< Psalms 138 >
1 A Psalm for David, of Aggaeus and Zacharias. I will give you thanks, O Lord, with my whole heart; and I will sing psalms to you before the angels; for you have heard all the words of my mouth.
Nataon’ i Davida.
2 I will worship towards your holy temple, and give thanks to your name, on account of your mercy and your truth; for you have magnified your holy name above every thing.
Hivavaka manandrify ny tempolinao masìna aho Ka hidera ny anaranao noho ny famindram-ponao sy ny fahamarinanao; Fa efa nomenao voninahitra ny teninao ho ambonin’ ny anaranao rehetra.
3 In whatever day I shall call upon you, hear me speedily; you shall abundantly provide me with your power in my soul.
Tamin’ ny andro nitarainako dia namaly ahy Hianao; Nomenao fahasahiana aho ka nisy hery ny fanahiko.
4 Let all the kings of the earth, o Lord, give thanks to you; for they have heard all the words of your mouth.
Jehovah ô, hidera Anao ny mpanjaka rehetra amin’ ny tany, Fa handre ny tenin’ ny vavanao izy.
5 And let them sing in the ways of the Lord; for great is the glory of the Lord.
Eny hihira ny amin’ ny lalan’ i Jehovah izy; Fa lehibe ny voninahitr’ i Jehovah.
6 For the Lord is high, and [yet] regards the lowly; and he knows high things from afar off.
Fa na dia avo aza Jehovah dia mijery ny ambany toetra, Ary ny mpiavonavona fantany eny lavitra eny.
7 Though I should walk in the midst of affliction, you will quicken me; you have stretched forth your hands against the wrath of mine enemies, and your right hand has saved me.
Na dia handeha eo amin’ ny fahoriana aza aho dia hamelona ahy Hianao; Haninjitra ny tananao hanohitra ny fahatezeran’ ny fahavaloko Hianao Ary hamonjy ahy ny tananao ankavanana.
8 O Lord, you shall recompense [them] on my behalf: your mercy, O Lord, [endures] for ever: overlook not the works of your hands.
Jehovah no hahatanteraka ny amiko; Jehovah ô, mandrakizay ny famindram-ponao; Aza mahafoy ny asan’ ny tananao.
