Psalms 113

1 Alleluia. Praise the Lord, you servants [of his], praise, the name of the Lord.

Алілуя!

2 Let the name of the Lord be blessed, from this present time and for ever.

Нехай буде благословенне Господнє Ім'я́ відтепе́р і навіки!

3 From the rising of the sun to his setting, the name of the Lord is to be praised.

Від сходу сонця аж до захо́ду його — прославляйте Господнє Ім'я́!

4 The Lord is high above all the nations; his glory is above the heavens.

Господь підіймається над усі наро́ди, Його слава понад небеса́!

5 Who is as the Lord our God? who dwells in the high places,

Хто подібний до Господа, нашого Бога, що ме́шкає на висоті́,

6 and [yet] looks upon the low things in heaven, and on the earth:

та знижується, щоб побачити те, що на небеса́х і на землі?

7 who lifts up the poor from the earth, and raises up the needy from the dunghill;

Бідаря́ Він підво́дить із по́роху, зо сміття́ підіймає нужде́нного,

8 to set him with princes, [even] with the princes of his people:

щоб його посади́ти з вельмо́жними, з вельмо́жними люду Його́!

9 who settles the barren [woman] in a house, [as] a mother rejoicing over children.

Він неплідну в домі садо́вить за радісну матір дітей! Алілуя!
