< Psalms 119 >

1 Alleluia. Blessed are the blameless in the way, who walk in the law of the Lord.
Svētīgi tie, kas nenoziedzīgi savos ceļos, kas staigā Tā Kunga bauslībā.
2 Blessed are they that search out his testimonies: they will diligently seek him with the whole heart.
Svētīgi tie, kas Viņa liecības tur, kas no visas sirds Viņu meklē,
3 For they that work iniquity have not walked in his ways.
Netaisnību nedara, bet staigā pa Viņa ceļiem.
4 You have commanded [us] diligently to keep your precepts.
Tu esi pavēlējis, Tavus baušļus cieti sargāt.
5 O that my ways were directed to keep your ordinances.
Kaut mani ceļi uz to vien dzītos, Tavus likumus sargāt.
6 Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect to all your commandments.
7 I will give you thanks with uprightness of heart, when I have learnt the judgements of your righteousness.
8 I will keep your ordinances: O forsake me not greatly.
Es turēšu Tavus likumus; neatstāj mani pavisam.
9 Wherewith shall a young man direct his way? by keeping your words.
Kā jauneklis savu ceļu turēs šķīstu? Kad viņš turas pēc Taviem vārdiem.
10 With my whole heart have I diligently sought you: cast me not away from your commandments.
Es Tevi meklēju no visas sirds; neliec man nomaldīties no Taviem baušļiem.
11 I have hidden your oracles in my heart, that I might not sin against you.
Es paturu Tavus vārdus savā sirdī, ka negrēkoju pret Tevi.
12 Blessed are you, O Lord: teach me your ordinances.
Slavēts esi Tu, Kungs; māci man Tavus likumus.
13 With my lips have I declared all the judgements of your mouth.
Ar savām lūpām es izteikšu visas Tavas mutes tiesas.
14 I have delighted in the way of your testimonies, [as much] as in all riches.
15 I will meditate on your commandments, and consider your ways.
16 I will meditate on your ordinances: I will not forget your words.
Es priecājos par Taviem likumiem; Tavu vārdu es neaizmirstu.
17 Render a recompense to your servant: [so] shall I live, and keep your words.
18 Unveil you mine eyes, and I shall perceive wondrous things of your law.
Atdari manas acis, ka es uzlūkoju Tavas bauslības brīnumus.
19 I am a stranger in the earth: hide not your commandments from me.
Es esmu svešinieks virs zemes; neapslēp priekš manis Tavus baušļus.
20 My soul has longed exceedingly for your judgements at all times.
21 You have rebuked the proud: cursed are they that turn aside from your commandments.
Tu rāji pārgalvjus, tos nolādētos, kas no Taviem baušļiem nomaldās.
22 Remove from me reproach and contempt; for I have sought out your testimonies.
23 For princes sat and spoke against me: but your servant was meditating on your ordinances.
24 For your testimonies are my (meditation) and your ordinances are my counsellors.
Tavas liecības ir mans prieks un padoms.
25 My soul has cleaved to the ground; quicken you me according to your word.
Mana dvēsele līp pie pīšļiem; dari man dzīvu pēc Tava Vārda.
26 I declared my ways, and you did hear me: teach me your ordinances.
Es izteicu savus ceļus, un Tu mani paklausi; māci man Tavus likumus.
27 Instruct me in the way of your ordinances; and I will meditate on your wondrous works.
Liec man saprast Tavu likumu ceļus, ka es varu pārdomāt Tavus brīnumus.
28 My soul has slumbered for sorrow; strengthen you me with your words.
Mana dvēsele raud noskumusi; stiprini mani ar Tavu Vārdu.
29 Remove from me the way of iniquity; and be merciful to me by your law.
Novērs no manis viltības ceļu un dāvini man Tavu bauslību.
30 I have chosen the way of truth; and have not forgotten your judgements.
Patiesības ceļu es esmu izredzējies, Tavas tiesas esmu licis savā priekšā.
31 I have cleaved to your testimonies, O Lord; put me not to shame.
Es turos pie Tavām liecībām, ak Kungs, nepamet mani kaunā.
32 I ran the way of your commandments, when you did enlarge my heart.
Kad Tu manu sirdi atvieglini, tad es teku Tavas bauslības ceļu.
33 Teach me, O Lord, the way of your ordinances, and I will seek it out continually.
Māci man, Kungs, Tavu likumu ceļus, ka es tos pasargu līdz galam.
34 Instruct me, and I will search out your law, and will keep it with my whole heart.
Dod man saprašanu, ka es Tavu bauslību sargu un to turu no visas sirds.
35 Guide me in the path of your commandments; for I have delighted in it.
36 Incline mine heart to your testimonies, and not to covetousness.
37 Turn away mine eyes that I may not behold vanity: quicken you me in your way.
Nogriez manas acis, ka tās neskatās uz nelietību, dari mani dzīvu uz Tava ceļa.
38 Confirm your oracle to your servant, that he may fear you.
39 Take away my reproach which I have feared: for your judgements are good.
40 Behold, I have desired your commandments: quicken me in your righteousness.
Redzi, es mīlu Tavas pavēles; dari mani dzīvu pēc Tavas taisnības.
41 And let your mercy come upon me, O Lord; [even] your salvation, according to your word.
Kungs, lai man nāk Tava žēlastība, Tava pestīšana pēc Tava vārda,
42 And [so] I shall render an answer to them that reproach me: for I have trusted in your words.
43 And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; for I have hoped in your judgements. So shall I keep your law continually, for ever and ever.
45 I walked also at large: for I sought out your commandments.
46 And I spoke of your testimonies before kings, and was not ashamed.
47 And I meditated on your commandments, which I loved exceedingly.
Es priecājos par Taviem baušļiem, ko es mīlēju.
48 And I lifted up my hands to your commandments which I loved; and I meditated in your ordinances.
49 Remember your words to your servant, wherein you have made me hope.
Piemini Savam kalpam to vārdu, uz ko Tu man lieci cerēt.
50 This has comforted me in mine affliction: for your oracle has quickened me.
51 The proud have transgressed exceedingly; but I swerved not from your law.
Pārgalvji mani apsmej pārlieku, bet es neatkāpjos no Tavas bauslības.
52 I remembered your judgements of old, O Lord; and was comforted.
Kungs, kad es pieminu Tavas tiesas no senlaikiem, tad topu iepriecināts.
53 Despair took hold upon me, because of the sinners who forsake your law.
Lielas dusmas mani pārņēmušas to bezdievīgo dēļ, kas Tavu bauslību atstāj.
54 Your ordinances were my songs in the place of my sojourning.
Tava bauslība ir mana dziesma manas svešniecības namā.
55 I remembered your name, O Lord, in the night, and kept your law.
56 This I had, because I diligently sought your ordinances.
Tā ir mana manta, ka es turu Tavas pavēles.
57 You are my portion, O Lord: I said that I would keep your law.
Tu, Kungs, esi mana daļa; es esmu solījis, turēt Tavus Vārdus.
58 I implored your favour with my whole heart: have mercy upon me according to your word.
Es Tevi pielūdzu no visas sirds; esi man žēlīgs pēc Tavas apsolīšanas.
59 I thought on your ways, and turned my feet to your testimonies.
60 I prepared myself, (and was not terrified, ) to keep your commandments.
Es steidzos un nekavējos, Tavus baušļus turēt.
61 The snares of sinners entangled me: but I forgot not your law.
Bezdievīgie man apmetuši valgus, taču es neaizmirstu Tavu bauslību.
62 At midnight I arose, to give thanks to you for the judgements of your righteousness.
Nakts vidū es ceļos, Tev pateikties par Tavas taisnības tiesām.
63 I am a companion of all them that fear you, and of them that keep your commandments.
64 O Lord, the earth is full of your mercy: teach me your ordinances.
Kungs, zeme ir pilna Tavas žēlastības; māci man Tavus likumus.
65 You have wrought kindly with your servant, o Lord, according to your word.
Tu dari labu Savam kalpam, ak Kungs, pēc Sava vārda.
66 Teach me kindness, and instruction, and knowledge: for I have believed your commandments.
Māci man labu saprašanu un atzīšanu, jo es ticu Taviem baušļiem.
67 Before I was afflicted, I transgressed; therefore have I kept your word.
Pirms tapu pazemots, es alojos; bet nu es turu Tavu Vārdu.
68 Good are you, O Lord; therefore in your goodness teach me your ordinances.
Tu esi labs un dari labu, māci man Tavus likumus.
69 The injustice of the proud has been multiplied against me: but I will search out your commandments with all my heart.
Pārgalvji izperē melus pret mani, bet es turu Tavas pavēles no visas sirds.
70 Their heart has been curdled like milk; but I have meditated on your law.
71 [It is] good for me that you have afflicted me; that I might learn your ordinances.
Labi man, ka esmu apbēdināts, lai mācos Tavus likumus.
72 The law of your mouth is better to me than thousands of gold and silver.
Tavas mutes bauslība man ir labāka nekā tūkstoši zelta un sudraba.
73 Your hands have made me, and fashioned me: instruct me, that I may learn your commandments.
Tavas rokas mani radījušas un taisījušas; dari mani gudru, ka es mācos Tavus baušļus.
74 They that fear you will see me and rejoice: for I have hoped in your words.
75 I know, O Lord, that your judgements are righteousness, and [that] you in truthfulness have afflicted me.
76 Let, I pray you, your mercy be to comfort me, according to your word to your servant.
77 Let your compassions come to me, that I may live: for your law is my (meditation)
78 Let the proud be ashamed; for they transgressed against me unjustly: but I will meditate in your commandments.
79 Let those that fear you, and those that know your testimonies, turn to me.
80 Let mine heart be blameless in your ordinances, that I may not be ashamed.
81 My soul faints for your salvation: I have hoped in your words.
82 Mine eyes failed [in waiting] for your word, saying, When will you comfort me?
83 For I am become as a bottle in the frost: [yet] I have not forgotten your ordinances.
84 How many are the days of your servant? when will you execute judgement for me on them that persecute me?
Cik tad Tavam kalpam dienu? Kad Tu turēsi sodu pār maniem vajātājiem?
85 Transgressors told me [idle tales]; but not according to your law, O Lord.
Pārgalvji man rok bedres, tie, kas neturas pēc Tavas bauslības.
86 All your commandments are truth; they persecuted me unjustly; help you me.
Visi Tavi baušļi ir patiesība; tie mani vajā ar meliem, - palīdzi man!
87 They nearly made an end of me in the earth; but I forsook not your commandments.
Tie mani gandrīz iznīcinājuši virs zemes, bet es neesmu atstājis Tavas pavēles.
88 Quicken me according to your mercy; so shall I keep the testimonies of your mouth.
Atspirdzini mani pēc Tavas žēlastības, tad es sargāšu Tavas mutes liecību.
89 Your word, O Lord, abides in heaven for ever.
Kungs, Tavs vārds pastāv mūžīgi debesīs.
90 Your truth [endures] to all generations; you have founded the earth, and it abides.
Tava patiesība stāv līdz radu radiem. Tu zemi esi stiprinājis, ka tā stāv.
91 The day continues by your arrangement; for all things are your servants.
92 Were it not that your law is my (meditation) then I should have perished in mine affliction.
Ja Tava bauslība nebūtu bijusi mans prieks, tad es jau sen būtu bojā gājis savās bēdās.
93 I will never forget your ordinances; for with them you have quickened me.
Tavas pavēles es neaizmirsīšu ne mūžam, jo caur tām Tu mani esi atspirdzinājis.
94 I am your, save me; for I have sought out your ordinances.
Tavs es esmu, atpestī mani; jo es meklēju Tavas pavēles.
95 Sinners laid wait for me to destroy me; [but] I understood your testimonies.
96 have seen an end of all perfection; [but] your commandment is very broad.
Es esmu redzējis, ka ikvienam stiprumam ir gals, bet Tavs bauslis pastāv bez gala.
97 How I have loved your law, O Lord! it is my meditation all the day.
Cik ļoti es mīlēju Tavu bauslību! To es pārdomāju ikdienas.
98 You have made me wiser than mine enemies [in] your commandment; for it is mine for ever.
99 I have more understanding than all my teachers; for your testimonies are my medication.
Es esmu vairāk izmācīts nekā visi mani mācītāji, jo es pārdomāju Tavas liecības.
100 I understand more that the aged; because I have sought out your commandments.
Es esmu prātīgāks nekā tie vecie, jo es turu Tavas pavēles.
101 I have kept back my feet from every evil way, that I might keep your words.
Es atrauju savu kāju no visiem blēžu ceļiem, ka es sargāju Tavu vārdu.
102 I have not declined from your judgements; for you have instructed me.
Es neatkāpjos no Tavām tiesām, jo Tu mani māci.
103 How sweet are your oracles to my throat! more so than honey to my mouth!
104 I gain understanding by your commandments: therefore I have hated every way of unrighteousness.
Caur Tavām pavēlēm es topu prātīgs, tādēļ es ienīstu visus viltus ceļus.
105 Your law is a lamp to my feet, and a light to my paths.
106 I have sworn and determined to keep the judgements of your righteousness.
107 I have been very greatly afflicted, O Lord: quicken me, according to your word.
Es esmu ļoti apbēdināts, Kungs, atspirdzini mani pēc Tava vārda.
108 Accept, I pray you, O Lord, the free will offerings of my mouth, and teach me your judgements.
Ak Kungs, lai Tev jel patīk manas mutes upuri, un māci man Tavas tiesas.
109 My soul is continually in your hands; and I have not forgotten your law.
Mana dvēsele stāv vienmēr manā rokā, taču es neaizmirstu Tavu bauslību.
110 Sinners spread a snare for me; but I erred not from your commandments.
Bezdievīgie man liek valgus, taču es nealojos no Tavām pavēlēm.
111 I have inherited your testimonies for ever; for they are the joy of my heart.
112 I have inclined my heart to perform your ordinances for ever, in return [for your mercies].
Es griežu savu sirdi, darīt Tavus likumus mūžīgi līdz pat galam.
113 I have hated transgressors; but I have loved your law.
114 You are my helper and my supporter; I have hoped in your words.
115 Depart from me, you evil-doers; for I will search out the commandments of my God.
Atstājaties no manis, jūs ļauna darītāji, ka es varu turēt sava Dieva baušļus.
116 Uphold me according to your word, and quicken me; and make me not ashamed of my expectation.
117 Help me, and I shall be saved; and I will meditate in your ordinances continually.
Stiprini mani, ka topu vesels, tad es skatīšos uz Taviem likumiem vienmēr.
118 You have brought to nothing all that depart from your ordinances; for their inward thought is unrighteous.
119 I have reckoned all the sinners of the earth as transgressors; therefore have I loved your testimonies.
Tu atmeti visus bezdievīgos virs zemes kā sārņus, tādēļ es mīļoju Tavas liecības.
120 Penetrate my flesh with your fear; for I am afraid of your judgements.
Es tā bīstos no Tevis, ka šaušalas pāriet pār manām miesām, un man ir bail no Tavām sodībām.
121 I have done judgement and justice; deliver me not up to them that injure me.
122 Receive your servant for good: let not the proud accuse me falsely.
Aizstāvi Tu Savu kalpu uz labu, ka pārgalvji mani nepārvar.
123 Mine eyes have failed for your salvation, and for the word of your righteousness.
124 Deal with your servant according to your mercy, and teach me your ordinances.
Dari pēc Savas žēlastības Savam kalpam un māci man Tavus likumus.
125 I am your servant; instruct me, and I shall know your testimonies.
Es esmu Tavs kalps; dari man gudru, ka es atzīstu Tavas liecības.
126 [It is] time for the Lord to work: they have utterly broken your law.
Laiks ir, ka Tas Kungs Savu darbu dara; tie lauzuši Tavu bauslību.
127 Therefore have I loved your commandments more than gold, or the topaz.
128 Therefore I directed myself [according] to all your commandments: I have hated every unjust way.
Tādēļ es turu visas pavēles par it taisnām; ikkatru viltus ceļu es ienīstu.
129 Your testimonies are wonderful: therefore my soul has sought them out.
Tavas liecības ir brīnišķas, tādēļ mana dvēsele tās tur.
130 The manifestation of your words will enlighten, and instruct the simple.
131 I opened my mouth, and drew breath: for I earnestly longed after your commandments.
Savu muti es atdaru ilgodamies, jo Tavu baušļu man gribās.
132 Look upon me and have mercy upon me, after the manner of them that love your name.
133 Order my steps according to your word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.
134 Deliver me from the false accusation of men: so will I keep your commandments.
Atpestī mani no cilvēku spaidiem, tad es turēšu Tavas pavēles.
135 Cause your face to shine upon your servant: and teach me your ordinances.
Apgaismo Savu vaigu pār Savu kalpu un māci man Tavus likumus.
136 Mine eyes have been bathed in streams of water, because I kept not your law.
Manas acis izraud asaru upes, tāpēc ka netur Tavu bauslību.
137 Righteous are you, O Lord, and upright are your judgements.
138 You has commanded righteousness and perfect truth, [as] your testimonies.
Taisnībā Tu esi piekodinājis un lielā patiesībā Savas liecības.
139 Your zeal has quite wasted me: because mine enemies have forgotten your words.
Mans karstums mani gandrīz nomācis, tāpēc ka mani pretinieki aizmirst Tavus vārdus.
140 Your word [has been] very fully tried; and your servant loves it.
141 I am young and despised: [yet] I have not forgotten your ordinances.
142 Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and your law is truth.
143 Afflictions and distresses found me: [but] your commandments [were] my (meditation)
144 Your testimonies [are] an everlasting righteousness: instruct me, and I shall live.
Tavu liecību taisnība ir mūžīga; liec man to saprast, tad es dzīvošu.
145 I cried with my whole heart; hear me, O Lord: I will search out your ordinances.
Es saucu no visas sirds, paklausi mani, Kungs, tad es turēšu Tavus likumus.
146 I cried to you; save me, and I will keep your testimonies.
Es Tevi piesaucu, palīdzi man, ka turu Tavas liecības.
147 I arose before the dawn, and cried: I hoped in your words.
148 Mine eyes prevented the dawn, that I might meditate on your oracles.
Agri manas acis mostas, pārdomāt Tavus Vārdus.
149 Hear my voice, O Lord, according to your mercy; quicken me according to your judgement.
Klausi manu balsi pēc Tavas žēlastības; Kungs, atspirdzini mani pēc Tavām tiesām.
150 They have drawn near who persecuted me unlawfully; and they are far removed from your law.
151 You are near, O Lord; and all your ways are truth.
152 I have known of old concerning your testimonies, that you have founded them for ever.
No iesākuma es zinu, ka Tu Savas liecības esi stiprinājis uz mūžību.
153 Look upon mine affliction, and rescue me; for I have not forgotten your law.
154 Plead my cause, and ransom me: quicken me because of your word.
155 Salvation is far from sinners: for they have not searched out your ordinances.
Pestīšana paliek tālu no bezdievīgiem, jo tie nemeklē Tavus likumus.
156 Your mercies, O Lord, are many: quicken me according to your judgement.
157 Many are they that persecute me and oppress me: [but] I have not declined from your testimonies.
158 I saw men acting foolishly, and I pined away; for they kept not your oracles.
Es redzu pārkāpējus, un man sāp, ka tie netur Tavus Vārdus.
159 Behold, I have loved your commandments, O Lord: quicken me in your mercy.
Uzlūko, ka es Tavas pavēles mīļoju; ak Kungs, atspirdzini mani pēc Tavas žēlastības.
160 The beginning of your words is truth; and all the judgements of your righteousness [endure] for ever.
161 Princes persecuted me without a cause, but my heart feared because of your words.
Lieli kungi mani vajā bez vainas, bet mana sirds bīstas no Taviem Vārdiem.
162 I will exult because of your oracles, as one that finds much spoil.
163 I hate and abhor unrighteousness; but I love your law.
164 Seven times in a day have I praised you because of the judgements of your righteousness.
Es Tevi teicu septiņkārt dienā par Tavām taisnām tiesām.
165 Great peace have they that love your law: and there is no stumbling block to them.
166 I waited for your salvation, O Lord, and have loved your commandments.
167 My soul has kept your testimonies, and loved them exceedingly.
168 I have kept your commandments and your testimonies; for all my ways are before you, O Lord.
169 Let my supplication come near before you, o Lord; instruct me according to your oracle.
Ak Kungs, lai mana saukšana nāk priekš Tava vaiga! Dari mani gudru pēc Tava Vārda!
170 Let my petition come in before you, O Lord; deliver me according to your oracle.
Lai mana sirds lūgšana nāk priekš Tava vaiga! Izglāb mani pēc Tava Vārda!
171 Let my lips utter a hymn, when you shall have taught me your ordinances.
Manas lūpas teiktin teiks Tavu slavu, kad tu man māci Tavus likumus.
172 Let my tongue utter your oracles; for all your commandments are righteous.
173 Let your hand be [prompt] to save me; for I have chosen your commandments.
Lai Tava roka man nāk palīgā, jo Tavas pavēles es esmu izredzējies.
174 I have longed after your salvation, O Lord; and your law is my (meditation)
Kungs, man gribās Tavas pestīšanas, un Tava bauslība ir mans prieks.
175 My soul shall live, and shall praise you; and your judgements shall help me.
176 I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek your servant; for I have not forgotten your commandments.
