1 Chronicles 28
1 And so David called together all the leaders of Israel, the rulers of the tribes, and those in charge of the companies, who were ministering to the king, and also the tribunes and centurions, and those in charge of the substance and possessions of the king, and his sons, with the eunuchs and the powerful and those most experienced in the army, at Jerusalem.
௧கோத்திரங்களின் தலைவர்களும், ராஜாவுக்கு பணிவிடை செய்கிற வகுப்புகளின் தலைவர்களும், ஆயிரம்பேர்களுக்கு தலைவர்களும், நூறுபேர்களுக்கு தலைவர்களும், ராஜாவுக்கும் ராஜாவின் மகன்களுக்கும் உண்டான எல்லா சொத்தையும் மிருகஜீவன்களையும் விசாரிக்கிற தலைவர்களுமாகிய இஸ்ரவேலின் எல்லா பிரபுக்களையும், முதன்மையானவர்களையும், பெலசாலிகளையும், எல்லா பெலசாலிகளையும் தாவீது எருசலேமிலே கூடிவரச்செய்தான்.
2 And when the king had risen up and was standing, he said: “Listen to me, my brothers and my people. I thought that I would build a house, in which the ark of the covenant of the Lord, the footstool of our God, might rest. And so I prepared everything for its building.
௨அப்பொழுது ராஜாவாகிய தாவீது எழுந்து காலூன்றி நின்று: என்னுடைய சகோதரர்களே, என்னுடைய மக்களே, நான் சொல்வதைக் கேளுங்கள்; யெகோவாவுடைய உடன்படிக்கைப் பெட்டியும் நமது தேவனுடைய பாதப்படியும் தங்குவதற்கு ஒரு ஆலயத்தைக் கட்ட நான் என்னுடைய மனதிலே நினைத்து, கட்டுவதற்கு ஆயத்தமும் செய்தேன்.
3 But God said to me: ‘You shall not build a house to my name, because you are a man of war, and have shed blood.’
௩ஆனாலும் தேவன்: நீ என்னுடைய நாமத்திற்கு ஆலயத்தைக் கட்டவேண்டாம்; நீ யுத்த மனிதனாக இருந்து, ரத்தத்தை சிந்தினாய் என்றார்.
4 Now the Lord God of Israel chose me, out of the entire house of my father, so that I would be king over Israel forever. For from Judah he chose leaders; then from the house of Judah he chose the house of my father; and from the sons of my father, it pleased him to choose me as king over all of Israel.
௪இப்போதும் இஸ்ரவேல் அனைத்தின்மேலும் என்றைக்கும் ராஜாவாக இருக்க, இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனாகிய யெகோவா என்னுடைய தகப்பனுடைய வீட்டார்களில் என்னைத் தெரிந்துகொண்டார்; அவர் யூதாவையும் யூதாவின் வம்சத்தில் என்னுடைய தகப்பன் குடும்பத்தையும் தலைமையாகத் தெரிந்துகொண்டு, என்னை எல்லா இஸ்ரவேலின்மேலும் ராஜாவாக்க, என்னுடைய தகப்பனுடைய மகன்களுக்குள் என்மேல் பிரியம் வைத்தார்.
5 Then too, among my sons (for the Lord has given me many sons) he chose Solomon my son, so that he would sit upon the throne of the kingdom of the Lord, over Israel.
௫யெகோவா எனக்கு அநேக மகன்களைத் தந்தருளினார்; ஆனாலும் இஸ்ரவேலை ஆளும் யெகோவாவுடைய ராஜ்ஜியபாரத்தின் சிங்காசனத்தின்மேல் உட்காருவதற்கு, அவர் என்னுடைய எல்லா மகன்களிலும் என்னுடைய மகனாகிய சாலொமோனைத் தெரிந்துகொண்டு,
6 And he said to me: ‘Solomon your son shall build my house and my courts. For I have chosen him to be to me as a son, and I will be to him as a father.
௬அவர் என்னை நோக்கி: உன்னுடைய மகனாகிய சாலொமோனே என்னுடைய ஆலயத்தையும் என்னுடைய முற்றங்களையும் கட்டுவானாக; அவனை எனக்கு மகனாகத் தெரிந்துகொண்டேன்; நான் அவனுக்கு பிதாவாயிருப்பேன்.
7 And I will make firm his kingdom, even unto eternity, if he will persevere in doing my precepts and judgments, as also today.’
௭இந்தநாளில் நடக்கிறபடியே அவன் என்னுடைய கற்பனைகளின்படியும் என்னுடைய நியாயங்களின்படியும் செய்ய உறுதியாக இருப்பானானால், அவனுடைய ராஜ்ஜியபாரத்தை என்றென்றைக்கும் உறுதிப்படுத்துவேன் என்றார்.
8 Now therefore, before the entire assembly of Israel, in the hearing of our God, keep and seek all the commandments of the Lord our God, so that you may possess the good land, and may bequeath it to your sons after you, even forever.
௮இப்போதும் நீங்கள் என்றென்றைக்கும் இந்த நல்ல தேசத்தைச் சுதந்தரமாக அனுபவித்து, உங்களுக்குப் பிறகு அதை உங்களுடைய பிள்ளைகளுக்குச் சுதந்திரமாக வைக்கும்படி, நீங்கள் உங்களுடைய தேவனாகிய யெகோவாவின் கற்பனைகளையெல்லாம் கைக்கொண்டு விசாரியுங்கள் என்று யெகோவாவின் சபையாகிய இஸ்ரவேல் அனைத்தின் கண்களுக்கு முன்பாகவும், நமது தேவனுடைய செவிகேட்கவும் உங்களுக்குப் புத்திசொல்லுகிறேன்.
9 And as for you, my son Solomon, know the God of your father, and serve him with a perfect heart and a willing mind. For the Lord searches all hearts, and understands the thoughts of all minds. If you seek him, you will find him. But if you abandon him, he will cast you aside for eternity.
௯என்னுடைய மகனாகிய சாலொமோனே, நீ உன்னுடைய பிதாவின் தேவனை அறிந்து, அவரை உத்தம இருதயத்தோடும் உற்சாக மனதோடும் பணிந்துகொள்; யெகோவா எல்லா இருதயங்களையும் ஆராய்ந்து, நினைவுகளின் தோற்றங்களையெல்லாம் அறிகிறார்; நீ அவரைத் தேடினால் உனக்குத் தென்படுவார்; நீ அவரை விட்டுவிட்டால் அவர் உன்னை என்றென்றைக்கும் கைவிடுவார்.
10 Now therefore, since the Lord has chosen you, so that you would build the house of the Sanctuary, be strengthened and accomplish it.”
௧0இப்போதும் எச்சரிக்கையாக இரு; பரிசுத்த இடமாக ஒரு ஆலயத்தைக் கட்டுவதற்காகக் யெகோவா உன்னைத் தெரிந்து கொண்டார்; நீ திடன்கொண்டு அதை நடத்து என்று சொன்னான்.
11 Then David gave to his son Solomon a description of the portico, and the temple, and the storerooms, and the upper floor, and the innermost rooms, and the house of propitiation,
௧௧தாவீது தன்னுடைய மகனாகிய சாலொமோனுக்கு மண்டபமும், அதின் அறைகளும், அதின் பொக்கிஷசாலைகளும், அதின் மேல்வீடுகளும், அதின் உள்ளறைகளும், கிருபாசன இடம் இருக்கவேண்டிய மாதிரியையும்,
12 and indeed also of all the courts that he had planned, and the outer rooms on all sides, for the treasuries of the house of the Lord, and for the treasuries of the holy things,
௧௨ஆவியினால் தனக்குக் கட்டளையிடப்பட்டபடியெல்லாம் அவன் செய்யவேண்டிய யெகோவாவுடைய ஆலயமுற்றங்களும், தேவனுடைய ஆலயத்துப் பொக்கிஷங்களையும், பரிசுத்தமாக நேர்ந்துகொள்ளப்பட்டவைகளின் பொக்கிஷங்களையும் வைக்கும் சகல சுற்றறைகளும் இருக்கவேண்டிய மாதிரியையும்,
13 and for the divisions of the priests and the Levites: concerning all the works of the house of the Lord and all the items in the ministry of the temple of the Lord.
௧௩ஆசாரியர்களையும் லேவியர்களையும் வரிசைகளாக பிரிப்பதற்கும், யெகோவாவுடைய ஆலய பணிவிடைவேலை அனைத்திற்கும், யெகோவாவுடைய ஆலயத்து வேலையின் பணிபொருட்கள் அனைத்திற்குமுரிய கட்டளையையும் கொடுத்தான்.
14 There was gold by weight for every vessel of the ministry, and also silver by weight for the diversity of vessels and equipment.
௧௪அவன் பற்பல வேலைக்கு வேண்டிய எல்லாப் பொற்பாத்திரங்களுக்காக எடையின்படி பொன்னையும், பற்பல வேலைக்கு வேண்டிய எல்லா வெள்ளிப்பாத்திரங்களுக்காக எடையின்படி வெள்ளியையும்,
15 Then too, he distributed gold for the lampstands and their lamps, according to the measure of each of the lampstands with their lamps. Similarly also, he distributed silver by weight for the silver lampstands with their lamps, according to the diversity of their measure.
௧௫பொன் விளக்குத்தண்டுகளுக்கும் அவைகளின் பொன் விளக்குகளுக்கும், ஒவ்வொரு விளக்குத்தண்டுக்கும் அதின் விளக்குகளுக்கும் எடையின்படி வேண்டிய பொன்னையும், வெள்ளி விளக்குத்தண்டுகளிள் ஒவ்வொரு விளக்குத்தண்டுக்கும் அதின் விளக்குகளுக்கும் எடையின்படி வேண்டிய வெள்ளியையும்,
16 Also, he gave gold for the tables of the presence, according to the diversity of the tables; similarly too, he gave silver for the other tables of silver.
௧௬சமூகத்து அப்பங்களை வைக்கும் ஒவ்வொரு மேஜைக்கும் எடையின்படி வேண்டிய பொன்னையும், வெள்ளி மேஜைகளுக்கு வேண்டிய வெள்ளியையும்,
17 Also, he distributed from the purest gold for the small hooks and the bowls and the censors, as well as for the little lions of gold, in accord with the precise measure of the weight, for lion after lion. Similarly too, for the lions of silver, he set aside a different weight of silver.
௧௭முள்குறடுகளுக்கும் கலங்களுக்கும் தட்டுகளுக்கும் வேண்டிய பசும்பொன்னையும், பொன் கிண்ணங்களில் ஒவ்வொரு கிண்ணத்திற்கும் எடையின்படி வேண்டியதையும், வெள்ளிக் கிண்ணங்களில் ஒவ்வொரு கிண்ணத்திற்கும் எடையின்படி வேண்டியதையும்,
18 Then, for the altar on which the incense was burned, he gave the purest gold. And from the same he made the likeness of the chariot of the Cherubim, with extended wings, which is veiling the ark of the covenant of the Lord.
௧௮தூபங்காட்டும் பீடத்திற்கு எடையின்படி வேண்டிய புடமிடப்பட்ட பொன்னையும் கொடுத்து, இறக்கைகளை விரித்துக் யெகோவாவுடைய உடன்படிக்கைப் பெட்டியை மூடும் பொன் கேருபீன்களான வாகனத்தின் மாதிரியையும் கொடுத்து,
19 “All these things,” he said, “came to me written by the hand of the Lord, so that I would understand all the works of the pattern.”
௧௯இந்த மாதிரியின்படி எல்லா வேலைகளும் எனக்குத் தெரியப்படுத்த, இவையெல்லாம் யெகோவாவுடைய கரத்தினால் எனக்கு எழுதிக்கொடுக்கப்பட்டது என்றான்.
20 David also said to his son Solomon: “Act manfully, and be strengthened, and carry it out. You should not be afraid, and you should not be dismayed. For the Lord my God will be with you, and he will not send you away, nor will he abandon you, until you have perfected the entire work of the ministry of the house of the Lord.
௨0தாவீது தன்னுடைய மகனாகிய சாலொமோனை நோக்கி: நீ பலங்கொண்டு தைரியமாக இருந்து, இதை நடத்து: நீ பயப்படாமலும் கலங்காமலும் இரு; தேவனாகிய யெகோவா என்னும் என்னுடைய தேவன் உன்னோடு இருப்பார்; யெகோவாவுடைய ஆலயத்தைக் கட்டுவதின் எல்லா செய்கைகளையும் நீ முடிக்கும்வரை, அவர் உன்னைவிட்டு விலகவுமாட்டார், உன்னைக் கைவிடவுமாட்டார்.
21 Behold, the divisions of the priests and the Levites, for every ministry of the house of the Lord, are standing before you. And they have been prepared, and so they know, both the leaders and the people, how to carry out all your precepts.”
௨௧இதோ, தேவனுடைய ஆலயத்து வேலைக்கெல்லாம் ஆசாரியர்கள் லேவியர்களுடைய வகுப்புகள் இருக்கிறது; அந்த எல்லா செய்கைக்கும் சகலவித வேலையிலும் திறமையுள்ளவர்களான மனப்பூர்வமுள்ள சகல மனிதர்களும், உன்னுடைய சொற்படியெல்லாம் கேட்கும் பிரபுக்களும், எல்லா மக்களும் உன்னிடத்தில் இருக்கிறார்கள் என்றான்.
