< Psalms 113 >
1 Alleluia. Praise the Lord, you servants [of his], praise, the name of the Lord.
Haleloia. Miderà, ianareo mpanompon’ i Jehovah, Miderà ny anaran’ i Jehovah.
2 Let the name of the Lord be blessed, from this present time and for ever.
Isaorana anie ny anaran’ i Jehovah Hatramin’ izao ka ho mandrakizay.
3 From the rising of the sun to his setting, the name of the Lord is to be praised.
Hatramin’ ny fiposahan’ ny masoandro ka hatramin’ ny filentehany No hoderaina anie ny anaran’ i Jehovah.
4 The Lord is high above all the nations; his glory is above the heavens.
Avo ambonin’ ny jentilisa Jehovah; Ambonin’ ny lanitra ny voninahiny.
5 Who is as the Lord our God? who dwells in the high places,
Iza no tahaka an’ i Jehovah Andriamanitsika, Izay mipetraka any amin’ ny avo,
6 and [yet] looks upon the low things in heaven, and on the earth:
Nefa miondrika mijery Ny any an-danitra sy ny etỳ an-tany?
7 who lifts up the poor from the earth, and raises up the needy from the dunghill;
Manangana ny malahelo hiala amin’ ny vovoka Izy Ary manandratra ny mahantra ho afaka eo amin’ ny zezika,
8 to set him with princes, [even] with the princes of his people:
Mba hametraka azy ho naman’ ny mpanapaka ny olony.
9 who settles the barren [woman] in a house, [as] a mother rejoicing over children.
Mampitoetra tsara ny momba Izy, Fa mahatonga azy ho renin-jaza mifaly. Haleloia.
