< Proverbs 21 >

1 As a rush of water, so is the king's heart in God's hand: he turns it wherever he may desire to point out.
Padishahning köngli ériqlardiki sudek Perwerdigarning qolididur; [Perwerdigar] qeyerge toghrilisa, shu terepke mangidu.
2 Every man seems to himself righteous; but the Lord directs the hearts.
Insan özining hemme qilghan ishini toghra dep biler; Lékin Perwerdigar qelbdiki niyetlerni tarazigha sélip tartip körer.
3 To do justly and to speak truth, are more pleasing to God than the blood of sacrifices.
Perwerdigarning neziride, Heqqaniyliq bilen adalet yürgüzüsh qurbanliq qilishtin ewzeldur.
4 A high-minded man is stout-hearted in [his] pride; and the lamp of the wicked is sin.
Tekebbur közler, meghrur qelb, yamanlarning chirighi — hemmisi gunahtur.

Estayidil kishilerning oyliri ularni peqet bayashatliqqa yétekler; Chéchilangghularning oyliri bolsa, ularni peqet yoqsuzluqqila yétekler.
6 He that gathers treasures with a lying tongue pursues vanity [on] to the snares of death.
Yaghlima til bilen érishken bayliqlar, Ölümni izdep yürgenler qoghlap yürgen bir tütünla, xalas.
7 Destruction shall lodge with the ungodly; for they refuse to do justly.
Yamanlarning zalimliqi özlirini chirmiwalar; Chünki ular adalet yolida méngishni ret qilghan.
8 To the froward God sends froward ways; for his works are pure and right.
Jinayetkar mangidighan yol nahayiti egridur; Sap dil ademning herikiti tüptüzdur.
9 [It is] better to dwell in a corner on the house-top, than in plastered [rooms] with unrighteousness, and in an open house.
Soqushqaq xotun bilen [azade] öyde bille turghandin köre, Ögzining bir bulungida [yalghuz] yétip qopqan yaxshi.
10 The soul of the ungodly shall not be pitied by any man.
Yaman kishining köngli yamanliqqila hérismendur; U yéqinighimu shapaet körsetmes.
11 When an intemperate man is punished the simple becomes wiser: and a wise man understanding will receive knowledge.
Hakawurning jazagha tartilishi, bilimsizge ibret bolar; Dana kishi qobul qilghan nesihetlerdin téximu köp bilim alar.
12 A righteous man understands the hearts of the ungodly: and despises the ungodly for their wickedness.
Heqqaniy Bolghuchi yamanning öyini közler; U haman yamanlarni yamanliqqa qoyup yiqitar.
13 He that stops his ears from hearing the poor, himself also shall cry, and there shall be none to hear [him].
Miskinlerning nalisigha quliqini yoputup kari bolmighuchi, Axiri özi peryad kötürer, Biraq héchkim perwa qilmas.
14 A secret gift calms anger: but he that forbears to give stirs up strong wrath.
Yoshurun sowghat ghezepni basar; Yeng ichide bérilgen para qehr-ghezepni peseyter.
15 [It is] the joy of the righteous to do judgement: but a holy [man] is abominable with evil-doers.
Adaletni beja keltürüsh heqqaniylarning xushalliqidur, Biraq yamanliq qilghuchilargha wehimidur.
16 A man that wanders out of the way of righteousness, shall rest in the congregation of giants.
Hékmet yolidin ézip ketken kishi, Erwahlarning jamaiti ichidikilerdin bolup qalar.
17 A poor man loves mirth, loving wine and oil in abundance;
Tamashagha bérilgen kishi namrat qalar; Yagh chaynashqa, sharab ichishke amraq béyimas.
18 and a transgressor is the abomination of a righteous man.
Yaman adem heqqaniy adem üchün görü pulining ornida qalar; [Ézilgen] duruslarning ornigha iplaslar qalar.
19 [It is] better to dwell in a wilderness than with a quarrelsome and talkative and passionate woman.
Soqushqaq we térikkek ayal bilen ortaq turghandin, Chöl-bayawanda yalghuz yashighan yaxshidur.
20 A desirable treasure will rest on the mouth of the wise; but foolish men will swallow it up.
Aqilanining öyide bayliq bar, zeytun may bar; Biraq exmeqler tapqinini utturluq buzup-chachar.
21 The way of righteousness and mercy will find life and glory.
Heqqaniyet, méhribanliqni izdigüchi adem, Hayat, heqqaniyet we izzet-hörmetke érisher.
22 A wise man assaults strong cities, and demolishes the fortress in which the ungodly trusted.
Dana kishi küchlükler shehirining sépiligha yamishar, Ularning tayanchi bolghan qorghinini ghulitar.
23 He that keeps his mouth and his tongue keeps his soul from trouble.
Öz tiligha, aghzigha ige bolghan kishi, Jénini awarichiliklerdin saqlap qalar.
24 A bold and self-willed and insolent [man] is called a pest: and he that remembers injuries is a transgressor.
Chongchiliq qilghanlar, «Hakawur», «hali chong», «mazaqchi» atilar.
25 Desires kill the sluggard; for his hands do not choose to do anything.
Hurun kishi öz nepsidin halak bolar, Chünki uning qoli ishqa barmas;
26 An ungodly man entertains evil desires all the day: but the righteous is unsparingly merciful and compassionate.
Nepsi yaman bolup u kün boyi teme qilip yürer; Biraq heqqaniy adem héchnémini ayimay sediqe qilar.
27 The sacrifices of the ungodly are abomination to the Lord, for they offer them wickedly.
Yaman ademning qurbanliqi Perwerdigargha yirginchliktur; Rezil gherezde epkélin’gen bolsa téximu shundaqtur!
28 A false witness shall perish; but an obedient man will speak cautiously.
Yalghan guwahliq qilghuchi halak bolar; Eyni ehwalni anglap sözligen kishining sözi ebedgiche aqar.
29 An ungodly man impudently withstands with his face; but the upright man himself understands his ways.
Yaman adem yüzini qélin qilar; Durus kishi yolini oylap puxta basar.
30 There is no wisdom, there is no courage, there is no counsel against the ungodly.
Perwerdigargha qarshi turalaydighan héchqandaq danaliq, eqil-paraset yaki tedbir yoqtur.
31 A horse is prepared for the day of battle; but help is of the Lord.
Atlar jeng küni üchün teyyar qilin’ghan bolsimu, Biraq ghelibe-nijat peqet Perwerdigardindur.
