Psalms 76
1 For the end, amongst the Hymns, a Psalm for Asaph; a Song for the Assyrian. God is known in Judea: his name is great in Israel.
Rhotoeng neh aka mawt ham, Asaph kah Tingtoeng laa Judah khui loh a ming Pathen te Israel khuiah khaw a ming tanglue.
2 And his place has been in peace, and his dwelling-place in Sion.
Te dongah a po te Salem ah om tih, a khuisaek tah Zion ah om.
3 There he broke the power of the bows, the shield, and the sword, and the battle. (Pause)
Teah te liva hmaino khaw, photling khaw, cunghang khaw, caemtloek khaw Boeipa loh a phaek. (Selah)
4 You do wonderfully shine forth from the everlasting mountains.
Na khosae khaw maeh kah tlang boeih lakah khuet ngai.
5 All the simple ones in heart were troubled; all the men of wealth have slept their sleep, and have found nothing in their hands.
Lungbuei aka lueng khaw a buem uh. Te dae a mikku neh a ih uh dongah hlang tatthai boeih loh a kut thueng uh thai pawh.
6 At your rebuke, O God of Jacob, the riders on horses slumbered.
Jakob Pathen namah kah tluungnah dongah leng khaw, marhang khaw ip sut.
7 You are terrible; and who shall withstand you, because of your anger?
Nang, namah rhoe he a rhih om tih na thintoek vaengah nang hmai la unim aka pai thai eh?
8 You did cause judgement to be heard from heaven; the earth feared, and was still,
Dumlai khaw vaan lamkah na yaak sak vaengah diklai loh a rhih tih mong.
9 when God arose to judgement, to save all the meek in heart. (Pause)
Pathen aw laitloeknah ham neh diklai kodo boeih khang ham na thoh vaengah. (Selah)
10 For the inward thought of man shall give thanks to you: and the memorial of his inward thought shall keep a feast to you.
Hlang kah kosi long pataeng nang uem tih kosi a meet loh nang m'ven.
11 Vow, and pay [your vows] to the Lord our God; all that are round about him shall bring gifts, [even] to him that is terrible,
Na Pathen BOEIPA taengah caeng lamtah thuung lah. A kaepvai boeih loh rhimomnah taengah kutdoe khuen uh saeh.
12 and that takes away the spirits of princes; to him that is terrible amongst the kings of the earth.
Rhaengsang rhoek kah a hil khaw a lol sak tih diklai manghai rhoek loh a rhih uh.
