Numbers 15
1 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
Og Herren tala atter til Moses, og sagde:
2 Speak to the children of Israel, and you shall say to them, When you are come into the land of your habitation, which I give to you,
«Tala til Israels-folket, og seg med deim: «Når de kjem til det landet de skal bu og byggja i, det som eg vil gjeva dykk,
3 and you will offer whole burnt offerings to the Lord, a whole burnt offering or a meat-offering to perform a vow, or a free-will offering, or to offer in your feasts a sacrifice of sweet savour to the Lord, whether of the herd or the flock:
og de lagar til offermat for Herren - brennoffer eller slagtoffer av storfe eller småfe, til godange for Herren - anten det er ein lovnad de vil løysa, eller ei gåva det gjev i godvilje, eller eit høgtidsoffer,
4 then he that offers his gift to the Lord shall bring a meat-offering of fine flour, a tenth part of an ephah mingled with oil, even with the fourth part of a hin.
so skal det attåt offeret som de ber fram for Herren, koma med eit grjongåva, og det skal vera ei kanna fint mjøl, blanda med ei halvkanna olje,
5 And for a drink-offering you shall offer the fourth part of a hin on the whole burnt offering, or on the meat-offering: for every lamb you shall offer so much, as a sacrifice, a smell of sweet savour to the Lord.
og til drykkoffer skal du gjeva ei halvkanna vin attåt brenn- eller slagtofferet, dersom det er eit lamb;
6 And for a ram, when you offer it as a whole burnt offering or as a sacrifice, you shall prepare as a meat-offering two tenths of fine flour mingled with oil, the third part of a hin.
er det ein ver, so skal du til grjonoffer gjeva tvo kannor fint mjøl, blanda med tvo pottar olje,
7 And you shall offer for a smell of sweet savour to the Lord wine for a drink-offering, the third part of a hin.
og til drykkoffer skal du bera fram tvo pottar vin; då er det eit offer som angar godt for Herren.
8 And if you sacrifice [a bullock] from the herd for a whole burnt offering or for a sacrifice, to perform a vow or a peace-offering to the Lord,
Ofrar de ein ung ukse til brennoffer eller slagtoffer, anten det er ein lovnad de vil løysa, eller eit takkoffer til Herren,
9 then [the worshipper] shall offer upon the calf a meat-offering, three tenth deals of fine flour mingled with oil, [even] the half of a hin.
so skal du attåt uksen bera fram tri kannor fint mjøl, blanda med ei kanna olje, til grjonoffer,
10 And wine for a drink-offering the half of a hin, a sacrifice for a smell of sweet savour to the Lord.
og til drykkoffer ei kanna vin; då er det ein offerrett som gjev god ange for Herren.
11 Thus shall you do to one calf or to one ram, or to one lamb of the sheep or kid of the goats.
Soleis skal de gjera for kvar ukse og ver og for kvart lamb eller kid
12 According to the number of what you shall offer, so shall you do to each one, according to their number.
de ofrar, anten offerdyri er få eller mange.
13 Every native of the country shall do thus to offer such things as sacrifices for a smell of sweet savour to the Lord.
Alle som er fødde og borne i landet, skal gjera so som eg no hev sagt, når dei vil bera fram ein offerrett til godange for Herren.
14 And if there should be a stranger amongst you in your land, or one who should be born to you amongst your generations, and he will offer a sacrifice, a smell of sweet savour to the Lord—as you do, so the [whole] congregation shall offer to the Lord.
Er det nokon framand som held til hjå dykk, eller i framtidi kjem til å bu millom dykk, og vil bera fram ein offerrett til godange for Herren, so skal han gjera like eins som de.
15 There shall be one law for you and for the strangers dwelling amongst you, a perpetual law for your generations: as you [are], so shall the stranger be before the Lord.
Det gjeld same retten for heile lyden, for dykk sjølve so vel som for dei framande som bur i landet dykkar; det er ei lov som skal gjelda for alle tider at dei framande skal vera som de sjølve for Herrens åsyn.
16 There shall be one law and one ordinance for you, and for the stranger that abides amongst you.
Ei lov og ein rett skal vera for dykk og for dei framande som bur hjå dykk.»»
17 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
Og Herren tala atter til Moses, og sagde:
18 Speak to the sons of Israel, and you shall say to them, When you are entering into the land, into which I bring you,
«Tala til Israels-sønerne, og seg til deim: «Når de kjem til det landet som eg vil føra dykk til,
19 then it shall come to pass, when you shall eat of the bread of the land, you shall separate a wave-offering, a special offering to the Lord, the first fruits of your dough.
og et av den maten de avlar der, so skal de koma med ei reida til Herren:
20 You shall offer your bread a heave-offering: as a heave-offering from the threshing floor, so shall you separate it,
Av det fyrste gropet de mel, skal de bera fram ei kaka til reida for Herren, liksom de ber fram reida frå treskjarstanden -
21 even the first fruits of your dough, and you shall give the Lord a heave-offering throughout your generations.
av det fyrste malingi skal de all tid gjeva Herren ei reida.
22 But whenever you shall transgress, and not perform all these commands, which the Lord spoke to Moses;
Fer de i mist, og gløymer noko av dei bodi som Herren hev gjeve Moses,
23 as the Lord appointed you by the hand of Moses, from the day which the Lord appointed you and forward throughout your generations,
og som Moses hev kunngjort for dykk, anten no, med same Herren hev gjeve bodet, eller seinare frametter tidi,
24 then it shall come to pass, if a trespass be committed unwillingly, unknown to the congregation, then shall all the congregation offer a calf of the herd without blemish for a whole burnt offering of sweet savour to the Lord, and its meat-offering and its drink-offering according to the ordinance, and one kid of the goats for a sin-offering.
og det er uviljande gjort, og lyden uvitande, so skal heile lyden bera fram ein ung ukse til brennoffer og godange for Herren, med grjonoffer og drykkoffer som til høyrer, soleis som det er fyresagt, og ein geitebukk til syndoffer,
25 And the priest shall make atonement for all the congregation of the children of Israel, and [the trespass] shall be forgiven them, because it is involuntary; and they have brought their gift, a burnt offering to the Lord for their trespass before the Lord, even for their involuntary sins.
og presten skal gjera soning for heile Israels-lyden; då skal dei få tilgjeving etter di det var uviljande gjort, og dei hev kome til Herren med offergåva si og bore fram syndofferet sitt til bot for si misferd.
26 And it shall be forgiven as respects all the congregation of the children of Israel, and the stranger that is dwelling amongst you, because [it is] involuntary to all the people.
Både heile Israels-lyden og dei framande som bur millom deim, skal få tilgjeving. For heile folket var saka i misferdi.
27 And if one soul sin unwillingly, he shall bring one she-goat of a year old for a sin-offering.
Er det ein einskildmann som uviljande hev synda, so skal han bera fram ei årsgamall geit til syndoffer.
28 And the priest shall make atonement for the soul that committed the trespass unwillingly, and that sinned unwillingly before the Lord, to make atonement for him.
Og presten skal beda til Herren for den som uviljande hev misfare seg og synda, og gjera soning for honom, so skal han få tilgjeving.
29 There shall be one law for the native amongst the children of Israel, and for the stranger that abides amongst them, whoever shall commit a trespass unwillingly.
Dette gjeld både for den som er fødd og boren millom Israels-folket og for den framande som bur millom deim. Det gjeld same retten for dykk alle, når de uviljande gjer noko gale.
30 And whatever soul either of the natives or of the strangers shall do any thing with a presumptuous hand, he will provoke God; that soul shall be cut off from his people,
Men den som med vilje gjer noko vondt, anten det er eit heimemenneskje eller ein framand, han hæder Gud og skal rydjast ut or folket sitt;
31 for he has set at nothing the word of the Lord and broken his commands: that soul shall be utterly destroyed, his sin [is] upon him.
for han hev vanvyrdt Herrens ord og brote bodet hans: den mannen skal rydjast ut; han skal lida for brotet sitt.»»
32 And the children of Israel were in the wilderness, and they found a man gathering sticks on the sabbath-day.
Då Israels-folket var i øydemarki, råka dei ein gong ein mann som sanka ved ein helgedag.
33 And they who found him gathering sticks on the sabbath-day brought him to Moses and Aaron, and to all the congregation of the children of Israel.
Dei som kom yver honom medan han sanka veden, førde honom fram for Moses og Aron og heile lyden.
34 And they placed him in custody, for they did not determine what they should do to him.
Og dei sette honom fast; for det var ikkje gjeve noko serskilt bod um kva som skulde gjerast med honom.
35 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, Let the man be by all means put to death: [do you] all the congregation, stone him with stones.
Då sagde Herren til Moses: «Mannen skal lata livet: Heile lyden skal steina honom utanfor lægret.»
36 And all the congregation brought him forth out of the camp; and all the congregation stoned him with stones outside the camp, as the Lord commanded Moses.
So førde heile lyden honom ut til ein stad utanfor lægret, og steina honom i hel, soleis som Herren hadde sagt til Moses.
37 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
Og Herren sagde til Moses:
38 Speak to the children of Israel, and you shall tell them; and let them make for themselves fringes upon the borders of their garments throughout their generations: and you shall put upon the fringes of the borders a lace of blue.
«Tala til Israels-sønerne, og seg til deim, at dei skal gjera seg duskar og hava i snipparne på klædi sine, både dei og etterkomarane deira, og i kvar dusk skal dei setja ei purpursnor.
39 And it shall be on your fringes, and you shall look on them, and you shall remember all the commands of the Lord, and do them: and you shall not turn back after your imaginations, and after [the sight of your] eyes in the things after which you go a whoring;
Dei duskarne skal de hava til prydnad, og når de ser på deim, skal de minnast alle Herrens bod og halda dykk etter deim, so de ikkje fer hit og dit etter som hjarta og augo segjer dykk til; for dei lokkar dykk jamleg til utruskap.
40 that you may remember and perform all my commands, and you shall be holy to your God.
Det er so de skal koma i hug å halda alle bodi mine og vera heilage for dykkar Gud.
41 I [am] the Lord your God that brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I [am] the Lord your God.
Eg er Herren, dykkar Gud, som førde dykk ut or Egyptarlandet, og vil vera dykkar Gud. Eg, Herren, er dykkar Gud.»
