the Lord, I beg you to walk in a manner worthy of the vocation to which you have been called:
येकोलायी मय जो प्रभु म बन्दी हय तुम सी बिनती करू हय कि जो बुलाहट सी तुम बुलायो गयो होतो, परमेश्वर को लायक हो,
2 with all humility and meekness, with patience, supporting one another in charity.
यानेकि पूरी नम्रता अऊर कोमलता, अऊर धीरज धर क प्रेम सी एक दूसरों की सह लेवो।
3 Be anxious to preserve the unity of the Spirit within the bonds of peace.
ऊ शान्ति को सुत्र म बन्ध क ओकी एकता ख जेक पवित्र आत्मा प्रदान करय हय, ओख बनायो रखन को हर सम्भव सी पूरी कोशिश करे।
4 One body and one Spirit: to this you have been called by the one hope of your calling:
एकच शरीर हय, अऊर एकच आत्मा; जसो तुम्ख जो बुलायो गयो होतो अपनो बुलायो जानो सी एकच आशा हय।
5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism,
एकच प्रभु हय, एकच विश्वास, एकच बपतिस्मा,
6 one God and Father of all, who is over all, and through all, and in us all.
एकच परमेश्वर हय, जो सब को बाप हय, सब म काम करय हय, अऊर जो सब म हय।
7 Yet to each one of us there has been given grace according to the measure allotted by Christ.
पर हम म सी हर एक ख मसीह न जो कुछ दियो हय, ओको दान को हिसाब को अनुसार अनुग्रह मिल्यो हय।
8 Because of this, he says: “Ascending on high, he took captivity itself captive; he gave gifts to men.”
जसो की पवित्र शास्त्र कह्य हय: “जब ऊ बहुत ऊचाई तक चली गयो, त ओन बन्दियों ख बान्ध क ले गयो, अऊर आदमियों ख दान दियो।”
9 Now that he has ascended, what is left except for him also to descend, first to the lower parts of the earth?
अब, “ऊ ऊपर चढ़्यो” ओको अर्थ का हय यो कि ऊ पहिले धरती की सब सी खल्लो की जागा म उतरयो।
10 He who descended is the same one who also ascended above all the heavens, so that he might fulfill everything.
अऊर जो उतर गयो यो उच आय, जो पूरो आसमान सी ऊपर चढ़ भी गयो कि पूरी सृष्टि ख परिपूर्ण कर दे।
11 And the same one granted that some would be Apostles, and some Prophets, yet truly others evangelists, and others pastors and teachers,
अऊर ओन कितनो ख प्रेरित होन को वरदान दियो, अऊर कुछ ख भविष्यवक्ता होन को, अऊर कुछ ख सुसमाचार को प्रचारक होन को, अऊर कुछ ख रख वालो अऊर शिक्षक नियुक्त कर क् दे दियो,
12 for the sake of the perfection of the saints, by the work of the ministry, in the edification of the body of Christ,
जेकोसी परमेश्वर को लोग सिद्ध होय जाये अऊर सेवा को काम करयो जाये अऊर मसीह को शरीर उन्नति पाये,
13 until we all meet in the unity of faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God, as a perfect man, in the measure of the age of the fullness of Christ.
जब तक की हम सब को सब विश्वास अऊर परमेश्वर को टुरा की पहिचान म एक नहीं होय जाये, अऊर एक सिद्ध आदमी न बन जाये अऊर मसीह को पूरो गौरव की उचायी नहीं छूय ले।
14 So may we then no longer be little children, disturbed and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the wickedness of men, and by the craftiness which deceives unto error.
ताकि हम अब बच्चा को जसो नहीं रह्यो जो आदमियों की धोकाधड़ी अऊर चालाकी सी, उन्को भ्रम की युक्तियों की अऊर शिक्षा की हर एक हवा को झोंका सी उछाल्यो अऊर इत–उत घुमायो जावय हय।
15 Instead, acting according to truth in charity, we should increase in everything, in him who is the head, Christ himself.
बल्की प्रेम म सच्चायी ख व्यक्त करतो हुयो सब बातों म ओको म जो मुंड हय, मतलब मसीह म हर तरह सी बढ़तो जाये,
16 For in him, the whole body is joined closely together, by every underlying joint, through the function allotted to each part, bringing improvement to the body, toward its edification in charity.
जेकोसी पूरो शरीर को अलग अलग हिस्सा, एक संग मिल क जुड़य हय अऊर पूरो शरीर ख एक संग मिल क रख्यो जावय हय, अऊर एक संग जुड़ क यो प्रदान करयो जावय हय। कि हर एक अलग हिस्सा काम करय हय, तब पूरो शरीर बढ़य हय अऊर प्रेम द्वारा खुद ख बनावय हय।
17 And so, I say this, and I testify in the Lord: that from now on you should walk, not as the Gentiles also walk, in the vanity of their mind,
येकोलायी मय प्रभु को नाम सी तुम्ख चेतावनी देऊ हय, कि उन्को बेकार बिचारों को संग उन गैरयहूदियों को जसो जीवन मत जीवो।
18 having their intellect obscured, being alienated from the life of God, through the ignorance that is within them, because of the blindness of their hearts.
उनकी बुद्धि अन्धारो म हय। अऊर ऊ अज्ञानता को वजह जो उन्म हय अऊर उन्को मन की कठोरता को वजह हि परमेश्वर को जीवन सी अलग करयो हुयो हय;
19 Such as these, despairing, have given themselves over to sexual immorality, carrying out every impurity with rapacity.
अऊर लज्जा की भावना उन म सी चली गयी अऊर उन्न अपनो आप ख संय्यम को बिना हर तरह कि अशुद्ध हरकतो म डाल दियो हय।
20 But this is not what you have learned in Christ.
पर तुम न मसीह की असी शिक्षा नहीं सीखी।
21 For certainly, you have listened to him, and you have been instructed in him, according to the truth that is in Jesus:
बल्की तुम न सचमुच ओको बारे म सुनी अऊर ओको अनुयायीयों को रूप म, ऊ सत्य सिखायो गयो हय, जो यीशु म हय।
22 to set aside your earlier behavior, the former man, who was corrupted, by means of desire, unto error,
कि तुम पिछलो चाल चलन को पुरानो मनुष्यत्व ख जो भरमावन वाली अभिलाषावों को अनुसार भ्रष्ट होतो जावय हय, उतार डालो।
23 and so be renewed in the spirit of your mind,
अऊर अपनो मन को आत्मिक स्वभाव म सोचन को तरीका म नयो बनतो जावो,
24 and so put on the new man, who, in accord with God, is created in justice and in the holiness of truth.
अऊर नयो मनुष्यत्व ख पहिन लेवो जो परमेश्वर की समानता म बनायो गयो हय जो अपनो आप ख सच्चायी अऊर पवित्रता म जीवन खुद ख प्रगट करय हय।
25 Because of this, setting aside lying, speak the truth, each one with his neighbor. For we are all part of one another.
येकोलायी तुम लोग झूठ बोलनो छोड़ क हर एक अपनो पड़ोसी सी सच बोले, कहालीकि हम सब मिल क मसीह को शरीर म एक अंग हंय।
26 “Be angry, but do not be willing to sin.” Do not let the sun set over your anger.
गुस्सा त करो, पर पाप मत करो; शाम होन तक तुम्हरो गुस्सा नहीं रहे।
27 Provide no place for the devil.
अऊर न शैतान ख अवसर देवो।
28 Whoever was stealing, let him now not steal, but rather let him labor, working with his hands, doing what is good, so that he may have something to distribute to those who suffer need.
चोरी करन वालो फिर चोरी नहीं करे, बल्की भलो काम करनो म अपनो हाथों सी मेहनत करे, येकोलायी कि गरीबों की भी मदद कर सकेंन।
29 Let no evil words proceed from your mouth, but only what is good, toward the edification of faith, so as to bestow grace upon those who listen.
कोयी बेकार बात तुम्हरो मुंह सी नहीं निकले, पर जरूरतों को अनुसार उच निकले जो अनुग्रह करन म मदत हो, ताकि ओको सी सुनन वालो की उन्नति हो।
30 And do not be willing to grieve the Holy Spirit of God, in whom you have been sealed, unto the day of redemption.
अऊर परमेश्वर की पवित्र आत्मा ख दु: खी मत करो; जेकोसी तुम पर छुटकारा को दिन को लायी मुहर दियो गयो हय।
31 Let all bitterness and anger and indignation and outcry and blasphemy be taken away from you, along with all malice.
सब कड़वाहट, अऊर प्रकोप अऊर गुस्सा, लड़ाई–झगड़ा, निन्दा, अऊर हर तरह की बुरायी अपनो बीच म सी दूर करी जाये।
32 And be kind and merciful to one another, forgiving one another, just as God has forgiven you in Christ.
बल्की एक दूसरों को प्रति दयालु अऊर कोमल बने, अऊर जसो परमेश्वर न मसीह म तुम्हरो अपराध माफ करयो, वसोच तुम भी एक दूसरों को अपराध माफ करो।
