Psalms 99

1 A Psalm of David. The Lord reigns; —let the people rage; [it is he] that sits upon the cherubs, let the earth be moved.

JEHOVÁ reinó, temblarán los pueblos: él está sentado sobre los querubines, conmoveráse la tierra.

2 The Lord is great in Sion, and is high over all the people.

Jehová en Sión es grande, y ensalzado sobre todos los pueblos.

3 Let them give thanks to your great name; for it is terrible and holy.

Alaben tu nombre grande y tremendo: él es santo.

4 And the king's honour loves judgement; you have prepared equity, you have wrought judgement and justice in Jacob.

Y la gloria del rey ama el juicio: tú confirmas la rectitud; tú has hecho en Jacob juicio y justicia.

5 Exalt you the Lord our God, and worship [at] his footstool; for he is holy.

Ensalzad á Jehová nuestro Dios, y encorvaos al estrado de sus pies: él es santo.

6 Moses and Aaron amongst his priests, and Samuel amongst them that call upon his name; they called upon the Lord, and he heard them.

Moisés y Aarón entre sus sacerdotes, y Samuel entre los que invocaron su nombre; invocaban á Jehová, y él les respondía.

7 He spoke to them in a pillar of cloud; they kept his testimonies, and the ordinances which he gave them.

En columna de nube hablaba con ellos: guardaban sus testimonios, y el estatuto que les había dado.

8 O Lord our God, you heard them; O God, you became propitious to them, though you did take vengeance on all their devices.

Jehová Dios nuestro, tú les respondías: tú les fuiste un Dios perdonador, y vengador de sus obras.

9 Exalt you the Lord our God, and worship at his holy mountain; for the Lord our God is holy.

Ensalzad á Jehová nuestro Dios, y encorvaos al monte de su santidad; porque Jehová nuestro Dios es santo.
