< Numbers 15 >
1 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
Pǝrwǝrdigar Musaƣa sɵz ⱪilip mundaⱪ dedi: —
2 Speak to the children of Israel, and you shall say to them, When you are come into the land of your habitation, which I give to you,
Sǝn Israillarƣa mundaⱪ degin: — Silǝr makanlixixinglar üqün silǝrgǝ tǝⱪdim ⱪilip beridiƣan zeminƣa kirgǝn qeƣinglarda,
3 and you will offer whole burnt offerings to the Lord, a whole burnt offering or a meat-offering to perform a vow, or a free-will offering, or to offer in your feasts a sacrifice of sweet savour to the Lord, whether of the herd or the flock:
ǝgǝr Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa atap otta sunulidiƣan, uningƣa huxbuy bolsun dǝp birǝr ⱨǝdiyǝ-ⱪurbanliⱪ ⱪilmaⱪqi bolsanglar, ⱪurbanliⱪ kala yaki ⱪoy-ɵqkǝ padisidin bolsun. U kɵydürmǝ ⱪurbanliⱪ bolsun, ⱪǝsǝmni ada ⱪilix ⱪurbanliⱪi bolsun, ihtiyariy ⱪurbanliⱪ yaki silǝrgǝ bekitilgǝn ⱨeytlardiki zɵrür ⱪurbanliⱪ bolsun,
4 then he that offers his gift to the Lord shall bring a meat-offering of fine flour, a tenth part of an ephah mingled with oil, even with the fourth part of a hin.
ⱪurbanliⱪ sunƣuqi kixi Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa atiƣiniƣa bir axliⱪ ⱨǝdiyǝsini ⱪoxup kǝltürsun. Kɵydürmǝ ⱪurbanliⱪ yaki baxⱪa ⱪurbanliⱪ ⱪoza bolsa, undaⱪta axliⱪ ⱨǝdiyǝsi zǝytun meyidin bir ⱨinning tɵttin biri ilǝxtürülgǝn esil undin ǝfaⱨning ondin biri bolsun; uningƣa yǝnǝ xarab ⱨǝdiyǝsi süpitidǝ tɵttin bir ⱨin xarabni ⱪuxup sunsun.
5 And for a drink-offering you shall offer the fourth part of a hin on the whole burnt offering, or on the meat-offering: for every lamb you shall offer so much, as a sacrifice, a smell of sweet savour to the Lord.
6 And for a ram, when you offer it as a whole burnt offering or as a sacrifice, you shall prepare as a meat-offering two tenths of fine flour mingled with oil, the third part of a hin.
Ⱪurbanliⱪing ⱪoqⱪar bolsa, sǝn uningƣa axliⱪ ⱨǝdiyǝsi süpitidǝ üqtin bir ⱨin zǝytun meyi ilǝxtürülgǝn esil undin ǝfaⱨning ondin ikkisi bolsun
7 And you shall offer for a smell of sweet savour to the Lord wine for a drink-offering, the third part of a hin.
wǝ xarab ⱨǝdiyǝsi süpitidǝ tɵttin bir ⱨin xarabni ⱪuxup sunsun; bular Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa huxbuy qiⱪarsun dǝp sunulsun.
8 And if you sacrifice [a bullock] from the herd for a whole burnt offering or for a sacrifice, to perform a vow or a peace-offering to the Lord,
Əgǝr sǝn Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa kɵydürmǝ ⱪurbanliⱪ, yaki ⱪǝsǝm ada ⱪilix ⱪurbanliⱪi yaki inaⱪliⱪ ⱪurbanliⱪi süpitidǝ torpaⱪ atiƣan bolsang,
9 then [the worshipper] shall offer upon the calf a meat-offering, three tenth deals of fine flour mingled with oil, [even] the half of a hin.
undaⱪta torpaⱪⱪa axliⱪ ⱨǝdiyǝ süpitidǝ yerim ⱨin zǝytun meyi ilǝxtürülgǝn esil undin ǝfaⱨning ondin üqini,
10 And wine for a drink-offering the half of a hin, a sacrifice for a smell of sweet savour to the Lord.
xarab ⱨǝdiyǝ süpitidǝ yerim ⱨin xarabni ⱪoxup sunƣin; bular Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa atilip otta sunulup, huxbuy qiⱪarsun dǝp kǝltürülsun.
11 Thus shall you do to one calf or to one ram, or to one lamb of the sheep or kid of the goats.
Ⱨǝrbir sunulƣan torpaⱪ, ⱪoqⱪar, ⱪoza yaki oƣlaⱪⱪa nisbǝtǝn muxundaⱪ ⱪilinsun.
12 According to the number of what you shall offer, so shall you do to each one, according to their number.
Silǝr sunidiƣininglarning sani boyiqǝ, ⱨǝrhil ⱪurbanliⱪning saniƣa ⱪarap xundaⱪ ⱪilisilǝr.
13 Every native of the country shall do thus to offer such things as sacrifices for a smell of sweet savour to the Lord.
Xu zeminda tuƣulƣanlarning ⱨǝmmisi Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa huxbuy qiⱪarsun dǝp, otta sunulidiƣan ⱪurbanliⱪ ⱪilmaⱪqi bolsa ǝnǝ xundaⱪ ⱪilsun.
14 And if there should be a stranger amongst you in your land, or one who should be born to you amongst your generations, and he will offer a sacrifice, a smell of sweet savour to the Lord—as you do, so the [whole] congregation shall offer to the Lord.
Xuningdǝk silǝr bilǝn billǝ turuwatⱪan musapir yaki ǝwladmu-ǝwlad silǝr bilǝn billǝ turuwatⱪanlar bolsa, huxbuy qiⱪarsun dǝp otta sunulidiƣan ⱪurbanliⱪ ⱪilmaⱪqi bolsa, silǝr ⱪandaⱪ ⱪilƣan bolsanglar, ularmu xundaⱪ ⱪilsun.
15 There shall be one law for you and for the strangers dwelling amongst you, a perpetual law for your generations: as you [are], so shall the stranger be before the Lord.
Pütkül jamaǝtkǝ, mǝyli silǝr bolunglar yaki silǝr bilǝn billǝ turuwatⱪan musapir bolsun, ⱨǝmminglar üqün ohxax bir bǝlgilimǝ bolidu; silǝr üqün dǝwrmu-dǝwr ǝbǝdiy bir bǝlgilimǝ bolidu; Pǝrwǝrdigar aldida silǝr ⱪandaⱪ bolsanglar, musapirlarmu xundaⱪtur.
16 There shall be one law and one ordinance for you, and for the stranger that abides amongst you.
Silǝrgimu, aranglarda turuwatⱪan musapirlarƣimu ohxax bir ⱪanun-bǝlgilimǝ, ohxax bir ⱨɵküm bolsun.
17 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
Pǝrwǝrdigar Musaƣa sɵz ⱪilip mundaⱪ dedi: —
18 Speak to the sons of Israel, and you shall say to them, When you are entering into the land, into which I bring you,
Sǝn Israillarƣa sɵz ⱪilip ularƣa mundaⱪ degin: — «Silǝr Mǝn silǝrni ǝkiridiƣan zeminƣa yetip barƣanda,
19 then it shall come to pass, when you shall eat of the bread of the land, you shall separate a wave-offering, a special offering to the Lord, the first fruits of your dough.
xu yǝrdin qiⱪⱪan axliⱪni yǝydiƣan qeƣinglarda, Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa bir «kɵtürmǝ ⱨǝdiyǝ» tǝⱪdim ⱪilinglar.
20 You shall offer your bread a heave-offering: as a heave-offering from the threshing floor, so shall you separate it,
Silǝr ⱨǝrbir yengi hemirdin pixⱪan nanlardin birini «kɵtürmǝ ⱨǝdiyǝ» ⱪilip tǝⱪdim ⱪilinglar; silǝr uni tǝⱪdim ⱪilƣanda huddi hamanning «kɵtürmǝ ⱨǝdiyǝ»sigǝ ohxax bolsun.
21 even the first fruits of your dough, and you shall give the Lord a heave-offering throughout your generations.
Dǝwrdin-dǝwrgǝ silǝr dǝslǝpki ⱨosuldin qiⱪⱪan hemirdin bir nanni «kɵtürmǝ ⱨǝdiyǝ» süpitidǝ Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa sununglar.
22 But whenever you shall transgress, and not perform all these commands, which the Lord spoke to Moses;
Əgǝr silǝr ɵzünglar bilmǝy ezip gunaⱨ ⱪilip, Pǝrwǝrdigarning Musaƣa buyruƣan bu barliⱪ ǝmirlirigǝ ǝmǝl ⱪilmiƣan bolsanglar,
23 as the Lord appointed you by the hand of Moses, from the day which the Lord appointed you and forward throughout your generations,
yǝni Pǝrwǝrdigar buyruƣan kündin etibarǝn barliⱪ ǝwladliringlarƣiqǝ Pǝrwǝrdigarning Musaning wastisi bilǝn silǝrgǝ buyruƣan barliⱪ ixliriƣa ǝmǝl ⱪilmiƣan bolsanglar,
24 then it shall come to pass, if a trespass be committed unwillingly, unknown to the congregation, then shall all the congregation offer a calf of the herd without blemish for a whole burnt offering of sweet savour to the Lord, and its meat-offering and its drink-offering according to the ordinance, and one kid of the goats for a sin-offering.
jamaǝt xundaⱪ birǝr gunaⱨning bilmǝy ɵtküzülgǝnlikidin hǝwǝrsiz bolsa, undaⱪta pütkül jamaǝt Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa huxbuy qiⱪarsun dǝp yax bir torpaⱪni kɵydürmǝ ⱪurbanliⱪ süpitidǝ sunsun ⱨǝmdǝ ⱪaidǝ-nizam boyiqǝ uningƣa munasiwǝtlik axliⱪ ⱨǝdiyǝ bilǝn xarab ⱨǝdiyǝni ⱪoxup sunsun, wǝ uning üstigǝ bir tekini gunaⱨ ⱪurbanliⱪi süpitidǝ sunsun.
25 And the priest shall make atonement for all the congregation of the children of Israel, and [the trespass] shall be forgiven them, because it is involuntary; and they have brought their gift, a burnt offering to the Lord for their trespass before the Lord, even for their involuntary sins.
Xu yol bilǝn kaⱨin pütkül Israil jamaiti üqün kafarǝt kǝltürüp, bu gunaⱨ ulardin kǝqürüm ⱪilinidu; qünki bu bilmǝy ɵtküzüp ⱪoyƣan gunaⱨ wǝ ular ɵzlirining bilmǝy ɵtküzüp ⱪoyƣan gunaⱨi üqün ⱪurbanliⱪ, yǝni Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa atap otta sunulidiƣan ⱪurbanliⱪ wǝ gunaⱨ ⱪurbanliⱪini birliktǝ Pǝrwǝrdigar aldiƣa sunƣan.
26 And it shall be forgiven as respects all the congregation of the children of Israel, and the stranger that is dwelling amongst you, because [it is] involuntary to all the people.
Bu gunaⱨ pütkül Israil jamaiti bilǝn ularning arisida turuwatⱪan musapirlarning ⱨǝmmisidin kǝqürüm ⱪilinidu, qünki bu pütkül hǝlⱪ bilmǝy turup ɵtküzüp ⱪoyƣan gunaⱨtur.
27 And if one soul sin unwillingly, he shall bring one she-goat of a year old for a sin-offering.
Əgǝr bir kixi bilmǝstin gunaⱨ ⱪilip ⱪoyƣan bolsa, u bir yaxliⱪ bir qixi oƣlaⱪni gunaⱨ ⱪurbanliⱪi süpitidǝ sunsun.
28 And the priest shall make atonement for the soul that committed the trespass unwillingly, and that sinned unwillingly before the Lord, to make atonement for him.
Kaⱨin xu yol bilǝn bilmǝy gunaⱨ ⱪilip ⱪoyƣan adǝm üqün kafarǝt kǝltüridu; uning üqün kafarǝt kǝltürsǝ uning Pǝrwǝrdigar aldida bilmǝy ɵtküzgǝn gunaⱨi uningdin kǝqürüm ⱪilinidu.
29 There shall be one law for the native amongst the children of Israel, and for the stranger that abides amongst them, whoever shall commit a trespass unwillingly.
Bilmǝy birǝr sǝwǝnlik ɵtküzüp ⱪoyƣan barliⱪ kixilǝrgǝ, mǝyli xu zeminda tuƣulƣan Israillar bolsun yaki ularning arisida turuwatⱪan musapirlarƣa bolsun, — silǝrning ⱨǝmminglarƣa ohxax bir ⱪanun-bǝlgilimǝ tǝtbiⱪlinidu.
30 And whatever soul either of the natives or of the strangers shall do any thing with a presumptuous hand, he will provoke God; that soul shall be cut off from his people,
Lekin yürikini ⱪaptǝk ⱪilip ix kɵrgǝn kixi, mǝyli u zeminda tuƣulƣan bolsun yaki musapir bolsun, Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa ⱨaⱪarǝt kǝltürgǝn bolidu; u ⱨaman ɵz hǝlⱪidin üzüp taxlinidu.
31 for he has set at nothing the word of the Lord and broken his commands: that soul shall be utterly destroyed, his sin [is] upon him.
U Pǝrwǝrdigarning sɵzini mǝnsitmigǝnikǝn, Pǝrwǝrdigarning ǝmrigǝ hilapliⱪ ⱪilƣanikǝn; xuning üqün u qoⱪum üzüp taxlinidu; gunaⱨi ɵzining bexiƣa qüxidu.
32 And the children of Israel were in the wilderness, and they found a man gathering sticks on the sabbath-day.
Israillar qɵl-jǝziridiki waⱪitlirida, bir kixining xabat künidǝ otun tǝrgǝnliki bayⱪaldi.
33 And they who found him gathering sticks on the sabbath-day brought him to Moses and Aaron, and to all the congregation of the children of Israel.
Otun teriwatⱪanliⱪini bayⱪap ⱪalƣanlar uni Musa, Ⱨarun wǝ pütkül jamaǝtning aldiƣa elip kǝldi.
34 And they placed him in custody, for they did not determine what they should do to him.
Uni ⱪandaⱪ bir tǝrǝp ⱪilix kerǝkliki tehi kɵrsitilmigǝqkǝ, ular uni ⱪamap ⱪoydi.
35 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, Let the man be by all means put to death: [do you] all the congregation, stone him with stones.
Pǝrwǝrdigar Musaƣa: — U adǝm ɵltürülmisǝ bolmaydu; pütün jamaǝt uni bargaⱨning texiƣa ǝpqiⱪip qalma-kesǝk ⱪilip ɵltürsun, — dedi.
36 And all the congregation brought him forth out of the camp; and all the congregation stoned him with stones outside the camp, as the Lord commanded Moses.
Andin pütün jamaǝt u adǝmni bargaⱨ sirtiƣa ǝpqiⱪip, huddi Pǝrwǝrdigar Musaƣa buyruƣandǝk, qalma-kesǝk ⱪilip ɵltürdi.
37 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
Pǝrwǝrdigar Musaƣa sɵz ⱪilip mundaⱪ dedi: —
38 Speak to the children of Israel, and you shall tell them; and let them make for themselves fringes upon the borders of their garments throughout their generations: and you shall put upon the fringes of the borders a lace of blue.
Sǝn Israillarƣa mundaⱪ degin, ular ǝwladmu-ǝwlad kiyim-keqǝklirining qɵrisigǝ quqilarni tutsun ⱨǝm burjikidiki quqilirining ⱨǝrbirigǝ kɵk xoyna tikip ⱪoysun;
39 And it shall be on your fringes, and you shall look on them, and you shall remember all the commands of the Lord, and do them: and you shall not turn back after your imaginations, and after [the sight of your] eyes in the things after which you go a whoring;
bu hil quqilar silǝrning uni tikip turuxunglar üqün bolidu; uni kɵrgǝndǝ Pǝrwǝrdigarning barliⱪ ǝmrlirini esinglarda tutup, ularƣa ǝmǝl ⱪilixinglar üqün bu silǝrgǝ bir ǝslǝtmǝ bolidu; xuningdǝk silǝrning ⱨazirⱪidǝk ɵzünglarning kɵnglünglar wǝ kɵzünglarning kǝynigǝ kirip, ⱪatirap buzuⱪluⱪ ⱪilip kǝtmǝslikinglar,
40 that you may remember and perform all my commands, and you shall be holy to your God.
Mening barliⱪ ǝmrlirimni ǝstǝ tutuxunglar ⱨǝm uningƣa ǝmǝl ⱪilip, Hudayinglarƣa atap pak-muⱪǝddǝs boluxunglar üqün bolsun.
41 I [am] the Lord your God that brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I [am] the Lord your God.
Mǝn Hudayinglar bolux üqün silǝrni Misir zeminidin elip qiⱪⱪan Pǝrwǝrdigardurmǝn; Mǝn Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudayinglardurmǝn.
