< Psalms 99 >

1 A Psalm of David. The Lord reigns; —let the people rage; [it is he] that sits upon the cherubs, let the earth be moved.
Yahweh he reigns let them tremble peoples [he is] sitting cherubim let it quake the earth.
2 The Lord is great in Sion, and is high over all the people.
Yahweh in Zion [is] great and [is] exalted he over all the peoples.
3 Let them give thanks to your great name; for it is terrible and holy.
Let them give thanks to name your great and to be feared [is] holy he.
4 And the king's honour loves judgement; you have prepared equity, you have wrought judgement and justice in Jacob.
And [the] strength of a king justice he loves you you have established uprightness justice and righteousness in Jacob - you you have done.
5 Exalt you the Lord our God, and worship [at] his footstool; for he is holy.
Exalt Yahweh God our and bow down to [the] footstool of feet his [is] holy he.
6 Moses and Aaron amongst his priests, and Samuel amongst them that call upon his name; they called upon the Lord, and he heard them.
Moses and Aaron - [were] among priests his and Samuel [was] among [those who] call on name his [they were] calling out to Yahweh and he he answered them.
7 He spoke to them in a pillar of cloud; they kept his testimonies, and the ordinances which he gave them.
In a pillar of cloud he spoke to them they kept testimonies his and a decree he gave to them.
8 O Lord our God, you heard them; O God, you became propitious to them, though you did take vengeance on all their devices.
O Yahweh God our you you answered them a God forgiving you were them and avenging yourself on deeds their.
9 Exalt you the Lord our God, and worship at his holy mountain; for the Lord our God is holy.
Exalt Yahweh God our and bow down to [the] mountain of holiness his for [is] holy Yahweh God our.
