< Psalms 67 >
1 For the end, a Psalm of David amongst the Hymns. God be merciful to us, and bless us; [and] cause his face to shine upon us. (Pause)
Ki te tino kaiwhakatangi. Nekinoto. He himene, he waiata. Ma te Atua tatou e atawhai, mana tatou e manaaki; mana e mea kia tiaho tona mata ki a tatou; (Hera)
2 That [men] may know your way on the earth, your salvation amongst all nations.
Kia matauria ai tau ara ki runga ki te whenua, tau whakaoranga i roto i nga tauiwi katoa.
3 Let the nations, O God, give thanks to you; let all the nations give thanks to you.
Kia whakamoemiti nga iwi ki a koe, e te Atua, kia whakamoemiti nga iwi katoa ki a koe.
4 Let the nations rejoice and exult, for you shall judge the peoples in equity, and shall guide the nations on the earth. (Pause)
Kia koa nga tauiwi, kia waiata i te hari: no te mea ka tika tau whakawa mo nga iwi, a ka kawana koe i nga tauiwi o te whenua. (Hera)
5 Let the peoples, O God, give thanks to you; let all the peoples give thanks to you.
Kia whakamoemiti nga iwi ki a koe, e te Atua, kia whakamoemiti nga iwi katoa ki a koe.
6 The earth has yielded her fruit; let God, our God bless us.
Kua tuku mai nei te whenua i ona hua; a ka manaaki te Atua, to tatou Atua, i a tatou.
7 Let God bless us; and let all the ends of the earth fear him.
Ka manaaki te Atua i a tatou; a ka wehi nga pito katoa o te whenua i a ia.
