1 Chronicles 27
1 Now the sons of Israel, according to their number, the leaders of the families, the tribunes, and the centurions, and the chiefs, who were ministering to the king by their companies, entering and departing in each month of the year as they were in charge, were twenty-four thousand.
E os filhos de Israel segundo seu número, a saber, príncipes de famílias, comandantes, centuriões e oficiais dos que serviam ao rei em todos os negócios das divisões que entravam e saíam cada mês em todos os meses do ano, eram em cada divisão vinte e quatro mil.
2 Jashobeam, the son of Zabdiel, was in charge of the first company in the first month; and under him were twenty-four thousand.
Sobre a primeira divisão do primeiro mês estava Jasobeão filho de Zabdiel; e havia em sua divisão vinte e quatro mil.
3 He was from the sons of Perez, and he was the leader of all the other leaders in the army, in the first month.
Dos filhos de Perez foi ele chefe de todos os capitães das companhias do primeiro mês.
4 The company of the second month had Dodai, an Ahohite; and after him there was another, named Mikloth, who ruled over a portion of the army of the twenty-four thousand.
Sobre a divisão do segundo mês estava Dodai aoíta: e Miclote era maior general em sua divisão, na que também havia vinte e quatro mil.
5 Also, the commander of the third company, in the third month, was Benaiah, the son of Jehoiada the priest; and in his division there were twenty-four thousand.
O chefe da terceira divisão para o terceiro mês era Benaia, filho de Joiada sumo sacerdote; e em sua divisão havia vinte e quatro mil.
6 The same is the Benaiah who was strongest among the thirty, and was above the thirty. But his son, Ammizabad, was in charge of his company.
Este Benaia era valente entre os trinta e sobre os trinta; e em sua divisão estava Amizabade seu filho.
7 The fourth, for the fourth month, was Asahel, the brother of Joab, and his son Zebadiah after him; and in his company there were twenty-four thousand.
O quarto chefe para o quarto mês era Asael irmão de Joabe, e depois dele Zebadias seu filho; e em sua divisão havia vinte e quatro mil.
8 The fifth leader, for the fifth month, was Shamhuth, an Izrahite; and in his company there were twenty-four thousand.
O quinto chefe para o quinto mês era Samute izraíta: e em sua divisão havia vinte e quatro mil.
9 The sixth, for the sixth month, was Ira, the son of Ikkesh, a Tekoite; and in his company there were twenty-four thousand.
O sexto para o sexto mês era Ira filho de Iques, de Tecoa; e em sua divisão vinte e quatro mil.
10 The seventh, for the seventh month, was Helez, a Pelonite from the sons of Ephraim; and in his company there were twenty-four thousand.
O sétimo para o sétimo mês era Helez pelonita, dos filhos de Efraim; e em sua divisão vinte e quatro mil.
11 The eighth, for the eighth month, was Sibbecai, a Hushathite from the stock of the Zerahites; and in his company there were twenty-four thousand.
O oitavo para o oitavo mês era Sibecai husatita, de Zerá; e em sua divisão vinte e quatro mil.
12 The ninth, for the ninth month, was Abiezer, an Anathothite from the sons of Benjamin; and in his company there were twenty-four thousand.
O nono para o nono mês era Abiezer anatotita, dos benjamitas; e em sua divisão vinte e quatro mil.
13 The tenth, for the tenth month, was Maharai, and he was a Netophathite from the stock of the Zerahites; and in his company there were twenty-four thousand.
O décimo para o décimo mês era Maarai netofatita, de Zerá; e em sua divisão vinte e quatro mil.
14 The eleventh, for the eleventh month, was Benaiah, a Pirathonite from the sons of Ephraim; and in his company there were twenty-four thousand.
O décimo primeiro para o décimo primeiro mês era Benaia piratonita, dos filhos de Efraim; e em sua divisão vinte e quatro mil.
15 The twelfth, for the twelfth month, was Heldai, a Netophathite from the stock of Othniel; and in his company there were twenty-four thousand.
O décimo segundo para o décimo segundo mês era Heldai netofatita, de Otniel; e em sua divisão vinte e quatro mil.
16 Now those who were first over the tribes of Israel were these: over the Reubenites, Eliezer, the son of Zichri, was the ruler; over the Simeonites, Shephatiah, the son of Maacah, was the ruler;
Assim sobre as tribos de Israel: o chefe dos rubenitas era Eliézer filho de Zicri; dos simeonitas, Sefatias, filho de Maaca:
17 over the Levites, Hashabiah, the son of Kemuel; over the Aaronites, Zadok;
Dos levitas, Hasabias filho de Quemuel; dos aronitas, Zadoque;
18 over Judah, Elihu, the brother of David; over Issachar, Omri, the son of Michael;
De Judá, Eliú, um dos irmãos de Davi; dos de Issacar, Onri filho de Micael.
19 over the Zebulunites, Ishmaiah, the son of Obadiah; over the Naphtalites, Jeremoth, the son of Azriel;
Dos de Zebulom, Ismaías filho de Obadias; dos de Naftali, Jeremote filho de Azriel;
20 over the sons of Ephraim, Hoshea, the son of Azaziah; over the one half tribe of Manasseh, Joel, the son of Pedaiah;

21 and over the one half tribe of Manasseh in Gilead, Iddo, the son of Zechariah; then over Benjamin, Jaasiel, the son of Abner;
De a outra meia tribo de Manassés em Gileade, Ido filho de Zacarias; dos de Benjamim, Jaasiel filho de Abner;
22 yet truly, Azarel, the son of Jeroham, was over Dan. These were the leaders of the sons of Israel.
E de Dã, Azarel filho de Jeroão. Estes foram os chefes das tribos de Israel.
23 But David was not willing to number them from twenty years old and under. For the Lord had said that he would multiply Israel like the stars of heaven.
E não tomou Davi o número dos que eram de vinte anos abaixo, porquanto o SENHOR havia dito que ele havia de multiplicar a Israel como as estrelas do céu.
24 Joab, the son of Zeruiah, had begun to number, but he did not finish. For because of this, wrath had fallen upon Israel. And therefore the number of those who had been counted was not related in the official records of king David.
Joabe filho de Zeruia havia começado a contar, mas não acabou, pois por isto veio a ira sobre Israel: e assim o número não foi posto no registro das crônicas do rei Davi.
25 Now over the storerooms of the king was Azmaveth, the son of Adiel. But Jonathan, the son of Uzziah, was over those storerooms that were in the cities, and in the villages, and in the towers.
E Azmavete filho de Adiel tinha cargo dos tesouros do rei; e dos tesouros dos campos, e das cidades, e das aldeias e castelos, Jônatas filho de Uzia;
26 And over the farmlands and the farmers, those who worked the ground, was Ezri, the son of Chelub.
E dos que trabalhavam na lavoura das terras, Ezri filho de Quelube;
27 And over the cultivators of vineyards was Shimei, a Ramathite; then over the wine cellars was Zabdi, an Aphonite.
E das vinhas Simei ramatita; e do fruto das vinhas para as adegas, Zabdias sifmita;
28 Now over the olive groves and the fig groves, which were in the plains, was Baal-hanan, a Gederite; and over the oil cellars was Joash.
E dos olivais e figueirais que havia nas campinas, Baal-Hanã gederita; e dos armazéns do azeite, Joás;
29 Now over the herds that were pastured in Sharon, Shitrai, a Sharonite, was in the first place; and over the oxen in the valleys, there was Shaphat, the son of Adlai.
Das vacas que pastavam em Sarom, Sitrai saronita; e das vacas que estavam nos vales, Safate filho de Adlai;
30 Truly, over the camels was Obil, an Ishmaelite; and over the donkeys was Jehdeiah, a Meronothite.
E dos camelos, Obil ismaelita; e das asnas, Jedias meronotita;
31 And over the sheep was Jaziz, a Hagarene. All these were leaders over the substance of king David.
E das ovelhas, Jaziz hagareno. Todos estes eram superintendentes da riqueza do rei Davi.
32 Now Jonathan, the uncle of David, was a counselor, a prudent and scholarly man; he and Jehiel, the son of Hachmoni, were with the sons of the king.
E Jônatas, tio de Davi, era conselheiro, homem prudente e escriba; e Jeiel filho de Hacmoni estava com os filhos do rei.
33 Now Ahithophel was the counselor of the king; and Hushai, the Archite, was the king’s friend.
E também Aitofel era conselheiro do rei; e Husai arquita amigo do rei.
34 After Ahithophel was Jehoiada, the son of Benaiah, and Abiathar. But the leader of the army of the king was Joab.
Depois de Aitofel era Joiada filho de Benaia, e Abiatar. E Joabe era o general do exército do rei.
