< Psalms 100 >
1 A Psalm for Thanksgiving. Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth.
`A salm to knouleche; `in Ebrew `thus, A salm for knouleching.
2 Serve the Lord with gladness; come before his presence with exultation.
Al erthe, singe ye hertli to God; serue ye the Lord in gladnesse. Entre ye in his siyt; in ful out ioiyng.
3 Know that the Lord he is God; he made us, and not we ourselves; [we are] his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
Wite ye, that the Lord hym silf is God; he made vs, and not we maden vs. His puple, and the scheep of his lesewe,
4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with hymns; give thanks to him, praise his name.
entre ye in to hise yatis in knoulechyng; entre ye in to hise porchis, `knouleche ye to him in ympnes.
5 For the Lord is good, his mercy is for ever; and his truth [endures] to generation and generation.
Herye ye his name, for the Lord is swete, his merci is with outen ende; and his treuthe is in generacioun and in to generacioun.
