< Numbers 30 >
1 And Moses spoke to the heads of the tribes of the children of Israel, saying, This [is] the thing which the Lord has commanded.
Hagi Mosese'a Ra Anumzamo'ma asamia kea Israeli naga nofite kva vahezaga zamasamino, amanage huno Ra Anumzamo'a hunante'ne,
2 Whatsoever man shall vow a vow to the Lord, or swear an oath, or bind himself with an obligation upon his soul, he shall not break his word; all that shall come out of his mouth he shall do.
Mago ne'mo'ma Ra Anumzamofonte'ma huvempa huge, e'ina hugahuema huno mago kema eri anakisuno'a, ananke'are oti'neno hugahuema hu'nenia zana amage anteno ana maka'zana hugahie.
3 And if a woman shall vow a vow to the Lord, or bind herself with an obligation in her youth in her father's house; and her father should hear her vows and her obligations, wherewith she has bound her soul, and her father should hold his peace at her, then all her vows shall stand,
Hagi mago mofamo'ma nefa agoragama mani'neno Ra Anumzamofonte'ma huvempa huge, e'ina hugahuema huno mago kema eri anakisuno'a,
4 and all the obligations with which she has bound her soul, shall remain to her.
nefa'ma ana ke'ma nentahino mago kema anante'ma huontesigeno'a, anama huvempa nehuno erinaki'nesia kemo'a ana maka megahie.
5 But if her father straitly forbid [her] in the day in which he shall hear all her vows and her obligations, which she has contracted upon her soul, they shall not stand; and the Lord shall hold her guiltless, because her father forbade her.
Hu'neanagi nefa'ma ananke'ma nentahino i'oma huno huntesiana, anama huvempama hu'nea kerera kna'a e'origahie. Hagi anama huvempama hu'nea kemofo kinafintira Ra Anumzamo'a atrentesigeno amane fru huno manigahie.
6 But if she should be indeed married, and her vows be upon her according to the utterance of her lips, [the obligations] which she has contracted upon her soul;
Hianagi mago mofamo'ma ontahi'neno agiteti'ma ame'ama huno huvempa hu'nesia mofa'mo'ma vema omerisigeno'a,
7 and her husband should hear, and hold his peace at her in the day in which he should hear, then thus shall all her vows be binding, and her obligations, which she has contracted upon her soul shall stand.
neve'ma ananke'ma nentahino mago'zama osanigeno'a, ana huvempa ke'amo'a megahie.
8 But if her husband should straitly forbid [her] in the day in which he should hear her, none of her vows or obligations which she has contracted upon her soul shall stand, because her husband has disallowed her, and the Lord shall hold her guiltless.
Hianagi neve'ma ananke'ma nentahino, i'oma huno huntesiana, anama huvempama hu'nea kerera kna'a e'origahie. Hagi Ra Anumzamo'a kefozama'a atrentenigeno ana huvempa ke'afintera amane fru huno manigahie.
9 And the vow of a widow and of her that is put away, whatever she shall bind upon her soul, shall stand to her.
Hianagi kento a'mo'o, neve'ma atresigeno mani'nenia a'mo'ma Ra Anumzamofonte huvempa hu'nesiana, mika huvempa kema hu'nenia ke'amo'a megahie.
10 And if her vow [be made] in the house of her husband, or the obligation upon her soul with an oath,
Hianagi vema eri'nesia a'mo'ma neve agorga mani'neno, Ramofonte'ma huvempa hanigeno,
11 and her husband should hear, and hold his peace at her, and not disallow her, then all her vows shall stand, and all the obligations which she contracted against her soul, shall stand against her.
neve'ma ana nanekema nentahino, mago nanekema osaniana, miko huvempa ke'amo'a megahie.
12 But if her husband should utterly cancel the vow in the day in which he shall hear it, none of the things which shall proceed out of her lips in her vows, and in the obligations [contracted] upon her soul, shall stand to her; her husband has cancelled them, and the Lord shall hold her guiltless.
Hianagi neve'ma ana kema nentahino mago rimpama osanigeno'a, ana huvempa ke'amofo kinafintira Ra Anumzamo'a atrentegahie.
13 Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict her soul, her husband shall confirm it to her, or her husband shall cancel it.
Hagi mago'a huvempa ke'ma hunaku'ma ana a'mo'ma hanigeno'a, neve'a antahino keno huntenkeno, huvempa hino.
14 But if he be wholly silent at her from day to day, then shall he bind upon her all her vows; and he shall confirm to her the obligations [which she has bound] upon herself, because he held his peace at her in the day in which he heard her.
Hianagi ana a'mo'ma huvempama hania zupama neve'ma ana huvempa ke'ma nentahino, mago kema osaniana neve'a ana huvempa ke'arera mago arimpa hugahie.
15 And if her husband should in any wise cancel [them] after the day in which he heard [them], then he shall bear his iniquity.
Hianagi neve'ma ana huvempama hania ke'ma antahiteno, mago arimpama osaniana neve'a ana knazana agra'a erigahie
16 These [are] the ordinances which the Lord commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, and between a father and daughter in [her] youth in the house of [her] father.
Ama'i tra kea vene a'enema aravema hana'anki, mofamo'ma nefa nompima manizamofo trakema Ra Anumzamo'ma Mosesema hunte'nea naneke.
