< Psalms 102 >
1 A Prayer for the Poor; when he is deeply afflicted, and pours out his supplication before the Lord. Hear my prayer, O Lord, and let my cry come to you.
Yahweh Pakai kataona ngai in! Ka ngeh nahi neisanpeh in.
2 Turn not away your face from me: in the day [when] I am afflicted, incline your ear to me: in the day [when] I shall call upon you, speedily hear me.

3 For my days have vanished like smoke, and my bones have been parched like a stick.
Ajeh chu kahinkho hi meikhu bangin abeipai jitai, kagu kachang hi asadohji tai.
4 I am blighted like grass, and my heart is dried up; for I have forgotten to eat my bread.
Kalungsung hi anadohjin hamhing bangin agolha jitai, chutengle chun kagilkel jong abeipaiji tai.
5 By reason of the voice of my groaning, my bone has cleaved to my flesh.
Ajeh chu lunggim a kakhoisat sat jeh'in kavun le kagu hobou kahitai.
6 I have become like a pelican of the wilderness;
Keima neldi gam a sumbupi toh kabangtai, gamlatah gamthip gam a sumbupi noutoh kabangtai.
7 I have become like an owl in a ruined house. I have watched, and am become as a sparrow dwelling alone on a roof.
Keima kahah khovahjin, inting vumma vacha changkhat seh lunghel tah-a um kabange.
8 All the day long mine enemies have reproached me; and they that praised me have sworn against me.
Kagal miten sun nilhum in eitaitom jingun, amahon eisamseuvin eitaitom jingun ahi.
9 For I have eaten ashes as it were bread, and mingled my drink with weeping;
Keima buneh jong vutvai jeng ahitai. Kadon na sunga jong kamitlhi alonglut tai.
10 because of your anger and your wrath: for you have lifted me up, and dashed me down.
Nalunghan na le nagimbol nachun eidom sang in eipaidoh tai.
11 My days have declined like a shadow; and I am withered like grass.
Kahinkho hi nilhah lang nilep bangin achemang loijitai. Keima hampa bangin kagop lhaloi jitai.
12 But you, Lord, endure for ever, and your memorial to generation and generation.
Ahinla Yahweh Pakai nangvang nalaltouna a natoujing ding ahi. Naminthan na akhang khanga chelhajing ding ahi.
13 You shall arise, and have mercy upon Sion: for [it is] time to have mercy upon her, for the set time is come.
Nangma hung kipat in natin Jerusalem hi nahin khoto ding ahi. Tuahi nangnam na khohsah phat ahin, tuhi na kitepna dungjui a mi kithopi phat ahi.
14 For your servants have taken pleasure in her stones, and they shall pity her dust.
Ajeh chu namiten bang'a song jouse angailu uvin chuleh lamlenna vutvai hojeng jong angaisang'un ahi.
15 So the nations shall fear your name, O Lord, and all kings your glory.
Chujouteng leh chitin namtin ten Yahweh Pakai ang-a kithing thingding ahi,
16 For the Lord shall build up Sion, and shall appear in his glory.
Ajeh chu Yahweh Pakai in Jerusalem ahin thahsem kitding chutengle Ama aloupina-a hung kilang ding,
17 He has had regard to the prayer of the lowly, and has not despised their petition.
Aman tahlelte taona ahin sanding Aman angaichat hou asanpehding ahi.
18 Let this be written for another generation; and the people that shall be created shall praise the Lord.
Khonunga khangthahho dinga kijihlut pehding hitiachu tua pengloulai hon Yahweh Pakai chu ahin thangvah dingu ahi.
19 For he has looked out from the height of his sanctuary; the Lord looked upon the earth from heaven;
Yahweh Pakai in van muntheng a kon a ahin vetsuh ding, Aman van a kon a leiset hi ahin vetsuh ding
20 to hear the groaning of the fettered ones, to loosen the sons of the slain;
songkul tangte khoisatna ajahding thidinga themmo kichanho alha doh dinga,
21 to proclaim the name of the Lord in Sion, and his praise in Jerusalem;
hiteng chuleh Yahweh Pakai minthanna chu Zion a lopna umding, chule Jerusalem a kithangvah ding ahi.
22 when the people are gathered together, and the kings, to serve the Lord.
Mihonpi tamtah chu ahung ki khopkhom teng leh leng gam hojouse chu Yahweh Pakai chibai boh a hungdiu ahi.
23 He answered him in the way of his strength: tell me the fewness of my days.
Aman kaban thahat akim laitah avolhun kahinkho asuchomtai.
24 Take me not away in the midst of my days: your years [are] through all generations.
Hinla keiman Ama kakouvin, Oh Yahweh Pakai tonsot a hingjing kakhandon laitah ahin kahinkho lahih'in.
25 In the beginning you, O Lord, did lay the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of your hands.
Kum tamtah achetai, nangin hiche leiset leibul nana lhungdoh'in, vanhohi nakhut tah'in nanasemdoh in,
26 They shall perish, but you remain: and [they all] shall wax old as a garment; and as a vesture shall you fold them, and they shall be changed.
hihojouse hung mangthah ding ahinlah nang tonsotna nahinjing ding ahi, amaho ponlui bangin hungvui lhantin, Nangin amaho chu von banga nakhelding chujouteng napai mangdiu ahi.
27 But you are the same, and your years shall not fail.
Hinla Yahweh Pakai nangvang abang chu nahijingin ahi.
28 The children of your servants shall dwell [securely], and their seed shall prosper for ever.
Nangma mite chate jouse lungmong a umdiu ahi. Achate chateho chu na-anga hung khanglen diu ahi.
