Di da hame gaguiwane be moloidafa esalumu da defea. Be di da gagaoui ogogosu dunu agoai ba: mu da defea hame.

Di da dawa: su hame galea, be hahawane mae dawa: le momabo hamomusa: dawa: sea, amo da defea hame galebe. Amane hamosea, di da se nabimu.
3 The folly of a man spoils his ways: and he blames God in his heart.
Dunu mogili da hi hanai hou hamobeba: le, wadela: lesi dagoi ba: sa. Amasea, ilia da udigili, “Hina Gode da na wadela: lesi dagoi,” amane sia: sa.
4 Wealth acquires many friends; but the poor is deserted even of the friend he has.
Dunu bagohame ilia bagade gagui dunu ilima dogolegemusa: dawa: Be hame gagui dunu da dogolegei bagahame fawane gala, amola ilia dogolegei da ili hedolo yolesisa.
5 A false witness shall not be unpunished, and he that accuses unjustly shall not escape.
Dia fofada: nana amo ganodini ogogosea, di da se iasu ba: mu. Amola hobeamu logo hame ba: mu.
6 Many court the favour of kings; but every bad man becomes a reproach to [another] man.
Dunu huluane da mimogoa dunu amo ilia nodoi ba: ma: ne hamosa. Amola dunu huluane da dunu amo da ilima hahawane dogolegele iaha, amo dunuma dogolegemusa: dawa:
7 Every one who hates [his] poor brother shall also be far from friendship. Good understanding will draw near to them that know it, and a sensible man will find it. He that does much harm perfects mischief; and he that used provoking words shall not escape.

8 He that procures wisdom loves himself; and he that keeps wisdom shall find good.
Dina: di fidima! Dawa: su hou hogoi helema! Amasea, dia dawa: lai amo mae gogolema. Amasea, di da bagade gaguiwane ba: mu.
9 A false witness shall not be unpunished; and whoever shall kindle mischief shall perish by it.
Nowa da fofada: su ganodini ogogosea, e da se iasu amoga hobeale masunu logo hame ba: mu. E da se iasu dafawanedafa ba: mu
10 Delight does not suit a fool, nor [is it seemly] if a servant should begin to rule with haughtiness.
Gagaoui dunu da liligi noga: idafa gaguli esalumu da defea hame. Amola udigili hawa: hamosu dunu da hina bagade ilia mano amoma hinawane esalumu da defea hame.
11 A merciful man is longsuffering; and his triumph overtakes transgressors.
Dawa: su dunu da ea mihanasea hedolo hedofasu dawa: Dunu da dima wadela: le hamosea, amo mae dawa: le, gogolema: ne olofomu da noga: idafa.
12 The threatening of a king is like the roaring of a lion; but as dew on the grass, so is his favour.
Hina bagade ea ougi hou da laione wa: me ea gesenesu bagade agoane, be ea hahawane fidisu hou da gibu noga: le dabe agoai ba: sa.
13 A foolish son is a disgrace to his father: vows [paid out] of the hire of a harlot are not pure.
Gagaoui mano da ea eda bagadewane gugunufinisimu. Amola gesa: gesa: i uda ea hou da hano dadadibi agoai gala.
14 Fathers divide house and substance to [their] children: but a wife is suited to a man by the Lord.
Dunu da diasu amola muni amo ea sosogo ilima nana labe dawa: Be Hina Gode Hifawane da uda amo da dawa: su noga: idafa gala, ema imunusa: dawa:
15 Cowardice possesses the effeminate [man]; and the soul of the sluggard shall hunger.
Di da hihi dabuli hou hanai galea, defea, udigili hihiwane esalu golabada. Be di da ha: i bagade ba: mu.
16 He that keeps the commandment keeps his own soul; but he that despises his ways shall perish.
Gode Ea sema nabawane hamosea, di da fifi asi sedagimu. Be Gode Ea sema amo dia higasea, di da hedolo bogomu.
17 He that has pity on the poor lends to the Lord; and he will recompense to him according to his gift.
Di da hame gagui dunu ilima iasea, amo da Hina Gode Ema fa: no bu lamusa: iasu defele agoai gala. Amola Hina Gode da dia iasu defele dima dabe imunu.
18 Chasten your son, for so he shall be hopeful; and be not exalted in your soul to haughtiness.
Dia mano ilia manohadi esoga dawa: lamusa: dawa: beba: le, ilima dawa: ma: ne se iasu ima. Hame amasea, di da ilisu ilila: wadela: lesima: ne fidisa.
19 A malicious man shall be severely punished, and if he commit injury, he shall also lose his life.
Hedolo mi hanasu dunu amo e da ea hamoi defele se nabimu da defea. Amaiwane dunu mae gaga: ma. Di da eso enoga amo hou bu hamosa: besa: le, mae gaga: ma.
20 Hear, son, the instruction of your father, that you may be wise at your latter end.
Di da fada: i sia: noga: le nabasea amola bu noga: le dawa: ma: ne hanai galea, di da fa: no bagade dawa: su dunu agoane esalumu.
21 [There are] many thoughts in a man's heart; but the counsel of the Lord abides for ever.
Dunu da ilia hanai liligi hamomusa: ilegesa. Be Gode Ea hanaiga dawa: i amo fawane hamoi dagoi ba: mu.
22 Mercy is a fruit to a man: and a poor man is better than a rich liar.
Uasu hou da gogosiasu agoai gala. Hame gagui dunu ilia hou da ogogosu dunu ilia hou baligisa.
23 The fear of the Lord is life to a man: and he shall lodge without fear in places where knowledge is not seen.
Di da Hina Godema nabasu hou hamosea, esalusu sedade ba: mu. Amola di da gaga: le hahawane esalumu.
24 He that unjustly hides his hands in his bosom, will not even [bring] them up to his mouth.
Dunu mogili da baligili hihi dabuliba: le, ilia ha: i manu loboga lale manu higasa.
25 When a pestilent character is scourged, a simple man is made wiser: and if you reprove a wise man, he will understand discretion.
Gasa fi hame dawa: su dunu ilima dawa: ma: ne se imunu da defea. Amasea, dawa: su hame dunu ilia da houdafa dawa: mu. Di da bagade dawa: su galea, dunu eno da dima dawa: ma: ne olelesea, di da dawa: lamu.
26 He that dishonours his father, and drives away his mother, shall be disgraced and shall be exposed to reproach.
Nowa da edama giadofale hamosea o ea ame ea diasuga mae esaloma: ne sefasisia, amo da wadela: le gugunufinisisu dunu.
27 A son who ceases to attend to the instruction of a father will cherish evil designs.
Nagofe! Di da dawa: lamusa: hogolalu yolesea, di da dia musa: dawa: lai amola bu gogolemu.
28 He that becomes surety for a foolish child will despise the ordinance: and the mouth of ungodly men shall drink down judgement.
Giadofabe ba: su dunu da eno dunuma se imunusa: dawa: sea, moloidafa fofada: su hou da wadela: lesi dagoi ba: sa. Wadela: i hamosu dunu ilia da wadela: i hou hamomu bagade hanai gala.
29 Scourges are preparing for the intemperate, and punishments likewise for fools.
Gasa fi gagaoui dunu da se nabima: ne fasu dafawane ba: mu.
