Acts 10
1 Now there was a certain man in Caesarea, named Cornelius, a centurion of the cohort which is called Italian,
୧କାଇସରିଆ ଅନି କର୍ନିଲିଅ ନାଉଁର୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍ ରଇଲା । ସେ, ଇଟାଲି ଅନି ଆଇବା ଗଟେକ୍ ବଡ୍ ଦଲର୍ ରମିୟ ସନିଅମନର୍, ନେତା ରଇଲା ।
2 a devout man, fearing God with all his house, giving many alms to the people, and praying to God continually.
୨ସେ ଗଟେକ୍ ଦରମ୍ ଲକ୍ ରଇଲା । ସେ ଆରି ତାକର୍ ଗରର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ସବୁ ପର୍ମେସର୍କେ ଉପାସନା କର୍ତେ ରଇଲାଇ । ସେ ରକିଦୁକି ଜିଉଦିମନ୍କେ ବେସି ଉପ୍କାର୍ କର୍ତେ ରଇଲା । ଆରି ଜେଡେବେଲ୍ ମିସା ପର୍ମେସର୍କେ ପାର୍ତନା କର୍ତେ ରଇଲା ।
3 This man saw in a vision clearly, at about the ninth hour of the day, the Angel of God entering to him and saying to him: “Cornelius!”
୩ଦିନେକ୍ ଆଡ୍ବେଲାର୍ ତିନ୍ଟା ବେଲେ କର୍ନିଲିଅ ପାର୍ତନା କଲାବେଲେ, ଗଟେକ୍ ଦର୍ସନ୍ ପାଇଲା । ତେଇ ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ଦୁତ୍ ଆସି ତାକେ “କର୍ନିଲିଅ!” ବଲି ଡାକ୍ବାଟା ନିକ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଦେକ୍ଲା ।
4 And he, gazing at him, was seized by fear, and he said, “What is it, lord?” And he said to him: “Your prayers and your almsgiving have ascended as a memorial in the sight of God.
୪ସେ ଡରିକରି ସରଗର୍ ଦୁତ୍ବାଟେ ଦେକିକରି କଇଲା, “କାଇଟା ବଲି କଇଲୁସ୍ନି ମାପ୍ରୁ?” ସରଗର୍ ଦୁତ୍ କଇଲା, “ପର୍ମେସର୍ ତର୍ ପାର୍ତନା ଆରି ଦୁକିରକିମନ୍କେ ଦାନ୍ କର୍ବାଟା ଦେକି ସାର୍ଦା ଅଇଲା । ଆର୍ ବାଦୁଲେ କାଇଟାଆଲେ ଦେବାକେ ସେ ମନ୍ କଲାନି ।
5 And now, send men to Joppa and summon a certain Simon, who is surnamed Peter.
୫ଏବେ ସିମନ୍ ପିତର୍ ନାଉଁର୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍କେ ଇତି ଡାକି ଆନ୍ବାକେ, ଜପାଇ ଲକ୍ ପାଟାଆ ।
6 This man is a guest with a certain Simon, a tanner, whose house is beside the sea. He will tell you what you must do.”
୬ସେ ସମ୍ଦୁର୍ କଣ୍ଡି ବାସାଅଇରଇବା ସିମନ୍ ନାଉଁର୍ ଗଟେକ୍, ପସୁମନର୍ ଚାମ୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ କାଇକାଇଟା ତିଆର୍ କର୍ବା ଲକର୍ ଗରେ ରଇଲାନି ।”
7 And when the Angel who was speaking to him had departed, he called, out of those who were subject to him, two of his household servants and a soldier who feared the Lord.
୭ଏତ୍କି କାତା କଇ ସରଗର୍ ଦୁତ୍ ଉଟିଗାଲା । କର୍ନିଲିଅ ତାକର୍ ଗରର୍ ଦୁଇଟା ଗତିଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡାକେ ଆରି ତାକେ ସେବା କର୍ତେରଇବା ଆରି ପର୍ମେସର୍କେ ଉପାସନା କର୍ତେରଇବା ଗଟେକ୍ ସଇନକେ ଡାକାଇଲା ।
8 And when he had explained everything to them, he sent them to Joppa.
୮ସେ ସେମନ୍କେ ଦୁତ୍ କଇରଇବା ସବୁ କାତା ଜାନାଇ କରି ଜପାଇ ପାଟାଇଲା ।
9 Then, on the following day, while they were making the journey and approaching the city, Peter ascended to the upper rooms, so that he might pray, at about the sixth hour.
୯ତାର୍ ଆର୍କର୍ ଦିନେ ଆଡ୍ବେଲାଇ ସେମନ୍ ଜପାର୍ ଲଗାଲଗି ଅଇଲାବେଲେ, ପିତର୍ ପାର୍ତନା କର୍ବାକେ ମେଡ୍ଗରର୍ ଚାଉନି ଉପ୍ରେ ଜାଇ ରଇଲା ।
10 And since he was hungry, he wanted to enjoy some food. Then, as they were preparing it, an ecstasy of mind fell over him.
୧୦ସେ ଉପାସ୍ ସାରାଇକରି, କାଇଟାଆଲେ କାଇବାକେ ମନ୍ କଲା ଆରି କାଦି ତିଆର୍ ଅଇବା ବେଲାଇ ସେ ଗଟେକ୍ ଦର୍ସନ୍ ଦେକ୍ଲା ।
11 And he saw heaven opened, and a certain container descending, as if a great linen sheet were let down, by its four corners, from heaven to earth,
୧୧ଏଦେ ଦେକା! ଆକାସ୍ ଉଗାଡିଅଇଲାଟା ଆରି ଗଟେକ୍ ବଡ୍ ଚାଦର୍ ଚାରିକନେ ବାନ୍ଦିଅଇକରି ଦର୍ତନି ଉପ୍ରେ ଉତ୍ରି ଆଇବାଟା ଦେକ୍ଲା ।
12 on which were all four-footed beasts, and the crawling things of the earth and the flying things of the air.
୧୨ତେଇ ଜଗତେ ରଇବା ରକାମ୍ ରକାମର୍ ଗଡ୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଇଣ୍ଡ୍ବା ପସୁ, ରାଙ୍ଗ୍ବା ଜନ୍ତ୍ ଆରି ଉଡ୍ବା ଚଡଇମନ୍!
13 And a voice came to him: “Rise up, Peter! Kill and eat.”
୧୩ଆରି ସେ ଗଟେକ୍ କାତା ଅଇବା ସବଦ୍ ସୁନ୍ଲା, “ପିତର୍! ଉଟ୍ ସେମନ୍କେ ମାରିକରି କାଆ!”
14 But Peter said: “Far be it from me, lord. For I have never eaten anything common or unclean.”
୧୪ମାତର୍ ପିତର୍ କଇଲା, “ନାଇ ମାପ୍ରୁ, ଆମର୍ ଜିଉଦି ନିୟମ୍ ଇସାବେ ଅସୁକଲ୍ ବଲି କଇବା କାଇ ମାଉଁସ୍ ମିସା କାଇନାଇ ।”
15 And the voice, again a second time to him: “What God has purified, you shall not call common.”
୧୫ସେ ସବଦ୍ ଆରି କଇଲା “ପର୍ମେସର୍ ଜନ୍ଟା ସୁକଲ୍ କଲାଆଚେ ସେଟା ନିଚ୍ବାର୍ ନାଇ ।”
16 Now this was done three times. And immediately the container was taken up to heaven.
୧୬ଏନ୍ତାରି ତିନ୍ତର୍ ଅଇଲା ପଚେ ଚାଦର୍ ସରଗ୍ ବାଟେ ଚଗାଇ ଦାରି ଗାଲାଇ ।
17 Now while Peter was still hesitant within himself as to what the vision, which he had seen, might mean, behold, the men who had been sent from Cornelius stood at the gate, inquiring about Simon’s house.
୧୭ପିତର୍ ଜନ୍ ଦର୍ସନ୍ ପାଇରଇଲା, ତାର୍ ଅରତ୍ କାଇଟା, ସେଟା ବାବି କାନାବାନା ଅଇଗାଲା । ଟିକ୍ ସେନ୍ତି ଅଇଲାବେଲେ, ଏଦେ ଦେକା! କର୍ନିଲିଅ ପାଟାଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ସିମନ୍କେ କଜି କଜି ଆସି, ତାର୍ ଗରର୍ ବାଟ୍ଡିଆଗଡି ଲଗେ ଟିଆଅଇଲାଇ ।
18 And when they had called out, they asked if Simon, who is surnamed Peter, was a guest in that place.
୧୮ସେମନ୍ ଡାକିକରି ପାଚାର୍ଲାଇ, “ସିମନ୍ ପିତର୍, ନାଉଁର୍ ଗତିଆ ଲକ୍ ଇତି ଆଚେ କି?”
19 Then, as Peter was thinking about the vision, the Spirit said to him, “Behold, three men seek you.
୧୯ପିତର୍ ସେ ଦର୍ସନ୍ ବିସଇ ଚିନ୍ତା କର୍ତେ ରଇଲାବେଲେ ଆତ୍ମା ତାକେ କଇଲା, “ସୁନ୍! ତକେ ତିନ୍ ଲକ୍ କଜ୍ଲାଇନି ।”
20 And so, rise up, descend, and go with them, doubting nothing. For I have sent them.”
୨୦“ଉଟ୍, ତଲେ ଜାଆ । ଏ ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଜିବାକେ ନିଚ୍ନାଇ, କାଇକେବଇଲେ ମୁଇ ସେମନ୍କେ ପାଟାଇଆଚି ।”
21 Then Peter, descending to the men, said: “Behold, I am the one whom you seek. What is the reason for which you have arrived?”
୨୧ତେଇଅନି ପିତର୍ ସେ ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ଲଗେଜାଇ କଇଲା, “ତମେ ଜାକେ କଜ୍ଲାସ୍ନି, ସେ ଲକ୍ ମୁଇ, ତମେ କାଇକେ ଆସି ଆଚାସ୍?”
22 And they said: “Cornelius, a centurion, a just and God-fearing man, who has good testimony from the entire nation of the Jews, received a message from a holy Angel to summon you to his house and to listen to words from you.”
୨୨ସେମନ୍ କଇଲାଇ, “କର୍ନିଲିଅ ନାଉଁର୍ ରମିୟ ସଇନମନର୍ ନେତା ଆମ୍କେ ପାଟାଇଆଚେ । ଜେ କି ଗଟେକ୍ ଦରମ୍ ଲକ୍ ଆରି ପର୍ମେସର୍କେ ନାମ୍ସି । ଗୁଲାଇ ଜିଉଦି ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ତାକେ ନାମ୍ବାଇ । ତୁଇ କଇବାଟା ସୁନ୍ବାକେ, ସେ ତକେ ତାର୍ ଗରେ ଡାକାଇଆଚେ । ଏନ୍ତାରି କର୍ବାକେ ପର୍ମେସର୍ ପାଟାଇଲା ଦୁତ୍ ତାକେ ତିଆର୍ଲା ଆଚେ ।”
23 Therefore, leading them in, he received them as guests. Then, on following the day, rising up, he set out with them. And some of the brothers from Joppa accompanied him.
୨୩ପିତର୍ ସେମନ୍କେ ବିତ୍ରେ ଡାକିନେଇକରି ସେ ରାତି ତେଇ ରଇବାକେ ଗୁଆରି କଲା । ତାର୍ ଆର୍କର୍ ଦିନେ ସେ ଉଟି ସେମନର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଗାଲା । ଆରି ଜପା ନାଉଁର୍ ଜାଗାର୍ କେତେଟା ବିସ୍ବାସି ବାଇମନ୍ ମିସା ସେମନର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଗାଲାଇ ।
24 And on the next day, he entered Caesarea. And truly, Cornelius was waiting for them, having called together his family and closest friends.
୨୪ଆରି ଗଟେକ୍ ଦିନେ ସେମନ୍ ସିସେରିଆଇ କେଟ୍ଲାଇ । ତେଇ କର୍ନିଲିଅ ତାର୍ ମଇତର୍ମନ୍କେ ଆରି କୁଟୁମର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ରୁଣ୍ଡାଇକରି ପିତର୍କେ ଜାଗିରଇଲାଇ ।
25 And it happened that, when Peter had entered, Cornelius went to meet him. And falling before his feet, he reverenced.
୨୫ପିତର୍ ଗର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ଜିବାବେଲେ କର୍ନିଲିଅ ତାକେ ବେଟ୍ଅଇ, ତାର୍ ପାଦେ ଡାଣ୍ଡାସନ୍ ପଡି ଜୁଆର୍ କଲା ।
26 Yet truly, Peter, lifting him up, said: “Rise up, for I also am only a man.”
୨୬ପିତର୍ ତାକେ ଉଟାଇକରି କଇଲା, “ଟିଆ ଅ, ମୁଇ ମିସା ତର୍ପାରା ଗଟେକ୍ ମୁନୁସ୍ସେ ।”
27 And speaking with him, he entered, and he found many who had gathered together.
୨୭ପିତର୍ କର୍ନିଲିଅର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ କାତା ଅଇ ଅଇ ଗର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ କେଟ୍ଲା ଆରି ତେଇ ବେସିଲକ୍ ରୁଣ୍ଡିରଇବାଟା ଦେକ୍ଲା ।
28 And he said to them: “You know how abominable it would be for a Jewish man to be joined with, or to be added to, a foreign people. But God has revealed to me to call no man common or unclean.
୨୮ସେ ସେମନ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ଜିଉଦି ନ ଅଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ମିସ୍ବାଟା କି ତାକର୍ ଗରେ ଜିବାଟା ଆମର୍ ଜିଉଦି ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ବିଦି ନାଇ । ସେଟା ତମେ ନିକକରି ଜାନାସ୍ । ଏଲେମିସା କନ୍ଆଲେ ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍କେ ଅସୁକଲ୍ ଇସାବେ ଦେକ୍ବାର୍ ନାଇ ବଲି ପରମେସର୍ ମକେ କଇଲାଆଚେ ।
29 Because of this and without doubt, I came when summoned. Therefore, I ask you, for what reason have you summoned me?”
୨୯ତେବେ ମକେ ଡାକାଇଲା ଦାପ୍ରେ କାଇଟା ନ ବାବିକରି ଆଇଲି । ମକେ କାଇକେ ଡାକାଇଲୁସ୍ ତେବେ? ସେଟା ମୁଇ ଜାନ୍ବାକେ ମନ୍ କଲିନି ।”
30 And Cornelius said: “It is now the fourth day, to this very hour, since I was praying in my house at the ninth hour, and behold, a man stood before me in a white vestment, and he said:
୩୦କର୍ନିଲିଅ କଇଲା, ତିନ୍ଦିନ୍ ଆଗ୍ତୁ ଆଡ୍ବେଲାର୍ ତିନ୍ଟା ସମାନ୍ ଏଡ୍କି ବେଲାଇ, ମୁଇ ଗରେ ପାର୍ତନା କର୍ତେ ରଇଲି । ସେଡ୍କି ବେଲେ, ଏଦେ ଦେକା! ଦବ୍ ପଚିଆ ପିନ୍ଦି ରଇବା ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍ ମର୍ ମୁଆଟେ ଟିଆଅଇଲା, ଆରି କଇଲା,
31 ‘Cornelius, your prayer has been heard and your almsgiving has been remembered in the sight of God.
୩୧“କର୍ନିଲିଅ! ପର୍ମେସର୍ ତର୍ ପାର୍ତନା ସୁନ୍ଲା ଆରି ତମେ ଦୁକିରକିକେ ସାଇଜ କର୍ବାଟା ଦେକି ସାର୍ଦା ଅଇଆଚେ ।
32 Therefore, send to Joppa and summon Simon, who is surnamed Peter. This man is a guest in the house of Simon, a tanner, near the sea.’
୩୨ସିମନ୍ ପିତର୍ ନାଉଁର୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍କେ ଆନ୍ବାକେ ଜପା ନାଉଁର୍ ଜାଗାଇ, ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ପାଟାଆ । ସେ ସମ୍ଦୁର୍ କଣ୍ଡି ବାସାଅଇରଇବା ପସୁମନର୍ ଚାମ୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ କାଇକାଇଟା ତିଆର୍କରୁ ସିମନର୍ ଗରେ ଗତିଆ ଅଇଆଚେ ।
33 And so, I promptly sent for you. And you have done well in coming here. Therefore, all of us are now present in your sight to hear all the things that were taught to you by the Lord.”
୩୩ତେବର୍ ପାଇ, ମୁଇ ତକେ ଦାପ୍ରେ ଡାକାଇଲି, ଆରି ତମେ ମର୍ କାତା ମାନିକରି ଆସି ଆଚାସ୍ । ଏବେ ଆମେ ସବୁ ଲକ୍ ପରମେସର୍ ରଇବା ଏ ଜାଗାଇ ରୁଣ୍ଡିଆଚୁ । ମାପ୍ରୁ ତକେ ଜନ୍ଟା କଇବାକେ ଆଦେସ୍ ଦେଲା ଆଚେ, ସେଟା ସୁନ୍ବାକେ ଜାଗିଆଚୁ ।”
34 Then, Peter, opening his mouth, said: “I have concluded in truth that God is not a respecter of persons.
୩୪ସିତିଅନି ପିତର୍ କଇଲା, “ଏବେ ମୁଇ ବୁଜିପାର୍ଲିନି ଜେ ପର୍ମେସର୍ କେତେଟା ଦଲ୍ମନ୍କେସେ ଡାକ୍ସି, ସେନ୍ତାରି ନଏଁ, ମାତର୍ ସବୁକେ ସମାନ୍ ଇସାବେ ଡାକ୍ସି ।
35 But within every nation, whoever fears him and works justice is acceptable to him.
୩୫ଜନ୍ ଜାତିର୍ ଲକ୍ ମିସା ତାକେ ଡରିକରି, ତାର୍ ମୁଆଟେ ସତ୍କାମ୍ କଲେ, ମାପ୍ରୁ ତାକେ ଡାକ୍ସି ।
36 God sent the Word to the sons of Israel, announcing the peace through Jesus Christ, for he is the Lord of all.
୩୬ଇସ୍ରାଏଲିଅ ମନର୍ ଲଗେ ପର୍ମେସର୍ ଜନ୍ କବର୍ ପାଟାଇରଇଲା, ସେଟା ତୁଇ ଜାନିଆଚୁସ୍ । ଜିସୁ କିରିସ୍ଟ ଜେ କି ସବୁର୍ ମାପ୍ରୁ, ସେ କରିରଇବା କାମେଅନି ସବୁଲକ୍ମନ୍ ସାନ୍ତିସଙ୍ଗ୍ ମିସ୍ବାଇ, ବଲି ପର୍ମେସର୍ ଆମ୍କେ ଜାନାଇଲାଆଚେ ।
37 You know that the Word has been made known throughout all Judea. For beginning from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached,
୩୭ଡୁବନ୍ ଦେଉ ଜଅନ୍ ପାପ୍ କାମ୍ କର୍ବାଟାନେଅନି ବାଉଡ୍ବା ବିସଇ ଆରି ଡୁବନ୍ ନେବା ବିସଇ କଇଲାପଚେ, ଗାଲିଲିଅନି ଆରାମ୍ କରି ଗୁଲାଇ ଜିଉଦାର୍ ସବୁବାଟେ ଜନ୍ ଗଟ୍ନାସବୁ ଗଟ୍ଲା ଆଚେ, ସେଟା ତୁଇ ଜାନୁସ୍ ।
38 Jesus of Nazareth, whom God anointed with the Holy Spirit and with power, traveled around doing good and healing all those oppressed by the devil. For God was with him.
୩୮ନାଜରିତର୍ ଜିସୁର୍ ବିସଇ ଆରି ପରମେସର୍ ତାକେ କେନ୍ତି ସୁକଲ୍ ଆତ୍ମା ଆରି ବପୁ ପୁରାପୁରୁନ୍ ଦେଇରଇଲା, ସେଟା ଜାନୁସ୍ । ଆରି ଜାନିଆଚୁସ୍, ସେ ସବୁ ବାଟେ ଜାଇ ନିକନିକ କାମ୍ମନ୍ କରିରଇଲା । ସଇତାନର୍ ବାନ୍ଦନେ ରଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ମୁକ୍ଲାଇଲା । କାଇକେବଇଲେ ପରମେସର୍ ତାର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ରଇଲା ।
39 And we are witnesses of all that he did in the region of Judea and in Jerusalem, he whom they killed by hanging him on a tree.
୩୯ଜିସୁ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ଦେସେ ଆରି ଜିରୁସାଲାମେ ଜେତ୍କି ସବୁ କାମ୍ମନ୍ କଲା, ଆମେ ସବୁ ଲକ୍ ତାର୍ ସାକି ଆଚୁ । ତାର୍ପଚେ ତାକେ କୁର୍ସେ କୁଟି ମାରି, ମରାଇଲାଇ ।
40 God raised him up on the third day and permitted him to be made manifest,
୪୦ମାତର୍ ପର୍ମେସର୍ ତାକେ ତିନ୍ଦିନ୍ ଅଇଲାକେ ମଲାତେଇଅନି ଉଟାଇ ଜିବନ୍ କରାଇ, କେତେଲକ୍କେ ଦେକାଇଦେଲା ।
41 not to all the people, but to the witnesses preordained by God, to those of us who ate and drank with him after he rose again from the dead.
୪୧ସବୁଲକ୍ ତାକେ ଦେକ୍ବାକେ ପର୍ମେସର୍ ଦେଏନାଇ, ଅବ୍କା ସେ ବାଚ୍ଲା ସାକିମନ୍କେସେ । ତାକେ ଆରିତରେକ୍ ଜିବନ୍ କରାଇଲାପଚେ, ତାର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ କାଆ ପିଇ ଅଇରଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଆମେସେ ।
42 And he instructed us to preach to the people, and to testify that he is the One who was appointed by God to be the judge of the living and of the dead.
୪୨ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ଲଗେ ସୁବ୍କବର୍ ଜାନାଇବାକେ ସେ ଆମ୍କେ ଆଦେସ୍ ଦେଲା । ବଁଚିରଇବା ଲକର୍ ଆରି ମଲା ଲକର୍ ବିଚାର୍କାରିଆ ଇସାବେ ତାକେସେ ବାଚ୍ଲା ଆଚେ, ଏ କାତାର୍ ସାକିଦେବାକେ ମିସା ସେ ଆମ୍କେ ଆଦେସ୍ ଦେଲାଆଚେ ।
43 To him all the Prophets offer testimony that through his name all who believe in him receive the remission of sins.”
୪୩ସବୁ ବବିସତ୍ବକ୍ତାମନ୍ ତାର୍ ବିସଇନେଇ, ଏ କବର୍ କଇରଇଲାଇ । ଜେ ମସିଅକେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କର୍ସି, ମସିଅ କରିରଇବା କାମର୍ ଲାଗି, ପର୍ମେସର୍ ତାର୍ ପାପ୍କେମା କର୍ସି ।”
44 While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell over all of those who were listening to the Word.
୪୪ପିତର୍ ସିକିଆ ଦେବା ବେଲେ ଜେତେ ଲକ୍ ସୁନ୍ତେ ରଇଲାଇ, ସେ ସବୁ ଲକର୍ ଉପ୍ରେ ସୁକଲ୍ ଆତ୍ମା ଉତ୍ରି ଡାବିଅଇଲା ।
45 And the faithful of the circumcision, who had arrived with Peter, were astonished that the grace of the Holy Spirit was also poured out upon the Gentiles.
୪୫ଜିଉଦିନଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ଉପ୍ରେ ମିସା ପରମେସରର୍ ସୁକଲ୍ ଆତ୍ମା ଡାବିଅଇବାଟା ଦେକି ଜପାଇଅନି ପିତର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଆସିରଇବା ଜିଉଦି ବିସ୍ବାସିମନ୍ କାବାଅଇଗାଲାଇ ।
46 For they heard them speaking in tongues and magnifying God.
୪୬କାଇକେବଇଲେ ସେମନ୍ ପରମେସର୍କେ ଡାକ୍ପୁଟା କର୍ବାଟା, ଆରି ବିନ୍ବିନ୍ ବାସାଇ କାତାଅଇବାଟା, ଜିଉଦି ବିସ୍ବାସିମନ୍ ସୁନ୍ଲାଇ । ଜପାଇଅନି ଆସିରଇବା ଜିଉଦି ବିସ୍ବାସିମନ୍କେ ପିତର୍ କଇଲା,
47 Then Peter responded, “How could anyone prohibit water, so that those who have received the Holy Spirit would not be baptized, just as we also have been?”
୪୭“ପର୍ମେସର୍ ଆମ୍କେ ଜେନ୍ତି ସୁକଲ୍ଆତ୍ମା ଦେଲାଆଚେ, ସେନ୍ତାରିସେ ଏ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ମିସା ଦେଲାଆଚେ । ସେମନ୍କେ ଡୁବନ୍ ନ ନିଆ ବଲି କେ ମିସା ଅଟ୍କାଇପାର୍ସି କି?”
48 And he ordered them to be baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Then they begged him to remain with them for some days.
୪୮ସେଟାର୍ ପାଇ ପିତର୍ ସେମନ୍କେ ଜିସୁକିରିସ୍ଟର୍ ନାଉଁ ଦାରି ଡୁବନ୍ ଦେଲାପଚେ କର୍ନିଲିଅ ଆରି ତାର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ରଇବାଲକ୍ମନ୍ ତାକେ ଆରି କେତେ ଦିନ୍ ସେମନର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ରଇବାକେ ବାବୁଜିଆ କଲାଇ ।
