Psalms 131

1 A Song of Degrees. O Lord, my heart is not exalted, neither have mine eyes been [haughtily] raised: neither have I exercised myself in great [matters], nor in things too wonderful for me.

Jehová, no se ensoberbeció mi corazón, ni mis ojos se enaltecieron: ni anduve en grandezas, ni en cosas maravillosas más de lo que me pertenecía.

2 [I shall have sinned] if I have not been humble, but have exulted my soul: according to [the relation of] a weaned child to his mother, so will you recompense my soul.

Si no puse, e hice callar mi alma, sea yo como el destetado de su madre, como el destetado de mi vida.

3 Let Israel hope in the Lord, from henceforth and for ever.

Espera, o! Israel, a Jehová desde ahora y hasta siempre.
